I started listening to you, and the thing that actually got me to move from, like, a position of, like, I could buy a home to, like, I'm going to buy a home was really just you saying that having a mortgage and buying a home is inflation free. If I'm in a rental, that's just gonna go up. Like, it's like, does it ever go down? I don't know. Probably not. Like, it only goes up. Having a mortgage is a great way to lock in a certain. Like, I get. Well, maybe not indefinitely, but, you know, until you can refinance or something like that. And that's what really stood out to me. I'm like, well, that makes perfect sense.
