Hey, hey, hey, beautiful heart! How are you? What's vibing? Dr. Denae Arias, the Awakening Doctor, here to do today's energy check-in. All right, let's see what is going on. How have you been doing coming through this back end of the solstice energy? It has been powerful and life-changing. I am enjoying it so much, I can't even explain to you. Um, I just don't have the words. It has been amazing. So let's check in, see what's going on for you. All right, Spirit, all of you and none of me, show me the cards my collective needs to see. Love, praise, and gratitude, glory and grace. Okay, guess we're getting 4 today, guys. Starting out with 9, Solitude. Obstacles and Challenges, number 5. 0, New Beginnings. And 2, Spiritual Union. This came out in a reading earlier this week, and I'm going to read it the same way. Absolutely, this could be talking about you and somebody else. Absolutely. But I'm not reading it that way today. I didn't read it that way the other day either. Why? Because all this energy, everything that's been going on, has been about you coming into spiritual union with yourself. Yourself. The Holy Grail, the divine marriage, is between both your head and your heart, the masculine and the feminine. When you come into this spiritual union with both of you, your head and your heart, masculine and feminine, holy moly, it's like being shot out of a cannon and things open up. It really is beautiful. Oh, excuse me. Oh my goodness, that came out of nowhere. Allergies in full effect. Okay, you have gone into some solitude. I feel like you've been in some solitude energy for a while now, and it's been needed. I feel some of you have, um, been frustrated by that, lost some patience with that. But I want you to know this is divine. It's in solitude where you learn about you, the truth about you. When you can distance yourself from opinions, thoughts, and energy of others, you can really tap in to what you want, what you want to create. I feel a lot of you, this is an obstacle, this is a challenge. This is normal, especially if you have a traumatic background. Now I know that if you watch me, um, religiously, I'm one of the the people that you look to daily for messages or guidance or understanding that you— your past has been traumatic in different ways. Um, you've been through a lot of stuff. You've been betrayed, backstabbed, lots of lies, low self-esteem. You know, you've, you've run the gamut. Obstacles and challenges seem to be at every corner. This is what you have been analyzing in this solitude. You're learning obstacles and challenges are really divine opportunities for you to change your life, and it starts in your mind, your how you think and feel about things. You have been putting in the work. Yes, it's been hard, but guys, this energy has shifted. You're here. You've brought everything down. You are now the phoenix rising. Brand new beginnings that you get to dictate. You are creating this. You are the authority in your life. For those of you that follow me for, um, to lose weight, to heal your body of all the different diseases, you know my story. You know what I have done through, um, the pro— my program of talking to your cells, how I have healed my life not only of 7 different, um, diseases, autoimmune diseases, uh, emotional weight gain, body transformation, major weight loss with no diet, exercise, surgery, or pills. Literally mindset shifts, energy changing, and tapping in. You guys are following me because you're on that path. This is what this path looks like. You guys know I'm very transparent. I share with you the ups and downs, and when it's down, it's down. You guys know you'll get these aha moments, get some breakthroughs, and right behind it there's a challenge or an obstacle, and then it's like the roller coaster goes down. I've been teaching you how, when you're starting to slide down that roller coaster of the dip, how to move through that with ease and grace, and how to ride this wave to bring in the spiritual unions and all of the things that you are wanting to manifest and change in your life. You're right there. Take a deep breath. This solstice energy really was a big cosmic push. Yes, it was intense right before that. I know many of you reached out, um, needing sessions and guidance. Guys, thank you. Um, as you know, you guys filled my calendar. I don't have a lot of time, uh, to take on new clients, new readings, things like that. Just so you guys know, those of you that are on the waitlist who have already purchased your sessions, I will be getting to you, um, and finishing those up. The goal is over this weekend. You guys know I'm not a big fan of the Emperor per se. It definitely depends on what the other cards are around him. At least he's upright this time. Um, this could represent a father figure structure, um, getting things in order. Next to that, we have Three of Swords in reverse. I have Four of Swords in reverse, and I have Seven of Swords in reverse. Holy cannolis! Beautiful heart, you have really been going through it. You've been doing the work. You are getting out in front of, via releasing this energy, these thoughts, whether they're projected thoughts from other people, other energies that you picked up from childhood that you've been carrying around. These same stories, because swords are thoughts. This is, um, guys, you may want to go check out the light worker reading that I did. You might find something in there for you as well. But the Seven of Swords for me is always about gaslighting, lying, sneaking, deception. Again, this reading, obviously it could be that other people have betrayed you, hurt you, and led you to this. That's the pattern. This has been happening your whole life. But for me, the Seven of Swords, this is about us gaslighting ourselves, us deceiving ourselves, um And with this being in reverse, this is saying for some of you that you know what you should be doing, but you're not doing that. Instead, you are going back, um, and you could even just be assessing it within yourself. What's right, what's wrong. Really looking at how you've handled things in the past, how you've, um, mentally thought about them, how you've reacted. And I really feel that you're putting the kibosh on the old— your old ways. You've realized that that has led you to breaking your own heart. All right, um, Page of Swords, King of Pentacles in reverse, and the Hierophant. All right, guys, so I do want to go back. I haven't spoke to you about this Four of Swords in reverse. Um, this part is going to be for those that really aren't resting, that, uh, when things are coming up, this is going back to the Seven of Swords and doing things in the way that you always have. I feel like you are being called. This is complete new energy. This isn't energy to work, work, work, work, work, push, push, push, do, do, do. This is really saying this is time. You've put in the work, now you need to rest and be. Get more into this feminine energy. Allow it to come to you, what you are wanting to manifest. This isn't the time to be push, push, push. Um, when this energy comes up and it has you kind of anxious and feeling like I gotta do something, I gotta do something, things aren't moving— go meditate, go rest, take a nap, go outside, put on music and sing and dance. Get your mind off of the doo-doo-doo. That is going to help you. Page of Swords. This is— I do feel that there is somebody definitely watching you, watching this change go on, and I feel like, uh, it's making them very uncomfortable. And they, if they haven't already tried to come in and get you off your game, they'll be coming soon. I feel like whatever this Page of Swords— this is some sort of offer coming in, but it's a page. It's going to come in looking like the King of Pentacles, but it's not a King of Pentacles. You are going to need to be in your Hierophant energy, tuned in, tapped on, listening to your heart, not your mind, going by your discernment and your knowledge, because you have more knowledge now. Yeah, Five of Swords. Somebody's coming back in to literally pull you back into this older energy. They're going to be coming in— I feel like some guilt, guilt with their words, emotional manipulation, mental, um— they're going to try to cause confusion and conflict. They don't care if you're giving them toxic energy or positive energy, they just want whatever energy and they'll do whatever they need to do to get it. Stay in your new beginning, in your solitude, in your higher vibration. Move in silence. Do not share what is going on and what you're going to be doing right now. Now isn't the time for sharing. Um, I also feel with this Page of Swords, for some of you, a new offer is coming in. Um, this could be career-wise and what have you. With this King of Pentacles in reverse, I still am going to say the same thing: make your choices from the heart. Especially if you are this King of Pentacles in reverse. Maybe things, um, financially have been scarce or hard. Um, maybe that's what you're working through, those fears and those doubts. Look, rest. Listen to your body. Mentally and physically unwind. I feel like you do need this rest. You need to unwind because your life is about to get busy. I do feel an offer is going to be coming to you. You have been calling this offer in. I don't feel it's coming to you in a way that you expect or see, um, but it will be time to celebrate, and it is going to turn your lack into game. Your battle is in your mind and in your perceptions. You are being called to do new things, brand new. Go for the new, resist the old. That is the key message.
