Hello, beautiful hearts. Welcome back to my channel. If you're new here, welcome. My name is Dr. Denae Arias. I'm a psychologist, metaphysician, mystic, author of Your Cells Are Listening: What You Say Matters, as well as the Life Transforming Deep Program Your Cells Are Listening, Mission Metamorphosis. So the readings I do here are you-focused, meaning I'm looking at the energy around you right now, um, from your higher self as well as the altered ego seeing what's going on and give the advice of steps that you can take to change the energy, transmute, and all of that. So we never know what's going to come up. It— the board is open for anything, but the perspective that I read from is you with yourself because the only thing you can really control is you. We don't have control over another person, and you know, we've lived our lives so long from the outside in, meaning looking for outside answers, and we just stay stuck. So this channel is about giving you the deep insight answers. I like to get to the root of things, um, because you know what, none of us have time to waste, so we just want to get down to it. So with that being said, I want to, um, go over the cards on board, the overall energy that we're looking at. Reveal the truth that has long been hidden. You've always felt like the black sheep of the family. You always felt misunderstood. You've seen things completely different than other people, and the way that the world is now confuses you. With that being said, you have always had truth inside of you. You've had gifts, you have knowledge. These are the things that we shut down when we're having these human experiences, and that uncomfortable feeling that we get in our gut, which we were taught that's a warning sign, you know, caution, you're going in the wrong direction, when in fuller truth It's your higher self, the self that is all-knowing, standing up to the human self, the altered ego, the 3D energy, 3D way of looking at things. So your 5D self, and that anxiety and fear gets stronger only because it has more momentum, more history. You've been coming at life through that filter, through that perspective. Now is the time for you to really step out into your gifts, into the truth of who you are. It's safe now. The things that you've been hiding from, even from yourself, you know, doing the inner work, you do need to look at the hidden things, the things that we tend to feel guilt and shame over, which guilt and shame is part of the 5 human habits. And those 5 human habits are all 3D vibrational human concepts that keep us stuck. The next card is Take Action, which is perfect after this because stepping into your authenticity, using your gifts, it's now time to take action. And this comes right after it— Arise from the Ashes of Despair. This card for me is your altered ego card. It's the shadow card. It's that altered ego always comes from lack, despair, unworthiness, all of those programmings. Altered ego is a programming. And this despair, if you were the black sheep, feel misunderstood, all of that. This is how you've felt in the past when you've started to let people see more of your truth or who you really are. Something happens and this energy comes up, but it is time to take action, to go from the despair, the altered ego, self-sabotaging thoughts and emotions to let your authenticity show. You know, whether you're a tarot reader or a Reiki healer, energy healer, priestess, you know, a coach wanting to launch a program, whatever it is, you— it's going to be different from everybody. And you know, because as I'm talking about this, it's coming to mind, so you know. All right, let's get some tarot and see where this is going. Off the bat, you had seen when I was shuffling earlier, you have the Sun, the happiest card in the deck. Yeah, you're feeling very optimistic right now, very happy. Um, King of Wands, passionate Bossing up, wanting to go to the next level in your business, your career, your hobby, taking your hobby from a hobby into full-time income. Five of Cups. This is where this old altered ego self-sabotaging energy comes from. This is revisiting and only focusing on altered ego's energy, feeling like things don't work out for you no matter how hard you try or how excited you get or what you do. You feel like it doesn't work out, you mess it up, you know, things never go as planned, that type of energy is what I'm getting off of this card. Yeah, and see, Four of Wands, happiness coming together. Yes, this is a twin flame card, but this is talking about— this, this reading is about you internally. This is the battle that you go back and forth. Do you see? Altered ego, 5D. Altered ego, 5D. The bridge is taking action on what scares you, doing things that you are passionate about that you've kept hidden, but now You're not telling anybody what you're doing, and that's okay. It's not a time for telling, it's a time for showing. It's a time for showing up for yourself. Just show up and do it. I know it's uncomfortable. I know sometimes you don't even know why you're not doing it, but what we resist persists, and what we resist is what we need to face. So we can have, you know, the wish fulfillment. The Hermit. Yeah, keeping it— keep it silent, keep it to yourself for now. Yeah, just show up and do. There'll be time for talking, there'll be time for telling your story on how you did it and what you went through and all of that. Now is the time to just take action. The shadow side. See, yeah, the shadow side in the Hermit mode again, going in, listening to, you know, your intuition, focusing the shadow side The self-sabotage, the battle. All right, so this is a repeating theme, so I want to pull from another deck. Let me, let me use this one. All right, show me the cards I need to see. Show me the cards I need to see. Time to ground. Yep, this is the perfect energy to ground in. We just came through that new moon in Taurus. Taurus is an earth sign. It's very grounded, very steadfast, stubborn. And stubborn isn't always a bad thing, especially when you need to take action and reveal your truth. Be patient. You take action consistently. Not getting upset or concerned or second-guessing yourself or doubting when whatever you're putting out, whether it's online, in person, or whatever, when it seems to start taking off and then it slows down, and then you go into fear mode, be patient through that. That's when you need to ground. That's when you need to hold on to your truths because the shadow side is what you're overcoming, and it takes a lot of patience to do that— patience with yourself because you're in a mode of old habits and old patterns, and it's just like starting a new exercise. You've got to show up every day, you got to be consistent, you got to do it. Don't focus on the results right now. Just focus on the action because the results are going to show up. Yep, need and necessity. Everything that you need and that's necessary for your success will show up. It will appear. Just keep taking action. Be patient. Stay grounded. Yeah, the bottom of the deck: you were born to create. Yeah, no more doubting yourself, no more second-guessing yourself. This is your time. You've put in the work. The world is waiting for you.
