Hey, hey, hey, beautiful heart! What's vibing? Welcome to my channel. I am Dr. Denae Arias, the Awakening Doctor, metaphysician, author, master teacher, and creator of the life-changing program Your Cells Are Listening. So let's jump in, let's see what is going on in the energy right now, um, we are under some amazing and intense cosmic influences. We have the Taurus stellium still going on for a couple more days, I believe. Saturn's in retrograde, Jupiter's up to some stuff. So yeah, and we're heading for this super full moon, which you guys I'm sure are already feeling it. Um, so for those of you that may have been over the last week or so where intense doubt and fear about your capability or about things happening have been really rising up, that is going on so that you can face it, hit back with your own truths, um, and keep your eye on your goals. Keep them forward. What do you want to create? What do you want to bring into your life? Not looking back at what has been. There's no time for that. So release that as quickly as you can. And I know it could be scary not knowing what's in front of you, but you guys are lightworkers, starseeds. You guys are carrying more light, a higher vibration. Those of you that I'm connecting with are really doing the work to step out of the matrix. That was too many. So yes, don't fall back into the doubt and fear. Transmute that as quickly as possible because it's the illusion. And what— I'm sure you guys hear that all the time— well, what exactly is the illusion when it feels so real? What I— metaphysically speaking, when I'm talking about the illusion and the appearances They're called illusions because they aren't real. There is no truth in them and there's no staying power. So why do they stay around so long? Our thoughts and our feelings create our reality. So if we're having thoughts of doubt and fear, thoughts of the past, all of those illusions that we bought into that it was so real and happening to us, not for us, That's what keeps it going. There is the belief in two powers is duality, the belief in good and bad. What makes it so? What makes good and bad so? You're thinking, you're believing. That's the energy. All right. We have number 43, Utopia. Peace, serenity, paradise. This is, this is where you're heading. This is you. This is what you've been seeing in meditation, in the downloads that have been coming. Keep your eye on this. This is real. What has happened to you in the past and your experiences, even though it can feel so real, and I'm not denying those things didn't happen to you at all. But what I'm saying is those were your experiences. They all led you to this time. Just because that's what you experienced doesn't need to be your truth moving forward. That's the point I was trying to make. Number 30: Oneness, Balance, Patience, Divine Masculine. I've been talking a lot about this the last few weeks, that we are coming back into that divine oneness, the one law, that law being love. And I'm not talking about human laws, I'm talking spiritual laws. The illusion of separation is really what is coming up for a lot of people, and that's what we need to release. Number 41, transformation, metamorphosis, synchronicity, the unexpected. Guys, I'm telling you, these cards are so accurate in what we are going through, the energy that we're feeling. We are going through a huge metamorphosis, transformation. The more that we resist it, complain about it, get frustrated about it the longer it's going to take, because all of those emotions are designed to keep whatever we desire away from us. Right now, over the next few— say the next week, you are really being called to be aware, be diligent, and discipline your thoughts. Choose your words. Make sure you're using power words and focusing on what you want to manifest. Number 1, it is key to your freedom. Healed inner child, create inner safety and self-kindness. Absolutely, guys. If you— for those of you that may be struggling with inner child, inner healing, um, for those of you that have done it before but maybe you didn't get the results, you're still struggling with some negative thoughts and doubts and things like that, you might want to check out my course. Look at this, we have 1, 2, 3, and then back to 1. Guys, I'm telling you, this is huge, huge, huge. You are so close to your breakthrough. Do not give up now. Do not look backwards. You have no time to reminisce on the past. If it's coming up, just say Spirit, what is the lesson or what is the message? Because I choose to release everything that no longer serves me and where I'm going. Cosmic Circles, number 3. Create sacred space, embrace unlimited possibilities. Absolutely, guys, um These are my Lumerian Star Oracle cards. They are light activation cards. They are DNA activation cards. What does that mean? When you put your attention on them and focus on them, they get into your cellular level and they help activate you. Number 1: Right to Know. Go beyond attachment. Divine alignment. Monkey mind, altered ego, loves attachments. What it doesn't love is breaking those attachments. The closer you are to breaking the attachments and leveling up, the stronger it will appear. Keep your focus, keep your— you guys may even be with your third eye or even your crown having more intense pressure, headache-like things, guys, that is okay. That is part of the awakening, um, and awakening to higher levels, awakening that crown chakra. When it gets intense, if you have crystals, I would lay down and put a crystal right on your, um, third eye, your pineal gland. Give yourself the love that you desire. One of the universal laws of truth is you cannot receive anything until you give it out first. So give it to yourself first. Do not build a hotel in your shit. This is not going to give you Hilton points. You do not want to build a penthouse, a beautiful comfort zone in the shit of the past. Let it go. Feelings are your keys.
