In this guided energy check‑in, Dr. Denae Arias (a metaphysician) addresses lightworkers during a period when Mercury has gone direct and Saturn is about to enter retrograde. She interprets a series of Lumerian activation cards, each numbered and titled, to convey messages about ancestral healing, karmic cycles, new friendships, divine protection, inner peace, and radical expansion. Arias emphasizes the importance of releasing past patterns, staying present, and consciously declaring abundance. She explains that Saturn retrograde amplifies karma—both positive returns for those who have cleared negative karma and challenging returns for those still operating from ego or “Matrix” thinking. Archangel Michael and Metatron are invoked for protection and metaphysical insight. The reading culminates in encouragement to become the “Portal Keeper,” to welcome divine abundance, and to qualify intentions with ease and grace, inviting listeners to align with the upcoming energetic wave of expansion.

Hello, beautiful heart. What's vibing? All right, Dr. Denae Arias, metaphysician, here to check in on the lightworkers' energy. Mercury just went station direct. Saturn is ready to go retrograde. I know it has been a very interesting energetic time. For everyone, um, and we're all reacting differently to it because we're all at different places on the timeline. But one thing's for sure, we are all feeling it. All right, number 20, Light Body. Independence brings comfort. Past restrictions. Ancestral healing. Many of you know that you are the one to break these generational curses and heal your lineage. And you know, because you're going through it, it's not easy, and it's not— it's not meant to be, but it is doable. It is possible. And guess what? You're doing it. Number 9: Cosmic Wave. New friendships, preparation, and custodians. Guys, for those of you who have lost friends on this journey, I know it's painful, it can hurt, it could be very confusing. It is part of the process, it's part of evolution, growing inner. And when I'm talking evolution, I'm not talking monkeys to man, I'm talking energetic evolution, um, especially depending on your calling as a light worker. Many of us had friends that we loved and adored, but they are not meant for us to, to be with us as we move forward on the path to higher levels. And we have to honor that and realize that. But as those relationships fade, new, more aligned ones will come in. Number 3, Archangel Michael. Heart of a warrior, divine protection, synchronicity. Yeah, um, for those of you that are seeing a lot of synchronicities, and you may start seeing them as you watch this reading Um, it is typical for people to, even while watching my readings, get synchronicity after synchronicity. So just welcome it. Um, this— there is a new cosmic wave coming in. You should have already started to feel it. Um, if you're not feeling it, ask yourself, where are your thoughts? How are you internalizing the current energy, your current situations? Is your attention still on the old and the past? If so, you want to quickly change that up because all that you really have is the now moment, and it's in this now moment as to what is going to happen in your tomorrows. You already know what happened in the past, you lived it. So stop looking in the rearview mirror and keeping your attention on it unless you want that to be your tomorrows. That's the only way the past can come back and fuck with you, to keep your attention on it. All right, let's see. We have number 11, Peace Beyond Survival. I love the energy off of this card and all of the purple. Peacemaker through inner peace, resolving ancient splits. This is what we're doing, guys. Yeah, it's been ass-kicking. It's been feeling like a big cosmic ass-kicking, but each time you go through this as you drop limiting beliefs and you lean more into your spirituality, whatever that is for you, and you choose peace, you choose to be responsible and deal with your own thoughts and healing, this rises up. I'm holding these cards up because these are Lumerian activation cards. So as you put your attention on them, your cells are taking in these light codes. All right, Dove of Peace, number 10. Stay in the heart, all is well, be at peace. Especially for those of you that situations are happening right now, coming up out of the blue as you're trying to focus on your peace and moving forward. Again, situations out of the blue are coming up. They're coming up to distract you, to get you out of peace. Those— look at those as your divine opportunities, your due moments, divine opportunity to stay in peace, stay in your knowing, hold the faith, be still. Speak the word and then be still, because you know it is going to come to pass. The only way it's not going to come to pass is if you keep putting your attention on the past and the lack, the limitation, how things have always been, blah blah blah blah blah. Things will always continue to be the same until you choose to think and speak differently. Number 3, Cosmic Circles. Create sacred space, embrace unlimited possibilities. Guys, Saturn is going retrograde. Saturn is the planet of karma. Don't freak out about that because karma is neither good or bad. It literally is it's a boomerang. What you put out comes right back to you, and that's what this karma is. If you've been on this path and you've been clearing karma, you've been doing this deep work, and now your frequency is higher, guess what? Now is when the tides turn. Now is the time that your good karma comes back. Because on this journey, we have to clear that negative old karma first. Then when we do that and we raise our vibration high enough and we become an energetic match to all that we desire, the life that we desire, all of that, that's what comes in. This time period with Saturn going retrograde, I think it's either today or tomorrow that it does this. Um, this is happening globally, so you're going to see it play out. The people who have not been on this path, that are still Matrix— um, I apologize if you can hear Cody screaming, he wants attention. Um, for those of you, for those who have not been doing this work, have been more in ego or Matrix mind You're about— you're gonna start to see their karma coming back. So for those of you, my lightworker family, that have really been going inward, forgiving, releasing, releasing resentment, not looking at the past, blessing those who have hurt you, blessing those who speak ill against you, Standing in love, the cosmic circle is changing. The positive karma is now coming in. All that love that you've put out is coming back, but you're going to start to see— could be family, friends, co-workers, what have you— that their karma, they're kind of sitting in the karmic shit. Saturn is kicking that all up. Universe number 11. So we have two 11s, a 10, and a 3. Metatron, wholeness, commune with all life, micro-macronism. It's interesting because when I called out the Archangel Michael card, I kind of paused because I was going to say I feel Archangel Metatron here and around some of you, really trying to get your attention. And now here we've got the Metatron card. This Universe card for me is all about coming out of that matrix thinking and moving into the metaphysical The metaphysical thinking, seeing the metaphysical theory and truth behind everything and the oneness of life, guys. The divine help, the divine assistance, this peace that you have been calling in and have been yearning for, it is here. It is on tap. All you need to do is allow it to flow. Be responsible, aware, and mindful of your thoughts and your words. Keep them high vibration, keep them in the now, and keep your focus on what you want to call in. Yep, number 50, the Portal Keeper. You are the keeper of your portal. Now that you've done all the clearing, it's time to be on record that you allow and you welcome the flow of every divine abundance that is your birthright to come to you now. And you end that in gratitude that it's already here, and then you have to have that faith and knowing that you put out that word, that that is what has to come back to you. Where do we fall off? Where do we jump into that escape hatch? It's in this 11th hour, right before all of this turns, when the heat gets cranked up. It's in that moment you stand. You stand firm on your truths. You repeat your declarations and affirmations, and you say, I'm allowing them to come to me now. 40, Radical Expansion. This is what we're looking at, guys. No matter where you're at on this timeline, for each of us, this is radical expansion. Don't let this pass you by. Number 33, Journey to Wholeness. You're there, you are there. This is such a beautiful card, and I just want to encourage you, I know it can get a bit wonky on the roller coaster Take a deep breath, buckle in, do what you have to do, but stay positive. Stay in the now, stay in the flow with ease and grace. Qualify with everything: with ease and grace, my abundance comes to me now. With ease and grace, love comes to me now. Whatever it is, qualify that energy with ease and grace. Because I'm telling you, this new energy cycle, it's what we've been waiting for, it's what we've been working for, it's what we've been going through the quicksand for. It's here. Welcome it in. All right, beautiful heart, I am sending you oceans and oceans of love from my heart to yours. Namaste. Bye-bye.
