**Super Full Moon in Capricorn 7.13.22 Energy reading** Who's reading is this??

Hello, beautiful heart. What's vibing? Dr. Denae Arias, the Awakening Doctor, here to do today's reading. I'm recording this in the early, early hours of July 13th. We are under this super full moon in Capricorn energy. I will be completely surprised if you aren't feeling it. Um, every one of us can feel it differently. Some people, um, get really activated during, uh, full moon energy. Others get really drained. There's no right or wrong. Don't judge it. Just, you know, go with the flow, guys. This, um, this super full moon— and for those of you who may not know. Why is it a super moon? And this is the second super moon, um, of this year in a series of three. And the second one is always more powerful than the first. We had our first one in June, now we have this one, and it's in, um, the sign of Capricorn. This has to do with our 10th house. This has to do with relationships and money. Um, so there's a lot that goes into this, but why is it a supermoon? It's a supermoon because it's the closest to Earth. Um, that's what makes it super. All right, so excuse me, guys. You may, um, feel like crying. You might— this could also be into the lead-up into today. And this energy, you can feel it for the next, um, up to 36 hours. So if you have been out of the blue overly emotional, just crying and crying, or want to cry but you're not allowing yourself to cry, allow yourself to cry. That's what is needed. Crying is a cellular Release. This— and now is the time to allow that stuck energy to leave. It's been coming up. You guys have been having intense experiences relating to the past and past experiences. You guys, um, know that the battlefield really is in your mind. So that's just a quick quick, 3 minutes in, um, overview of what energy we're sitting under. So go a little bit easy on yourself today, try to go with the flow. Um, one of the things that this super full moon is amplifying that I want you to be very aware of Your intuition is heightened. Um, so if there is somebody or something in your energy field— and what does that mean? That means you're thinking about them, um, you're feeling their energy, your attention's on them, however you want to put it— challenge yourself today to pull your energy back. This is not the time to be sending out your energy, especially if you're dealing with people or situations where you intuitively know they're not coming correct, they're not being truthful. In the past, where you might have tried to engage more or sent your energy out towards them, don't. Pull it back in. Just let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be. Because this is all about you and going to the next level and learning how to really protect your energy. And so we are going to get a lot of practice over the next few days with that. So stay conscious and aware. All right, we're starting out with Limitless. You know, this card is such a beautiful energy because we have lived our lives when we're in the Matrix, in that programming. We live limited, limited lives, limited based on our beliefs. And you guys hear me say it all the time— limiting beliefs, limiting beliefs. Our limiting beliefs cause our own fears and doubts and illusions and things like that. Moving from that limited energy, it's like, to give you a visual, thinking of yourself whether it's a birdcage or just in some sort of cage, not able to get out of it. As you're on this path and, you know, working with yourselves, talking to them, gaining this enlightenment, you move into your natural state. Your natural state is limitless. You are an infinite being living in an infinite universe. That's how it was designed. And guys, I'm not a baker, I don't sugarcoat it, it's not easy. This journey is intense. It's scary at times. It takes you to the depths, um, of who you are and your emotions, aka the dark night of the soul. But when you come through that, you soar to heights you never thought you would achieve. I'm here to help you through that darker time, that bumpier time. You may sit there— I hear this all the time, you guys. I even, I mean, I went through this. We all do. It's part of the journey when we're awakening and really coming into these truths, and then we have to face all the lies that we built our lives around and that we believed. It can feel like we're losing our mind, like we are going crazy. That is part of the process. Um, so I just want you to know that, yeah, it is a part of the process. All right, so now we go from Lightness to Awaken. Literally, I'm telling you guys, my cards don't lie. This is such beautiful energy, and you're seeing the progress. I wanted to say projection. I knew that wasn't it. And look, you recognize you're limitless. You start thinking and acting and speaking accordingly. Doesn't happen over overnight. Don't beat yourself up. Even a little change is progress. This leads to an even greater, deeper awakening. Guys, one of the things that, um, really can trip us up on this path is these expectations that we put up in our intellect. Um, I used to fall into this trap all the time. Okay, you know, I heard this, yes, I'm doing it, I'm doing it, but then wasn't seeing the results in my 3D or in my daily experience. That right there is altered ego monkey mind playground. That's when we start to self-sabotage, get really critical, and why isn't this working? We get into complaining and resistance. Beautiful heart, that's what stops you. It's literally that attitude right there. And if Even if all you could do today is just go, holy crap, Denae, you're speaking right to me, this is what I do, then, you know, just recognize that and just say, wow, that is what I'm gonna let go of under this super full moon because it's no longer serving me. I know better. And as you consciously do that and then you stay consistent with your truth statements, with more love and compassion and grace that your internal dialogue speaks to you, inevitably you rise and you shine. This is a shine that that inner light— people look at you and just go, there's something different. This is what's on the other side of all of that denser, darker emotions. And when I say darker, it's not evil, it's none of that. It just means darker— when I speak about it, talks about energy that is denser, it's heavier, it isn't the truth. The light hasn't been let into the cellular level to be able to push those beliefs out. So that's what I'm talking about. All right, moving on, because holy crap, I'm already 10 minutes in. Number 19, Balance. I do believe this came out, um, in one of the readings yesterday. Yeah, this is the process, learning the truths about us, learning that um, it's all energy. And when we can learn to work with the energy or understand it, learn what the universal laws are, we balance our masculine and our feminine energy. The masculine energy is the intellect, it's the mind, it is the light. The feminine energy is the heart. It's the feeling, the emotional body. And when we bring those two into balance, we have a holy matrimony, marrying the masculine and the feminine, bringing it into balance. But guys, make no mistake about it, on this journey, yeah, it could feel like our head's in the freaking cloud. We can feel lost. See, that's part of that matrix stuff, meaning we have gone through so much in our lives that many of us subconsciously may not even realize it. We have controlling ways. Why? Because those are survival tactics or survival programming. If we— in the way altered ego or monkey mind makes us think about is, well, well, if we have control over this, this, and this, then I'm safe, then I can move accordingly. That's a lie. All right, abundance, guys. This super full moon in Capricorn is all about abundance and release, opening us up to what is our natural birthright. We were not By design, we were made in the light and the love, the image and likeness. The image is the light, that's the masculine principle. The love is the feminine principle. It's the emotional body, it's the heart. They were designed to work together. The mind has a thought first, then an image will appear to match that thought, and guess what comes up at that same time? An emotion. The emotion is going to back up the thought. Bam! Now you have the formula for manifesting. So what you're thinking about and what you're feeling— you guys hear me say it all the time, but for those of you who are new Number 1, welcome, welcome. Sorry, I just sort of lost my train of thought. I fell off the bike here. Give me a moment. Oh, there we go. What I was going to say is our words qualify, but our feelings activate. And as we are coming out of the Matrix and awakening and going through this process, we start to really understand by our own experiences. We learn through this contrast, and that's what I want you to pay attention to because We all have patterns and programming, the way we see things, the way we filter things, and the way, um, we react or respond to other people. This is a time to just really focus on yourself because this abundance in all forms wants to get to you. It is your birthright. We all came here with a divine birthright That is health, wealth, happiness, love, and joy. And if we're not living that, we're not experiencing that in all areas of our life, there is limiting beliefs playing out, and it's old energy. Number 6, self-love. This is going to be the theme. This has been the theme, especially for 2022, but as we go through the rest of this year this, this is where it's at. Okay, just let me get a couple of tarot cards. We're already 15 minutes in. All right, guys, love, praise, and gratitude, glory and grace. I pour my love, praise, and gratitude All right, starting out with the Hanged Man. Sorry. Yep, Piscean energy. This one's been coming up a lot. This is about needing to see things from a different perspective. That's what this whole reading was about. Now we've got the King of Wands and the Three of Cups. This King of Wands, um, in this deck, I really— I actually like him. Um, in some of my other decks, not so much, but this guy I like because he's the entrepreneur, he's the natural leader, he has vision, passion, um, and honor. He's very charismatic. Um, this again, rising up and becoming the leader in our own lives. There is a— I don't know if you guys might not be able to see it, um, it's way down here. Sorry guys, if you can't— there's a salamander down there that spiritually that represents recreating ourselves. Um, over and over. And I know that may sound a bit odd, but it's really a good thing. It's that, um, process of continually recreating ourselves, continually striving to be better than we were. Um, this King in this deck He's a very grateful king, but he's always in transition. Then we have the Three of Cups. Guys, for those of you that have been losing friends and family for whatever reason, um, you know, there's a plethora of that going on. This card is signaling that there is a time of happiness and friendship coming in. New community, new friends. This could be co-workers, strangers at an event, um, you know, soul community. So for those of you that have been going through, um, that time where you might be feeling very lonely, you're not in alignment with those that you used to be in alignment with. This is saying it's okay, it's okay. Honor those memories. Release anybody and everybody that you need to with love, with love, grace, and compassion, because what you put out, you will attract back to you. And I've been talking for the last couple of weeks about resentment and unforgiveness. Those, as well as doubt and fear, all of that is poison on your path, and it only serves to hold you back and create more issues in your body. All right, reflect on your priorities. You are your priority. Attend to the details. For those of you, um, since we do have King of Wands, your entrepreneurial spirit. You are an entrepreneur, however that means for you. There are so many different ways. Um, if you're feeling overwhelmed or a bit lost, not sure, you have a bunch of stuff on your to-do list, you're not sure what to action first, recognize this is another altered ego programming or tactic to, um deceive you or distract you. I don't care how small it is, pick the easiest thing first and go that way and go with that. If you're the type that shies away from things you may not really understand, or you need to, um, consult Brother Google for the answers or the how-to, and you find yourself in resistance with that then do whatever the simple thing is on your list. Start somewhere, because that is the work to put in. It is showing your willingness that, hey, I mean what I say, I say what I mean. I am here to become the best version of me, have fun doing it, and help others along my way. That's the bigger picture. But the human consciousness within us, that monkey mind, altered ego, loves to get us hooked and keep our attention on what we don't have, what we're lacking, what we're not, and all of our mistakes. Honey, that time has come and gone. Release that now. Sorry, half the deck just fell. All right, let's get one more Infinity Oracle card to wrap this up. Self Worth, guys. This deck, it's not a small deck. I shuffle and shuffle and shuffle even before I come on camera. I think this came out in the last 3 readings consistently. This is what is on tap for everybody— self-worth. Release tonight at this full moon if you're still in this energy of needing approval or validation from anybody outside of you, release that. That will always keep you stuck. The only approval you need is your own. Closure— give yourself the closure that you need. And at the bottom of the deck, listen to your intuition.
