Hello, beautiful heart. Wow, welcome to this video. I am Dr. Denae Arias, the Awakening Doctor. All right, we are going to look at today's energy. As, as you saw, as soon as I picked it up, these came flying out. The feeling of the struggle creates the struggle. Sorry, guys, lots of different shadows and stuff with the light today. What you feel, you will make real. All right, and I know the feeling of the struggle creates the struggle came out earlier this week. That has been a theme for everybody, um, and really what that is about— both of these are about mastering yourself, mastering your thoughts and your emotions. I know, I know, way easier said than done. But it's possible. All right, Lost Compass, getting back to integrity. Willow the Wisp, treasures hidden in the shadows. Look, I just mentioned about the shadows with these lights. And Moon Maiden, new beginnings. Love it, love it, love it, love it. Yes, so we've got Venus, um, going direct today. We're still under the, the Capricorn stellium, just really started. And I think that's 5 planets, 4 or 5 planets in Capricorn, um, right now. But with Venus going direct, you will feel this energy shift. So give it a little while for you to assimilate it and adjust to it. This whole time Mercury's still in retrograde for another week or two. Um, but yeah, this whole thing has been about getting back to integrity, getting back to the truth of you, what you want in your life, what is okay, what is acceptable and what isn't. You know, this brought out a lot of our shadow side, guys. It was designed to You know, our shadow side holds a lot. It holds our keys on how to master ourselves. And those of you who really have gone within and embraced that shadow side— not gave in to it, but embraced it— to find those hidden treasures and Change your life. You are being given that new beginning that you have wanted. You have been feeling that a change was coming, but a lot of us, when we feel that there is a change coming and the more intense it gets, we can slip back into feeling lost and confused, not sure what's happening. Is it going to happen? Am I going crazy? All of that. So your new beginning is here. All right, all right. Five of Cups in reverse, Ten of Cups, and the Sun. See, this is even reconfirming, validating whatever word you want to use of what I was just saying in these cards. This Five of Cups energy, this is what you've been in, this is what you've been battling for a long time. I am so not happy with the lighting, sorry guys. And this coming out in reverse is saying, you know what, you're done. You're done grieving, grieving the loss of a person, a job, a home, a relationship, a friendship. Um, you You could even be grieving, you know, the loss of your old self. There's nothing wrong in that, you know. You lived with your old self, with these masks and playing roles less than who you really are, for a long time, guys. It's normal to go through that grieving process, but the thing is, you want to go through it. You don't want to build a Hilton in it. You want to go through it. You want to release it. Look during the shadow phase at what, what is causing you the most pain. Because whenever there is pain, anger, frustration, anxiety, the root is always a limiting belief in our mind. Nobody outside of you can change it, only you. You know this, and you are starting to really make this real in your life. Because look, the Ten of Cups— new beginning. This is ending, new beginning. And look, harvesting the seeds that you've planted have grown. It's now time for your new beginning to begin. It's time for you to take that empty basket So you've gone through this process of emptying the basket of all the rotting fruit— your old thoughts, your old patterns, your old ways of dealing with things. You emptied that out and said, no, I want new. I don't want the old, limp, rotting fruit or vegetables. And look, you did the work in the shadow time. You held on to the truth that you can create a new beginning, and here you are. Here's the Sun, the happiest card in the deck. This is renewal, this is new beginnings, this is re-energizing. You know, this is your— I don't even want to say dreams and wishes coming true because it's not The work that you've done isn't taking your loose change and seeing a water fountain, making a wish and throwing your coins in there. Hell no. You've been through the battle, you've been through the battlefield, you've had the swords in your back, you've been down and out for the count, you've had wands thrown at you, you've thrown them yourself, but you've pulled back and you said, no, I don't want this anymore in my life. This may have been my experiences, but it's not going to be my future. Now we're seeing that change coming. You guys have heard me talk about you being on the precipice, going up that mountain, and you have this one final push. What decision are you going to make? What are you going to feed? And you've pushed through. I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it. All right, Spirit. And Mercury still being in retrograde, there still can be issues around communication, uh, right now. This energy feels like these revelations, these changes, this assimilation is for you. What does that mean? That means keep your mouth quiet. Zip your lip. Zip it up. Don't share what you're learning, what you've discovered, your revelations, all of that. Don't share that with anybody right now. It is still too fresh for you. You still don't even fully understand what's happening. Now is not the time to share it with others. Because other people who are not one, on the same journey as you, not in the same vibration as you, will spew their energy knowingly or unknowingly, and it will pull you back, and it can steal what you are trying to manifest. Because you are, you are manifesting your dreams right now and your wishes. Where you have screwed up before, because guys, you've been here before, is when the energy starts to change and it feels lighter, you're getting excited, then you want to share, you want to talk about it with somebody or with people. That is when it's snatched from you because Look, here's this guy with this violin. He's off to go— or it's not even a violin, it's a cello— off to go, um, play his new song, his music. She's happy and content, loving, you know, filling her basket with the newness. But look, they're both in solitary energy. They're not going to interact with each other and spoil the harvest. That's what I'm saying. Now is not the time to be sharing all this goodness. It's not time to share your bounty with others right now. Be very selfish with your energy. It's protection mode. Um, yeah, refusing to see came out. What I feel off of this is that kind of how I was saying keep it quiet, don't reveal things right now because people aren't going to understand if they're at lower energy and not putting in the work like you are. Jealousy, envy, backbiting, all of that is going to come at you. Refusing to see that right now isn't the time for you to share and take people with you. This part of your journey is for you right now. And guys, hear me out, this is context. It's for you right now. Everything will change soon. It will be time for you to share and to allow people who want to go with you, who are at your vibrational level to join you because where you're going— look, 19, shine. You are rising up and out. You are— it is your time to shine, guys. There is a time period when you are stepping into this energy like you are right now to shine. To shine means not to go and get your posse have a meeting, let them know what's going on, rile the troops, get everybody on board and go forward. No, this is the time for you to shine your light from within. Do it from a humble, higher healed vibrational state and not come from ego. You guys know what I talk about when I say that. Because when ego wants to talk in the happy times— because don't, don't get it twisted, ego will set traps both in the negative and in the positive— but ego always comes with this energy of, look at me, look at me, and wants to highlight the story of how you got there, not that you're there. That type of energy. Or even sometimes that subtlety of, oh, the struggle, you have no idea what I faced to get here, blah. That's all altered ego saying me, me, me, give me the credit. When you are rising out of that, you're no longer wanting to give ego credit for anything. This is the time for you to shine your inner light from a place of humility and humbleness because you've done that work. You've looked at yourself and you've given yourself that love and compassion, and when you do that, the energy changes and it's completely different. Be aware of the energy that you're in when you have different thoughts going on. They are your guide. Getting back to your integrity and your strength because you are here.
