To think of socialism as synonymous with neighborliness is sick. It means he's a moron, aside from bad. Socialism has destroyed more lives than any ism outside of Nazism and communism. Social— anyway, even communist countries— this was my field of study— Stalin never said they were communist. The motto in the Soviet Union was, we're socialist, we're "Periode ke Kommunismu," forward to communism. They all called themselves socialist states. But that's now neighborliness in your state.
