The Dennis Prager Show LIVE

Hi everybody, good Monday to you, and I do hope you had a good weekend. There's more traffic. That's a good sign. In the midst of the unethical, irrational, immoral lockdown, I kept thinking, wow, it would be nice to have traffic back. Whoever thought anybody would ever wish for traffic? Next time I'm in a traffic jam, I will think about that. Between the two, a traffic jam and a dead society, I'll take the traffic jam. Once again, as I said one year ago, the lockdowns were immoral, irrational, unscientific, destructive. The fact that in the United States, Democratic governors would be far more likely, and mayors would be far more likely than Republican governors and mayors to deprive people of the ability to make a livelihood should tell you something about the Democratic Party. But all it does is reinforce Democrats' belief of what a wonderful party it is. It's the party of the rich. It has become the party of the rich, and many of the rich don't give a damn about the non-rich. Never thought I'd say that. It sounds almost leftist, doesn't it? But my first commitment on this program and in life is to truth. Bill Gates cares about a restaurant owner as much as I care about the stock market in Benin. I might care about the stock market in Benin more, having been there actually. Having developed an affection for its people. It's a little country in West Africa. Remember Benin? That was one of the great trips. Talking about great trips, my cruise is canceled for no good reason whatsoever other than irrational, destructive, immoral, unscientific fears. The ability to scare people en masse is the root of much of 20th century evil. What the Soviets and the Nazis did with mass media is far more understandable to me today. I thought I understood it. I did. It was my field of study, or part of my field of study. But I never thought that the media could be so corrupt in a free society. That, that's a, that's a shockeroo. By the way, even my producer does not know this, and he knows everything about me, including my neck size. Is that— do you know my neck size? All right, what do you think it is? 17 and a half. So he didn't know it. All right, it was close. However, I have decided to tweet regularly— doesn't mean every day, but regularly— a thought of the day. And so this is a reminder because and my trusted partner in life, sends out the tweets for me. And hopefully you will retweet them. These are the things that make life clear. So the closing arguments in the Derek Chauvin trial given And the— I heard a good chunk of the prosecutor's final statement in which he said, look, just trust your eyes. I only wish that that were generally done in our society. They're not riots, they're protests. Trust your eyes. I needed an air sickness bag at that time. It's exactly what the message of society is not. Do not trust your eyes. Oh, like one caller last week, he made an impression on me because I found him depressing, an 18-year-old. He read that studies said that right-wing violence is even greater in America than left-wing violence, which only proves how often studies are just propaganda, lying propaganda at that. There's propaganda that isn't a lie. Trust your eyes, my friends. Yes. Are there more riots now in Portland? Yeah. And Oregon has announced that there will be an indefinite mandate of mask wearing, correct? Outdoors, everywhere. Yeah, yes. You know Oregon well. Your sister lives there. You go there often. If I were to go to Portland and interact with people, would I have a clue as to how stupid they are? I'm not being cute. Or would they, as many stupid people, be sweet and courteous and so on. Probably more the latter. That's what I think. Yeah, exactly. I understand the complexity of human interaction in life. You can be a nice husband, wife, father, mother, friend. Of course you can. And be an idiot. Maybe I'll tweet that out. Nice people can do and often do as much damage as evil people. There were people who I have no doubt had slaves in the South and who were personally honest and upright citizens and so on. They just happened to believe that black human beings could be enslaved. Okay, that's pretty evil belief, but, uh, but otherwise they might have been quite, uh, quite fine. Human beings are complex, but the ability of nice people to destroy is quite extensive. So everybody's boarding up their cities. LA, where I live, they're boarding up the city. LA is particularly likely to be hurt even though it has nothing to do with the Derek Chauvin trial because the prosecutor, the district attorney, is one of the few people I would actually say is evil. What's his first name? George? What's his last name? Gascon. Bad people, people who hurt others, know that he will not prosecute them, if they're on the right side anyway, meaning they have the right color or they have the right cause. So if people know that they will not be punished for doing X, they'll do X, right? Isn't that like pretty basic to the human condition? What a sad state that places are boarding up knowing there will be riots. Look, I remember going to Philadelphia when the Phillies won the World Series. I went to give a speech and there were riots after the Phillies won the World Series. It doesn't take much for certain people to destroy others' livelihoods. It's fun. Looting is an adrenaline rush, apparently. I remember during the Rodney King riots in LA— by the way, the Rodney King riots were the night that I began my Bible classes that are now what they call the Torah Tapes. Oh, hundreds of them, and of the first 5 books of the Bible. And I am— and of course I'm writing it in the Rational Bible. Third volume is coming out, by the way, in September. And you can pre-order it, and I hope you do. This is, uh, this is the work of my life, to explain these 5 books where everything is. No Torah, no Old Testament, no New Testament, no Judaism, no Christianity, no Western civilization. Other than that, it's not that important. Places burning up. 2021 in the United States. Can you tell me any other multiracial, multiethnic, multireligious place that has worked as the United States has? Of course not. We shall return.

The governor of Minnesota is named Tim Walz, and he tweeted late last night, quote, Gwen and I are praying for Daunte Wright's family 'As our state mourns another life of a Black man taken by law enforcement.' End of quote. Why did the governor feel a need to refer to this man's race as Black? Because the governor is buying into the narrative that the police are disproportionately, unreasonably, unfairly, unlawfully killing Black people. Is there any evidence that what happened, however tragic, would have been different had this person been white?

Vice President Kamala Harris will travel to Guatemala and Mexico in her role in tackling the root causes of the migration crisis we're facing at our southern border. I'm not kidding you. Selena Myers, I mean Kamala Harris, made an announcement. She was asked by reporters at a roundtable discussion about whether she's going to visit the border itself. She didn't answer. Then she said her job is to focus on the root cause of the migration problem and that she will be traveling to Mexico and Guatemala soon. She will be involved, according to the White House, in high-level diplomatic work. Yes, diplomatic work, all right. She's going to go to Guadalajara. To try to deal with our immigration problem. Great, great. We're in great hands. Senator John Thune, Republican from South Dakota, had a suggestion about infrastructure. Since we're paying just pennies on the dollar for infrastructure, uh, he, he had a kind of a novel idea. Senator Thune has a suggestion about how we can spend some of that infrastructure money And now they've got this humanitarian crisis, national security crisis down there, which is desperately in need of a solution.

One of the things they could do—

there's been a lot of talk about infrastructure.

The administration is talking about infrastructure bill.

One important piece of infrastructure is to finish building the border wall.

Now, James O'Keefe might be the most hated man from the American left, and that's saying something besides Donald Trump. The only issue that James O'Keefe has, the only issue, is that none of the networks cover his exposés, that no one in the mainstream power structure gives him the distribution he deserves. So that's why we're talking about it today. So now James O'Keefe will be on radio stations across the country and one of the top podcasts and yes, on our livestream. So James O'Keefe and his team sat down with the technical director of CNN. And this video is so alarming on a variety of different levels. I'm going to let you listen to it for yourself. But the essence of the video is that the technical director for CNN admitted that their goal was to publish propaganda. I kid you not, he uses that word, and to get Trump out.

We—

Okay everybody, I want to tell you about a movie to make you laugh, and I would say that laughter is necessary at this time. And that is, it's titled Church People, and the kicker is it's very funny And it's about evangelicals. The number of funny evangelical films is less than the number of Jewish hockey players. That's my take. It's not in the ad. But this one works. It's called Church People. The executive producer is MyPillow founder Mike Lindell. And it's about a guy who, a pastor who with his big church runs into some difficulties, let's put it that way. Church People will leave you laughing out loud, and yet it's got a big message about the gospel. You can stream Church People on SalemNow.com. Watch Church People at SalemNow.com. Very nice, very nice. I have a powerful thing to read to you. And the issue is to find it. It is the statement by a parent. It's the statement by a parent at a school. What is the name of the school? The all-girls school. You want to get that up for me? I, I'm just going to read it straight. Yes. Anyway, people are starting to speak out. I have two parents now, or one teacher and one parent, that are starting to speak out about the brainwashing and the creating of bad human beings at schools. That is what the left is doing. The left does evil. Liberals watch them do it, but some liberals are actually engaged in moral courage. Here's one example. The name of the school, it's in New York City, it's an all-girls school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. It's called Brearley, B-R-E-A-R-L-E-Y. It is a private all-girls school, as I said, tuition You ready? This is from K-12, I believe. $54,000 a year. And they always ask you for more money for fundraising and so on. $54,000 to have your daughter hate America and ultimately everything you stand for. And people pay it because people believe in the false god of the formal education. I love education. I'm pretty damn well educated. I love books. Love them. I love to touch them. I love to feel them. Well, it's the same as touch them. I love to look at them. I have about 6,000 of them. I read all the time. And that's why I loathe what the left has done to education. But parents delude themselves into thinking that what is good for my daughter is the most prestigious school. They have the best labs, and there's a good chance she'll get into Yale, which is totally morally corrupt. Well, you— but you worship false gods, you reap what you have sown. Tuition costs $54,000 a year, and prospective families apparently have to take an anti-racism pledge to be considered for admission. Imagine that. What if in the '50s they said you had to take an anti-communist pledge? I mean, anybody who hates racism should also hate communism, right? Right. There's no doubt. I hate them both. However, one family has had enough of the indoctrination machine and penned an eloquent letter explaining their reason for removing their daughter. April 13th. This is from a parent who sends his child there, Andrew Gutman. We have to try to get Andrew Gutman on the show. We should have, we should have a sort of— I'm not kidding— we should have sort of like a hero's interview. Because they inspire you. Let me tell you something, folks. Many, many, many, many, many of you listening are in the closet as conservatives. It is not possible to lead a happy life and live in a closet. Are there consequences to getting out? Coming out, as they say? Yep. Now, will you lose your job? I can never advocate that somebody who will lose their job come out of the closet. I have my job, and I don't have the right, I believe, to tell you that you should lose your livelihood when I have mine. But short of that, so you'll be hated So what? America is worth having people hate you for. So this, this is an example of this man whose daughter is at Brearley, which has been destroyed by the left. Dear fellow Brearley parents, April 13th, 2021. Our family recently made the decision not to re-enroll our daughter at Brerley for the year 2021-22 school year. She has been at Brerley for 7 years, beginning in kindergarten. In short, we no longer believe that Brerley's administration and board of trustees have any of our children's best interests at heart. This, by the way, is a great letter. I would not— it's an extensive one, and I wouldn't read it if it weren't great. That is correct. They do not have the children's interests at heart. They have the left's interest at heart. They have hatred of America at heart. Moreover, we no longer have confidence that our daughter will receive the quality of education necessary to further her development into a critically thinking, responsible, enlightened, and civic-minded adult. Critically thinking. It's the opposite of leftism. I write to you as a fellow parent to share our reason for leaving the Brerley community, but also to urge you to act before the damage to the school, to its community, and to your child's own education is irreparable. You know what we say to this man? Bravo. It cannot be stated strongly enough that Brerley's obsession with race must stop It should be abundantly clear to any thinking parent that Braley has completely lost its way. The administration and the board of trustees have displayed a cowardly and appalling lack of leadership by appeasing an anti-intellectual, illiberal mob and then allowing the school to be captured by that same mob. What follows are my own personal views on Braley's anti-racism initiatives. But these are just a handful of the criticisms that I know other parents have expressed. This man is coming out of the closet. That's what everybody has to do who loves truth and who loves this country.

And how hard was it for 3 vaccines to be created in less than a calendar year? Could you give us some of the inside story? How hard was it to get the U.S. government with the corporations to create to be that historic success?

Well, it was very hard. We had an FDA that takes a long time to approve things, as you know. You had Fauci saying it's going to take 3 years, maybe much longer. Most people thought you couldn't do it in 5 years. Most people thought you'd never even get a vaccine. I felt confident that we did something else. We spent billions of dollars on manufacturing the vaccine before we even knew if it was going to work. It was a calculated risk. And if we didn't do that, you wouldn't have had it for 9 months after after the date that they announced, which, as you know, because of what I did with drug prices, with the favored nations laws, that's going to be the biggest thing ever, assuming Biden keeps it for drug prices. The drug companies aren't exactly in love with me. And they announced it 2 days after. I think everyone knew we were right there, but they announced it 2 days after. Now, supposing they announced it before, though, Sebastian, the press would have played it down. So they announced it before. They would have acted like no big deal. When they announced it after, they made a big deal out of it. But between the FDA, who we pushed at a level that they've never been pushed before— so we got the vaccine done in less than 9 months, and it would have taken 3 to 5 years. I don't think they ever would have had it.

Dennis Prager here with James O'Keefe, president and founder of Project Veritas. They have been in the news recently for the remarkable— in other words, worthy of remark but not worthy of wonder. Nobody was surprised that a CNN executive acknowledged that they were a propaganda machine for the last 4 years and for the election and much else, including frightening people for ratings and the like. James O'Keefe had this man speak to someone that he had— this man had been seeing in a sort of dating situation. James has now been banned from Twitter, they say permanently, and is suing Twitter among others. And I, needless to say, I'm with you, James. What exactly will you be doing now? I'm not hearing James. Guys, everything is connected properly and I'm not hearing James. I feel bad for me. I feel bad for James. The line went dead. Hmm, we have very problematic lines. All right, we will get him back. He is suing Twitter, he is suing CNN, I believe the New York Times. What these companies have become is an American form of Pravda, as is clearly the case with CNN and all of them. Journalism has been corrupted. Well, what hasn't, my friends? It is, it is a purely negative force, leftism. So they need to be sued by many people. There was a— they even, they even banned the New York Post article on the BLM head who spent $3 million on a few homes. All right, James, I'm sorry about that. I have no control over the world of technology.

So, well, Dennis, um, yeah, you know, I appreciate you having me on again, and I just want to say that, uh, uh, we are filing the Twitter lawsuit today. I was banned on Friday for, quote, making fake accounts, unquote. That's a defamatory statement, and we're filing a lawsuit, probably in New York, literally in a matter of hours from now. And for those of you who think I'm bluffing or just doing this for publicity stunt, uh, your audience may or may not know that Project Veritas recently won in the Supreme Court of the state of New York in a defamation action against the New York Times. We're one of only a handful of people to have accomplished this in the last few decades. So that means, Dennis, that we intend to get videotaped discovery into Twitter's operations, since we're already going to be doing that, into the New York Times. And we intend to publish the people under oath, uh, because, Dennis, there's no other option. We have to go on offense. We have to hold them accountable. They banned me on Twitter because our video exposés of CNN were too true and effective, and they needed to get rid of me. And this is, this is just principles that we're fighting for here that are universal. So we're not going to back down.

I think that's fantastic. The lawyers— I'm not asking their names, but the lawyers you have, you're confident in?

Well, I'll tell you this, uh, I can tell you the firm. We hired Claire Locke, Libby Locke, one of the best defamation lawyers in the country, against the New York Times. And we're hiring Harmeet Dhillon, who you all may know in California, who's an expert on Silicon Valley, but they may have immunity under the 230, uh, Section 230, but this is not that. This is a— this is different. They've made a statement about me. I'm a public figure, so—

right, that's right. They're immune if somebody else makes a statement about you, but they're not immune if they make a statement.

That's correct. That's correct. And I just want to highlight this because I think it's so important, because I know this is a little in the weeds, but But when we sued the New York Times, the justice in New York State put out a 16-page order and they said it was the New York Times that apparently engaged in disinformation and deception. And you have to remember, these people accuse us of what they do. They're masters of projection. So they may be impersonating things. And I've had people try to impersonate my own employees, which I'd never do. And I just think it's important for us to do something about the problems in society. We have to actually fight them. The only way that I know how is through the country's libel laws. You do have a recourse under defamation law. You can go after these people when they intentionally lie about you. You just can't do that. So Dennis, I'm not bluffing.

We're going off the record. No, no, no. You're one of those who fight on the good side. You're not the typical guy on our side. Listen, I don't know if you have time or not. Do you?

I have another 5 minutes or so.

Okay, because, well, I got to take a commercial break. So if I— look, I will have you again if we're not— not now, because you're doing great work. What I'd like to ask him is why he's suing CNN. In the meantime, I would like to tell you about a remarkable product, to use that term again, worthy of remarking about. Nerve Renew. Story is very simple. The pins and needles thing in hands and feet that many people have, I was afflicted with at a very early age. Didn't compromise my ability to love life, but it, it was an issue. Finally got inserts for my shoes that were very helpful. Started taking Nerve Renew, and a year later I threw away the inserts. I asked them to advertise. And so while their TV network ratings are cratering, their web traffic remains rather substantial. Therefore, this revelation is not insignificant. And guess what? This guy's the technical director. This guy oversees a lot of the digital operations. In Cut 50, James O'Keefe describes to Sean Hannity what Project Veritas has released. I've never seen James O'Keefe wear a tie. It's really interesting. Good for him. Play tape.

You saw the tapes. He's admitting the network is propaganda. He says they were trying to get Trump out without admitting that's what they were doing. And saw me confront him about that. I just want them to be honest. He's not being honest. They're deceiving. And he says that they're helping Biden. They're painting Biden in order to help him with his aviator shades.

So this is an extreme Hello everybody, I'm Dennis Prager and I welcome you back or to the show. So, James O'Keefe had to go. What he's doing is very important. The courts are the last refuge at this time for freedom in the United States. Of course, if the judge was appointed by Barack Obama, it's— there is no interest in liberty. And sometimes it's true for a George W. Bush appointee as well. There's no guarantee, but the defamation of O'Keefe and others is so obvious. Twitter has banned him, made up a thing that he used false identities. They just make stuff up to shut you down. I'll give you an example if this is not as— makes it obvious as possible that these people are essentially communists. In terms of liberty, that these are now communists. Never thought I'd say that in my lifetime in the United States. Millions— this is New York Post— found they were unable to share a New York Post story about Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors, a self-identified Marxist purchasing 4 high-end homes with a total value of $3.2 million. The story was blocked from circulation on Facebook and Instagram. Prior to the 2020 election, Twitter and Facebook also blocked the New York Post exposé of emails found on a Hunter Biden laptop that had been left at a Delaware repair shop. If you're a liberal, I'd love to know what a liberal— I know what a liberal does. They tune out. There's a cowardice at the heart of modern liberalism that is the defining element of modern liberalism. There are very few exceptions, like the man I'm going to continue reading his letter, whose letter I will continue reading. But that's what it is. At the heart of liberalism is cowardice. It's a tragedy. It was not always the case. It is now. Why does this only trouble conservatives? Story is blocked by, uh, by Twitter. A story on a BLM co-founder purchasing 4 homes The total value of $3.2 million. You have the audio of what? Oh yeah, now I heard it. You want it? You want to hear her defense? It's a riot. Okay, let's hear it.

—say, but that it's about— or about property per se, but it's about there being a potential contradiction between your express policy and your lived practice.

Sure. And I think that is I think that that's a critique that is wanting.

And I say that because the way that I live my life is in direct support to Black people, including my Black family members, first and foremost.

And for so many Black folks who are able to invest in themselves and their community, they choose to invest in their family. And that's what I've chosen to do. I have a child. Severe mental illness that I take care of. I support my mother, um, and I support many other family members of mine. And so I see, um, uh, my money as not my own. I see it as, um, my family's money as well. Get that? Sounds upper class, not upper— not middle class. I mean, my money is my family's money. My money, right. My family. That's not what everybody wants to do. That's what everybody would like to do. That is correct. It's very much like Jewish leftists who support, who live completely conservative lives. I know this because I'm Jewish and I know this extended family members, they live utterly conservative lives. Study hard, work hard, go to get your college graduation degree, get a job, get married, have children after you get married, right? Pure bourgeois middle-class values. And they support people who despise everything they stand for. This is unprecedented. It's like it's unprecedented that the United States ambassador to the UN craps on the United States in front of Cuba and Russia, these, these liberty-suppressing countries. There's no other ambassador on earth in the UN who spends their time telling the UN how awful their own country is. This is Joe Biden's pick. Joe Biden has already done more damage in a few months than any president since Andrew Johnson in 4 or 8 years. Appointing this woman is a travesty of the position of UN ambassador. Well, that's what I'm telling you about the, uh, what's happened to the Democrat and to the liberal Can't the people who run Facebook, I mean, it's just astonishing. What I believe what Zuckerberg has done, see, Zuckerberg's original instinct was let everything be on the internet. Then the New York Times hit him and the others and needless to say he backed down. His commitment to free speech is zero. So now what he does is he hires these people who are woke, and woke is simply basically a euphemism for communist in terms of ideology and suppression of liberty, and they suppress liberty. I gotta keep reading to you the letter from the parent at this $55,000 a year school. In New York City taking his daughter out, as you should. Now Al is in Richmond, California. Al, you're on the Larry Elder Show. Thank you so much for calling. I appreciate it.

My theory is that my thought pattern is, uh, don't let an officer be the arresting officer, the judge, the jury, and the executioner. That's unfortunate. You know, I've had these talks with young men before, and don't let that happen to you. And in reality, you don't have to follow a directive from a cop if you don't feel safe.

Oh, oh yes you do. Give me an example. Give me an example of when you don't feel safe and you can refuse an order, a lawful order from an officer.

First of all, first of all, they don't order. They give you a directive. If I'm sitting in my car and I haven't done—

Semantics, Al. Semantics. No, it's not semantics.

If I feel safe in my car, the cop is rude, I don't want to confront this guy. Give me a supervisor.

If a cop has a justifiable reason to stop you, and probable cause to ask you certain questions, you do not have a right to refuse.

Well, how do you know it's a lawful order?

You see, Al, your attitude is exactly why these black kids are doing what they're doing. Here you are, a grown man who knows— who knows better. I'm sorry, we're not going to talk over each other. Here you are, a grown man who knows better, telling people, well, unless you feel you haven't done anything wrong, you don't have to listen to them. What do you mean if you feel you haven't done anything wrong? Officer pulls you over, You can say, officer, what have I done? It depends on the policy of the department as to whether or not the officer is going to respond to you. But you do not have a right to demand these kinds of things. You don't. And this is why people are getting killed. Tell young people to comply. Sort out any other thing on the other end of it. You feel that the order has been unlawful? Deal with it later on.

I've been reading to you the open letter by a parent at Brearley School. Brearley is an all-girls school, Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City, $54,000 a year. Prospective families have to take an anti-racism pledge to be considered for admission. They teach the children nothing but hatred. They— the reason they accuse the right of hate is because it deflects from what they do. So this man, a father, took— is taking out his daughter, and he wrote to the community. I don't know— I— the only thing I don't know is how he got their email addresses. Isn't that interesting? A lot of people would love to send a letter to all the parents at their school. But anyway, here it— so I've been reading about, uh, I've been reading his letter. I object to the view that I should be judged by the color of my skin. I cannot tolerate a school that not only judges my daughter by the color of her skin but encourages and instructs her to prejudge others by theirs. By viewing every element of education, every aspect of history, and every facet of society through the lens of skin color and race, we are desecrating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and utterly violating the movement for which such civil rights leaders believed, fought, and died. I object to the charge of systemic racism in this country and our— at our school. Systemic racism, properly understood, is segregated schools and separate lunch counters. It is the interning of Japanese and the exterminating of Jews. Systemic racism is unequivocally not a small number of isolated incidents over a period of decades. Ask any girl of any race if they have ever experienced insults from friends, have ever felt slighted by teachers, or have ever suffered the occasional injustice from a school at which they have spent up to 13 years of their life, and you are bound to hear grievances, some petty, some not. We have not had systemic racism against Blacks in this country since the civil rights reforms of the 1960s, a period of more than 50 years. To state otherwise is a flat-out misrepresentation of our country's history. And adds no understanding to any of today's societal issues. If anything, long-standing and widespread policies such as affirmative action point in precisely the opposite direction. I wonder what other parents at Brerleith are thinking. Are they keeping their daughters in a hate-filled place, or will they take their daughter out? You should take your daughters and sons out. The letter, by the way, is up at DennisPrager.com.

Trending now on the Hugh Hewitt Show. President announced yesterday we're skedaddling from Afghanistan. That was not the Trump plan. The Trump plan was to leave troops at Bagram, as far as I understand it. Now we're not going to do that. What's going to happen to Bagram? It's going to be like Taliban Central.

Well, Bagram, I think there's a missed opportunity there to talk about the enduring relevance of Bagram, particularly in light of great power competition, right? In other words, if we go to war with China, bombers coming out of Bagram provide us with an opportunity to target Western targets for China, including their space and their counter-space assets. And I really think as we confront honestly the fact that the American people do want us to responsibly reduce our presence over time, we can have a grown-up conversation about where are the areas where we want to leave an enduring presence as we transition to great power competition, and Bagram is one of those. The other thing I'd say is putting— setting the date on 9/11, 2021, I think is a really dumb move. I think it hands a PR victory to the Taliban. I think it totally undermines everything that Biden said as a candidate, criticizing Trump for politically motivated timelines and not condition-based withdrawal. I think there's other unanswered questions around whether our allies were consulted during this process. The fact that right now they're briefing NATO allies in Brussels suggests that they weren't, that the decision was made without an honest discussion with their allies. The other thing I think we need clarity on is how the administration intends to avoid that Saigon moment. With the Taliban already failing to live up to its obligations under the peace agreement, once we're out, we will unlikely be able to get back in if needed.

You see, growing up in the conservative movement in 2012 and 2013, I was trained to believe that the only threat to our liberties was government. That's not true. That's an incomplete statement. It's one of our threats to our liberties. And so while we were solely focused on preventing the rise of the fourth branch of government, as we were solely focused on the IRS, on the EPA, on the albatross of the government agencies, which is a legitimate threat to small business owners, to people's livelihood. We ignored, and in fact, the conservative movement was funded by many of the companies that are now actually a greater existential threat to our first freedoms. And so now we're in a very dangerous situation. I use that word dangerous intentionally, where The people that are actually deciding whether or not you're allowed to say something are unelected, very wealthy. They're unknown to you. There is no rights of redress or grievances. There's no way to sue yourself, to sue to represent yourself. And of course, we're talking about not just the tech companies, we're talking about the small group of CEOs from Delta Airlines to Coca-Cola that are controlling the flow of information. Yesterday was a shock and awe moment for those of us that analyze and view the news outside of just the sloppy and boring Republicans are good and Democrats are bad. I'm exhausted with that type of commentary.

This is Carol Platt-Liebow for townhall.com. President Biden has formally established a commission to consider adding seats to the Supreme Court. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer, both appointed by a Democratic president, have opposed it. But the left is angry. They don't like the Supreme Court's rulings, so they want to change its composition. It's called court packing, from when in 1937 Democratic President Franklin Roosevelt tried and failed to do it. President Biden must have forgotten he once called the idea of expanding the Supreme Court a terrible, terrible mistake and boneheaded. And make no mistake, it is a terrible idea. Any politically driven effort to change the court structure will only reinforce the perception that our judicial branch is guided by politics rather than by legal principle. Over time, a packed court would surely erode confidence in the rule of law which is indispensable to governing a free people. I'm Carol Platt Liebowitz.

This is from the LA County DA's office. It's about vehicle stops. During a lawful traffic stop, what measures may police routinely take to maintain control of the occupants? Vehicle stops, it reads, are Fourth Amendment detentions. They must be justified with reasonable suspicion, not probable cause. Reasonable suspicion is a lesser standard than probable cause. Any vehicle stop is potentially dangerous for law enforcement officers. We have specifically recognized the inordinate risk confronting an officer as he approaches a person sitting in an automobile. It appears that a significant percentage of murders of police officers occur when the officers are making traffic stops. End of quote. Pennsylvania v. Mann, which somebody called yesterday and mentioned, which is a Supreme Court case. Another Supreme Court case: We hold that in a traffic stop setting, it is lawful for police to detain an automobile and its occupants pending inquiry into a vehicular violation. 'the temporary seizure of driver and passengers continues and remains reasonable for the duration of the stop.' End of quote. 'If the passenger is then arrested on an outstanding warrant and an incidental search reveals evidence, that evidence is generally admissible without regard to the lawfulness of the vehicle stop.' End of quote. Long way of saying comply. They have the authority, they have the power, and in many cases they have the duty in order to protect themselves. Comply.

My friends, it is a Monday and sure enough, here I am. Let's see, last week New York and Tampa. Back home, planes are packed and airports are getting busier and busier. Half this country has had enough with the mask idiocy. It is an idiocy. Scientifically useless. Read my column a couple of weeks ago. I quote the New England Journal of Medicine from last year. Masks serve as two things: a magic wand among those who have— were governed by irrational fear, and a way of saying to others I am a better human being than you. Every— not every— most mask wearers outdoors certainly believe they are superior human beings to those of us who do not wear masks outdoors. Is that not correct? Which is fine because we think— we don't think we're superior human beings. Just for the record. We think that we are governed less by fear and intimidated less by irrational authorities. I spoke on behalf— this weekend I spoke at a rally in Burbank, California, one of the police state cities of this country. The entire city council of Burbank and mayor should resign. But it's always been that way as far as I recall. Burbank suppresses freedom in the name of health. Every, by the way, every totalitarian regime has an excuse for the deprivation of people of freedom. There's always a reason. So health has now become the reason. What are you gonna argue, you're for sickness, right? Americans— half of America has decided that liberty is secondary to safe. Why have I said for decades, health uber alles? I know false gods when I see them. I have a false god Geiger counter built into me. So this is what, this is what is happening. Israel has announced there will be no more mandate to wear masks out because so many people have been vaccinated. I have only had criticism for Israel the entire time. I think it panicked out like, like other countries, more so in some cases, but at least they're doing this. No more mandate of mask wearing outdoors. And Dr. Fauci— why I have to be careful, because my— the low esteem in which I hold him and the belief of the damage this man has done to the society is so great that I have to be careful with my description, so I won't describe him. I already told you what I think he's done. He has said that even after you're vaccinated, you should wear a mask, and I find it remarkable how many Americans find that logical. Has there ever been an example in history of after vaccination you're not being protected against the illness? Of course not. And by the way, I don't, I don't understand why they will ever be these, uh, now that there are vaccines, why will there ever be a vaccine passport? Why do you care if I'm vaccinated if you are? That's why this thing has nothing to do with science. That's BS. It has to do with control. People are angry at me for not having been vaccinated. Why are you angry at me? If you believe in the vaccine, my chances of dying are infinitely greater than yours. What do you care? I've never gotten an answer to that. If you're vaccinated, why do you care if somebody else isn't? If you got the polio vaccine, would you not stay with someone who had polio? It would be irrelevant to you, correct? That you had polio. If you were not vaccinated against polio, would you, or measles? By the way, I never understood why we're vaccinated against measles. Did measles kill anybody? Did chickenpox kill anybody? We shouldn't have vaccines against everything because it's best to develop antibodies on your own. I remember having chickenpox. I was a kid in elementary school. It's the only time I ever had a week off from school. That's how I looked at it. I figured like this, you know what, it does itch. There's no question chickenpox itches. So you scratch, scratch a lot. And I thought, Even as a guy, I thought about these things. I don't know, I'm in fourth grade and I thought, I'll scratch in order to miss school. It was a trade-off I was completely willing to make. Ask most kids, you willing to have a bad itch for a week but legitimately miss school? To this day, I identify snowfall at night with the possibility of not having school the next day. That is how I regard snow. Will it stick? That was the only question in my vocabulary at the time. If it stuck— those of you who live in snow areas know what I mean. Those of you who live in Mississippi may not know what I mean. If it stuck, on the ground, then it could accumulate, and at a certain level, you didn't have it the next day. My dear friends, my happiness hour on Friday was about doing two things in this very dark time in American history, and that is getting out of the closet, speaking out, fighting, and finding kindred spirits. I was speaking to a young woman at Harvard. I had her on the show once, and then she's going to be on a few times coming up this summer, who was intellectually turned around by my works and PragerU. She's quite bright. And we had a talk yesterday, my wife, she and I. She's at Harvard. And I kept telling her, you've got to find kindred spirits. She has come out of the closet completely at Harvard, which is so— which is, we'll talk to her on the air when she comes back. She's from Los Angeles area. What is it like to come out of the closet as a student? It doesn't matter if it's Harvard or Boise State, it's irrelevant. It's the same exact experience. So she joined, she found out about a conservative debate club. I asked her, I'm going to ask you, this is great, I'm going to ask my producer, how many members of Harvard conservative debate club? Club do you think there are? Well, Triple G, what do you think? How many members in the Conservative Debate Club at Harvard? The answers I got were 3 and 0. I'm tempted to say average 3 plus 0. No, no, they were actually 10. Now, so I asked her, because, you know, I always pursue these things, so I asked her, uh, who were they? And she— so she said, well, now that you mention it, they were all Christian except the one Jew. And then I said, was he Orthodox? She said yes. That's why the left hates religion. It is the only organized opposition to the left on earth. And of course most Christians and Jews have been leftized, so they're irrelevant. But where there is organized opposition, there are secularists who oppose oppose it who love freedom. There are atheists who love freedom, of course. But the only organized opposition to the left, the group that is protecting liberty in the West today, is called religious. Religious Jews, religious Christians. The conservative debate club at Harvard is a perfect example. 1-800-PRAGER-776. I'm Dennis Prager.

Look, this is my favorite bill of the year. I want this to get a vote tomorrow. Democrats introduced legislation yesterday to pack the Supreme Court, to expand it from 9 to 13. The single most radical bill in the House of Representatives since before the Civil War. It is that radical. And I want it to get a vote. Steve Scalise, can you help it get a vote in a hurry?

Let's push them to vote on— go on the record on all this stuff. Look, when you talk about radical, All that Speaker Pelosi has done this whole year is move a radical socialist agenda. And you've got all— every Democrat, almost single across the board, every Democrat voting, you know, for rewriting our national voting laws to ban states from showing ID, to mandate same-day voter registration, things that would guarantee voter fraud in every state, to turn the United States into California in terms of voting.

It's very hard for me to interrupt this one. I— it's sort of mesmerizing. By the way, I want you to get, Sean, please get Little Darlin' with the Diamonds. I gotta play it for my audience, give you an idea of the type of '50s music that gets to me. By the way, I want to remind you of a sponsor that's doing great because they deserve to. Pure Talk. Je suis promo code. Yo soy promo code. I'm promo code. Ah, listen to this. I can't stop smiling. Let me ask you guys, are you— do you like it? You both like it? How could you not like it? Okay, we got it. We got to use this more regularly. It's awesome. What's the name of the group? The Jewels or Diamonds? I was right, the Diamonds. Alright. I listen to this almost every day. I listen for a few minutes and I just love it. It's music, as I've said so often, music is one of my arguments for God's existence. It has no evolutionary explanation. That's it. How do you like that? Okay, I have been— well, let me take this one. Santa Clarita, California, Dana. Hello, Dana.

Hello, Mr. Prager. Hi. So I belong to a quilting group. We meet once a week. We started with 24 ladies. COVID hit. Almost all the ladies are retired in the comorbidity group. Went down to about 6 regulars, all sitting at our own 6-foot table. And we started gathering more people to come back, and I was asked not to return until I was vaccinated because other members have been told by their physician only go into gatherings where all participants have been vaccinated. And there's 3 of us that have chosen not to get the vaccine. So, our facilitator is torn. She's a retired nurse, well aware of the Americans with Disabilities Act, not supposed to ask about other people's health status, and the HIPAA laws, and freedom of choice with vaccinations. So it's putting people between a rock and a hard place.

Well, is this— would you say sewing or cooking?

Sewing, quilting group, mostly charitable projects, right?

Well, you're just going to have to start the non-vaccinated sewing group.

Yeah, I just listened to Naomi Wolf's podcast. Oh good, on the vaccine passports. Yeah, and this is one way to pressure people into the vaccine passport. You can't do what you want.

That is exactly right. And vaccine passports, only the beginning. These things never end. We went from a 2-week lockdown to a year-and-a-half lockdown. Went from 1% income tax— that's what they promised, it's just a 1% income tax— where I live in California, it's now a 50% income tax. These things never end. You give the left anything and you are it's over, right? You thought it ended with same-sex marriage? No. Now biological men have to compete with biological women in women's sports. Nothing ends. I, I would say that vaccination passports are the beginning of a totalitarian world the likes of which we have never seen worldwide. We have seen it in Germany, we've seen in the Soviet Union, in China, North Korea, Cuba, but we have not seen it worldwide. People like Bill Gates are truly forces of evil, and they believe— they wake up thinking they're wonderful. It's an amazing thing that's true for almost every person or group that does evil. They think they're doing good. That's when the biblical story of the Garden of Eden always comes to my mind, because the serpent promised Adam and Eve, actually Adam specifically, you eat from this, the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and you will be like gods, or like gods, depending on how you translate Elohim there. And that's what a lot of people want to be. They want to be like gods. The secular world produces this. Gates is just one example. So Israel has, as I was telling you, dropped the mask thing because— what is it, 80% of Israel that's vaccinated? I think so. High number. By the way, what happened to the idea that we control our own bodies? I mean, the whole basis of the defense of abortion where there's no health issue is a woman can control her own body, right? By the way, which is dishonest because it's not her body, it's in her body. But anyway, that's the argument. Argument. But not now. Now you can be forced to have a vaccination. And don't tell me it's not forced. If you can't travel or enter a store, you're forced, okay? I mean, let's be intellectually honest here. I have no idea what position to take on the vaccine. I've taken all the vaccines. I've given my children vaccines. I never I never had a thought about vaccines. I have a thought about this vaccine. We don't know what happens when people get the virus again. It has not been tested enough for FDA approval. It's still called in the experimental stage. I don't know if young people should take it. We'll be back. The Dennis Prager Show, live from the Relief Factor Pain-Free Studio.

[Speaker:DENNIS PRAGER] So how did we get here? We got here because of a confused and corrupt Republican Party that had an opportunity to regulate these companies.

Now, some Hey, hi everybody. They should not call it a vaccine, by the way. If you're not immune, it's not a vaccine. The staggering amount of dishonesty coming from the medical world has been a sobering aspect. But you know what, I, I love clarity, even when the clarity brings me bad news. That the medical establishment is corrupt. Why wouldn't it be? Is the journalist establishment corrupt? Is the, the heads of the CIA and FBI corrupt? Is, uh, Coca-Cola, Delta, they not getting corrupt or already morally corrupt. Why, why should the medical profession have not been similarly affected? That, that's the way it works. We have to do everything possible to forestall medical passports. It just, it's just the beginning. Then they'll have, uh, they'll have it for other vaccines. Why not for a flu shot? Can't come on the plane without a flu shot. And where does it end? Christina in Woodland Hills, California. Hello. Christine, hello. Come in, Christine. All right, Christine is doing the dishes. I only said that because I thought I heard a dish in the background, because I am now prepared for Prager is sexist. Would he say a man is doing the dishes?

Am I right?

Am I not predicting Media Matters? Dennis Prager, misogynist, accuses unspeaking woman of doing dishes. Thought he heard a dish. Even worse, thought she might be a dish. Let's give her one more try. Christine, are you there?

I am.

Oh, I gave you a— I gave you— were you doing the dishes?

No, it wasn't me. It was doing the dishes.

Really? But somebody was? Who was doing them?

No, no, I'm not the dishes caller. Sorry. I'm calling about the vaccine.

No, no, I know that's not the subject. I don't— you don't know this, but I tried you earlier and there was no response and I thought I heard dishes being washed. Anyway, go ahead. I want to hear what you have to say.

No, Yeah, so first of all, long time listener, first time caller. Thank you for all that you do. You've definitely, um, changed my thinking on many, many things. Um, anyways, uh, free summer concerts coming back to the San Fernando Valley and Woodland Hills. We've been going to them for decades, couple— 20 years or so. Super excited they're coming back, but I'm thinking, okay, what's it going to be required to code to the outdoor concert. So, you know, you got to sit 6 feet apart. All right, fine. You have to have masks if you're not, you know, staying in your seat. All right, fine. But then we get to, as of April 8th, 2021, LA County Health Department is requesting large-scale outdoor event attendees have proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within the past 72 hours. All right, Are you kidding me?

Wow. Madness. Outdoors, 6 feet apart, and you still need all that stuff. Yeah, well, the medical authorities— yes, the medical authorities in LA County. Is that Barbara Ferrera? The woman, by the way, doesn't even have an MD. It's fascinating. She has a bunch of degrees in social sciences. She's just a left-wing totalitarian. She's a been over-indoctrinated with degrees. These people— that these people tell you how to live your life is unbelievable. I wouldn't go to such a concert anyway, and I love music. I'm not gonna sit 6 feet apart from people and put on a mask if I stand up. By the way, I could live with, you know, take an instant test. You don't have a vaccine, take an instant test before boarding the plane. That's fine. I don't care. I don't care if I'm tested every day. It means nothing. My nose tickles for, for 20 seconds. I could live with that. But, uh, to tell people that they need a passport with a vaccine— first time in history that it's not enough to have one. You're not immune if you have one. Talking about health, let me remind you about Relief Factor. If you have back pain, thigh pain, joint pain, ankle pain, knee pain, hip pain, glute pain— in other words, any muscle, any joint— this thing is like a miracle. Relief Factor. Read at relieffactor.com how it's helped people. I am among them. The only painkiller I've ever endorsed on the radio. Well, actually, Nerve Renew too. That's right, Nerve Renew for the specific issue. That was the second. That's the second. I'm very careful about this. In 3 weeks you'll know if it works. That's what they tell you. So how did we get here? We got here because of a confused and corrupt Republican Party. That had an opportunity to regulate these companies. Now, some people say that these companies are private and they should be treated as such, but they control all the lines of communication and the public discourse in our country. Did you know that only 7% of adults in America are not on the internet daily? 7%. So 93% of all adults are consuming information daily on the internet. What websites are those? Facebook, YouTube, Google, Instagram. Instagram and Facebook and YouTube and Google are obviously the same company, and Twitter. And so when those companies have the power to be able to just shut James O'Keefe up, is that constitutional? Well, it might be in essence if you look at it as a private company. In the moment, but it's against the spirit of the United States Constitution. The United States Constitution is a document that prevents, that protects your God-granted liberties and freedoms against a small group of people that do not have your consent to take those rights and freedoms away. And that's precisely what's happening with the people that are running our tech companies. And interestingly enough, James O'Keefe has exposed these tech companies. Remember when James O'Keefe exposed the Facebook executive a couple of weeks ago? Remember when James O'Keefe exposed the people that are running these tech companies with those undercover videos? She will be involved, according to the White I'll tell you why a lot of it is about controlling you and has nothing to do with medicine. That, that you have to prove you've been vaccinated to do X, Y, or Z. What if you had COVID? What if you have proof of antibodies? Why, why isn't that— why is a natural immunity as good as vaccinated immunity. And of course, why, if you're immune, do you give a damn if I'm vaccinated? It's the first time in the history of vaccinations— it's not a vaccine, that's why. I don't know what, what you would call it, but it isn't a vaccine. Vaccine confers immunity. Then why does it matter if anybody else has been vaccinated? When Fauci— I, I'm sorry, I'm not calling him Dr. Fauci. I have, I have no respect for him. When he announces that you can meet with other vaccinated people indoors without a mask, what is he talking about? If you're vaccinated, you should be able to, to walk through a, a ward of people who have COVID. Right? If you're vaccinated against the measles, do you give a damn if you're with somebody who has the measles? This is brand new in the history of vaccines. The medical profession has become so morally corrupt that they lie to you. Fauci is the biggest of all of them. He's not the biggest, he's just the most powerful. I take that back. Cheryl in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

Dennis Prager here with you. Hello. Hi, Dennis. It's an honor to speak with you. I actually worked at a job for 16 years. It was a high-stress job. I went in every day into the, to the office. And the CEO, who's very, very, very liberal, sent a massive email to the employees, which is around 300 people, that we had to have the shot. In, I think, around 2 weeks. So I sent him an email back saying that I had just had a grand mal seizure, came back to work in 2 days, um, and like I say, came into the office. And he— oh, also, I'm a practicing Catholic, and I had said that, so he just said, you know, off with her head, in other other words, no, no, no, no, sorry, bye-bye. So you were fired? Yes, I was. For not, for not getting the vaccine? Oh, oh, absolutely. And, um, I applied for— I think that's illegal.

You have to take the guy to court.

They're hot. I'm sorry, the unemployment, you know, that you get when you're fired. And so apparently They didn't like the idea that I wouldn't take the shot because I have not gotten any, not a dime. And I keep applying, like you apply online, and then so, but I'm not getting any money. So what will happen is they'll, they'll say, oh, we had our big hearing and you're denied, you know, as I'm waiting all this time, you know, actually making a fool of a person.

All right, well, again, I, I, I don't, I don't know the legal issues, but I have reason to believe you can, at least at this time, sue this man. Folks, there's one question that just always has to be raised. If you're vaccinated, why do you care if I am? Do you understand that there's no rational answer to that question? That, that you have to live in a fake world to believe that it's dangerous to you if you've been vaccinated. Then the vaccine doesn't work. You can't have it both ways. The vaccine— what is it? Vaccine works well but doesn't work? It largely works? Is that the first vaccine in history that largely works. Why do you— why do you— why does so many Americans live in this make-believe world? I'm not saying you shouldn't get vaccinated. I'm saying, if you do, why do you care if I don't? Give me a rational and/or medical answer to that question. I wouldn't be surprised if you asked that question on Twitter that they'll actually remove your tweet. Talking about that, I am now regularly tweeting. I know I said I would in the past, but now I am. Sort of thought for the day. I'll read you my thought for the day later. It's remarkable stuff. Matthew, Fort Worth, Texas, hello.

Hey, how you doing, Dennis?

Okay, thank you.

Um, so I was reading real quick, and I guess now I know, uh, where you stand. I didn't, uh, really know before. I'm kind of new, I'm listening to your show. But, uh, you know, you say that the left ruins everything that they touch, um, which I definitely agree, um, on that. And it's so weird because I was reading that Fauci owns over 1,000 patents, including patents being used on the Moderna vaccine, you know, which he approved government funding for.

I have not gone in that direction. I think that there is a lot of corruption at the top of the medical profession, that there is so much money given by pharmaceutical companies to the CDC is a big problem. And here's an example of my changing my tune radically. I defended quote-unquote Big Pharma all of my broadcast career, saying whatever you'll say about them, the fact is a lot of us are alive and out of pain because of and/or out of pain because of pharmaceutical products, which is a fact. But I didn't realize the level of corruption that was involved with these staggering sums of money, that, that, that they wouldn't recommend from the beginning, or from the moment they knew, that people take great doses of vitamin D Forget hydroxychloroquine and zinc, which I take, ivermectin, which I take. Just high doses of vitamin D. You know why? There's no profit in vitamin D. There's no profit in hydroxychloroquine. There's no profit in zinc. There's no profit in ivermectin. The profits in vaccines, the billions of dollars of profits— is Dr. Fauci wealthy? I don't know, but if he is, it's a good question as to why.

So how did we get here? We got here because of a confused and corrupt Republican Party that had an opportunity to regulate these companies. Now, some people say that these companies are private and they should be treated as such, but they control all the lines of communication on the public discourse in our country. Did you know that only 7% of adults in America are not on the internet daily, 7%. Well, it might be in essence, if you look at it as a private company in the moment, but it's against the spirit of the United States Constitution. The United States Constitution is a document that protects your God-granted liberties and freedoms against a small group of people that do not have your consent to take those rights and freedoms away. So where did Republicans go wrong here? Why have they refused to launch an offensive campaign.

Vice President Kamala Harris will travel to Guatemala and Mexico in her role in tackling the root causes of the migration crisis we're facing at our southern border. I'm not kidding you. So, I mean, Kamala Harris made an announcement. She was asked by reporters at a roundtable discussion about whether she's going to visit the border itself. She didn't answer. Then she said her job is to focus on the root cause of the migration problem and that she will be traveling to Okay, y'all, I'm Dennis Prager.

Well, all right, so let me summarize a couple of calls. Eric in Rio Linda, California, in answer to my question about why, if you're vaccinated, do you care if I'm not vaccinated? And he says vaccinated people can infect others and should still wear masks. This is the idiocy that has come down. By the way, in Israel they just announced there was no, uh, no requirement, no mandate at all to wear masks outdoors because a lot of people have been vaccinated. So I guess the scientists in Israel are morons as opposed to the scientists in America who were geniuses. But I have another question. If you can— if the issue is you can infect me then let me worry about that. The question in vaccination is, can you get the illness, the virus, right? If it's a vaccine, you can't. Then again, why do you care if I get vaccinated if you're protected? If I'm willing to die, then let me die, because I love life and I will live it. And I don't wear a mask outdoors, and I never did. I never obeyed any of the rules of my county or city. I told Glendale, where I broadcast, I am walking outside always in your city without a mask. I pray you arrest me. Never, never worked. My prayers went unanswered. This notion, well, you could still be in, you could still, you're protected, but you could still infect others. Okay, then fine. Let the others who didn't get the vaccine worry about it. That's me. I didn't get it. You let me worry. If I die because I got COVID from somebody else, from a guy who is vaccinated, I will have earned my death. In the meantime, I'm loving life and living it. When I look at the Twitter world, it is so fascinating. Tomorrow, we have another hour here, of course, but tomorrow I will read to you the people who are so preoccupied with masks, and I looked them up. I looked up every tweet on one tweet where they were adamant about masks, and every one of them was a far leftist. So why is that? Why would it— what wouldn't you— wouldn't you think that this is one thing that has nothing to do with one's political views? The answer is they are afraid. That's why they make safe spaces They live in fear. People on the left just live in fear. They will die from global warming. They will die from COVID They will die, or they will have post-stress disorder if a conservative comes to campus.

So the decision to pause the Johnson Johnson was a catastrophe for worldwide public health. Uh, you realize that the people running the CDC and all the doctors and, and all the scientists And all the king's horses and all the king's men can't put together what they broke already. New York Times, Benjamin Muller, Western warnings tarnish COVID vaccines that the world badly needs. Washington Post, CDC vaccine advisors seek more data on rare blood clots before deciding whether to resume Johnson Johnson shots. Let me tell you right now, they're going to resume the shots. Why? Because the overwhelming calculus of risk factor here for any person with a brain is One death in 8 million with a second person could be two deaths in 8 million unless this person recovers is not a reason to pause the vaccine that could kill off the variants that could kill off millions. We've had millions of people die from COVID around the world. Millions of people die. Millions of people got sick. The cost of COVID is extraordinary. There isn't any debate. We need these vaccines. Thank you, Donald Trump, for doing Operation Warp Speed. Doing the guaranteed purchases of Pfizer, which gave them financial guarantees, giving other people startup money, giving other people— I mean, they just threw money at it. They said, all you scientists, refocus, get it done. Operation Warp Speed worked. There are 4 vaccines in the world, 5 if you count the Russia. Now, New York Times: Amid a deep residue of mistrust, American and European cautions on AstraZeneca and Johnson Johnson risk igniting anti-vaccine fervor in countries that can't afford to be particular. They don't— they're not particular. This is not a dangerous drug. This is not—

Let me just ask you, you were talking about the national media before. Sometimes I try to figure out what are, what is the real problem? I mean, we can all talk about Biden all day long and stuff and all that's obvious. We know, you know, what's preposterous, what's unconstitutional, what's un-American. But the real issue for me is that if we did not have a national media complicit with the Democratic Party, which let's face it, in our lifetimes, we've never seen anything like this. There was something called journalism, news integrity, that went out the window.

I hope everything changes, but so do millions of other of our fellow citizens. And this is a, this is a time where we've got to understand hope is far from sufficient and that it is now our responsibility to make sure that we are taking active initiative to make certain that this country is preserved as a great constitutional republic. Come on, let's go do something and make certain that our voices are not only heard, but that we're taking actions to preserve this country. I mean, I'm tired of, I don't know about you, but I'm tired of Republicans being the party of, you know, let's sit and watch what Antifa and Black Lives Matter and radical Dems do in the streets of America. I'd much rather see there be a response, an affirmative response on the part of Republicans, and say, you know, we're going to restore this country, we're going to build it, and we have the following paths to follow, and we are going to encourage, uh, all citizens to follow our lead. Our structure in our country that's outside of the government, private companies that fund the political campaigns of people in both political parties, are a bigger threat to our freedoms and liberties than even our own government. Now, I'm not saying that our government is not a threat to our freedoms and liberties. Of course it is. But we have a process to make sure that those freedoms and liberties are protected and not infringed upon. The Second Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, even the Eighth Amendment. Due process, cross-examination of witnesses, a speedy trial of your peers, not to have excessive bail. All these things are clearly defined in the Bill of Rights. Keep up with what's trending.

Hey, where do you think we are in this country? Where do you think we are and where do you think we may be going?

We are now with a president who refused to answer the questions straightforwardly as a candidate, who has now made it very clear he's going to make every effort with a high degree, a high probability of success to pack the Supreme Court of the United States. This is something he avoided throughout the campaign. It was not his finest or most candid moment in his campaign, among, I would say, a number of such moments. So I think, you know, this is just the latest, the latest development in altering what is America.

Our government, and the I ended the last hour by talking about the fascinating fact that the people most afraid of COVID dying from it, of children needing to wear masks at the age of 2, are overwhelmingly on the left. And it's, it's an interesting question because theoretically one should have nothing to do with the other, right? But it does. And when you think about it, people on the left live in fear of COVID This is the most obvious example. And of systemic racism. Their lives will be ruined in awful America. And people they differ with coming to campus, so you give them a safe space. And of course, the existential threat— not threat, existential threat— that means threat to the existence of Earth, of the biosphere, from global warming. So one of the handful of courageous pursuers of truth is on the line with me. Patrick Moore was actually a founding member of Greenpeace. It's made 4 videos on the environment for PragerU. He has a new book out, and it's a very, very powerful title: Fake Invisible Catastrophes and Threats of Doom. The link is up at DennisPrager.com. And Patrick Moore, welcome to The Dennis Prager Show.

Thank you very much for having me on. Dennis, and thanks for doing those videos with me back in the day, not just 5 years ago, but they've had many millions of views.

That's right, they deserve to, I might add. When you, uh, were a founder of Greenpeace, what about— what year was that? Did we lose my, uh, I think we lost my guest. We have real telephone problems, I must say. Sometimes I feel that I am working in Mozambique. No, I was in Mozambique. I had a great time. But we have third-world operations sometimes with our phones. I can't explain it. Anyway, I will get him back, I presume, and I will ask him. I have— is he back now? No. And I will— I have an interesting question that I've been wondering about. What is the effect on the temperature of the planet and on the level of carbon dioxide As a result of this year, we're very much reduced because of lockdowns, but I'll get back to that.

Are you there, Patrick? Yes, Dennis, sorry we got cut off there.

Okay, so this is the way it goes. The, uh, let me, let me take a call in the meantime because, uh, a lot of you are reacting to the last hour, which is fine, especially those who disagree. And Phil in Marietta, Georgia does disagree. Hello, Phil.

Uh, hi Dennis, thanks for taking my call. I'm an avid listener to your program and I agree politically with you on almost everything, but I'm very bewildered—

Oh, Sean, line 4 is not working either. Last week every line died. I think not only do we need a new, uh, rival to Facebook and Twitter. I think we need a new phone company. Yes, well, Patrick. I'm back. Okay, you're back, but I'd love to know what happened to the line I took. All right, Patrick, I don't know. I'm very sorry. We have very serious problems with phone lines here, which should not—

The climate alarmists are probably up to something.

Well, you know, I'm not even laughing. I'm laughing at the fact that I'm not laughing, right? So anyway, you were a founder of Greenpeace. My question was, around what year is that?

1971. I joined a little group in a church basement. At that point, it was called the Don't Make a Wave Committee. We became Greenpeace when we sailed a boat to Alaska to help stop atmosphere— sorry, underground hydrogen bomb tests of the United States, and then took on French nuclear testing and saved the whales and baby seals and toxic waste. And it went on for 15 years for me. I was in the top committee the whole time, first as a director, then as a director of Greenpeace International, which I helped create. And after 15 years, they kind of lost the peace part and started calling humans the enemies of the Earth, which was way too much like original sin for me. Um, I know that humans are, are just as good as all the other species on this planet, and therefore I couldn't stay with them for that philosophical reason. And then they decided we should have a campaign to ban chlorine worldwide. None of them had any science education, my fellow directors. And I have a PhD in ecology and another Bachelor of Science honors in science and forestry. And I had a pretty good idea that that was a pretty stupid thing to do, because chlorine is the most important element for public health and medicine. So I left in 1986, 15 years later, to call myself— I nicknamed myself the sensible environmentalist, basing my positions on science. And logic rather than misinformation, sensationalism, and fear, which is the hallmark of the movement today.

Well, great. That helps us a great deal. So you know them, and this is a truly open question, and you may not even have an answer. What does animate them?

Power and money. It's as simple as that, just like politics in general these days, especially on the left. As you mentioned, it's the left that has all these fears of the world coming to an end, which is such baby talk, I can't stand it. But I mean, obviously the world isn't gonna come to an end. I mean, humans might have a catastrophe of some sort someday, like they have done in the past with mass starvation and world wars and things like that. We hope not. But the idea that the climate is going to change so that, that, so that the world ends is just completely stupid. So I wrote this book, you see, because I might not make the Nobel Prize for it, but I have discovered the universal theory of scare stories. And it's very simple, uh, Dennis. All the scare stories, and I mean all of them, are based on on things that are either invisible, like carbon dioxide, radiation, whatever in GMOs, which actually doesn't exist, and the COVID itself in the health area, but I'm speaking mainly about the environmental scares, or so remote, like polar bears, coral reefs, and the fake Pacific garbage patch, that no one can check for themselves whether they're being told the truth or not. So they have to depend on the activists, the media, the politicians on the left, and the scientists on serial government grants, on the one hand saying the science is settled about climate change and we're all going to die if we don't stop using 80% of our energy, and on the other hand demanding to have more money next year 'cause they must study this further, even though the science is settled. So it is a total hoax. There's a powerful convergence of interests among those elites that I just mentioned to make billions of dollars scaring the public into thinking that terrible calamities are coming and the climate emergency is upon us, etc., etc., etc. I think that was brilliant. That's my theory. I believe— I don't believe anybody else has expressed it in that way.

No, that's why I said it's brilliant. The invisible part is so— and the stuff that is visible, we can't see. Exactly what you mentioned, the garbage dump in the Pacific, nobody's seen it. We can't see it. And the disappearing polar bears. I mean, who's— by the way, I have read to my audience, and I really want you to tell me if I have been misled and misled my audience. The polar bear is not disappearing.

Let me tell you a short story of the polar bear, Dennis. In 1973, wildlife biologists advised the governments around the North Pole— in the U.S., Canada, Norway, Russia in particular— that the polar bear was declining precipitously due to overhunting. It had become easy to fly to the north, hire an Inuit guide, and get a couple of polar bear rugs for in front of your fireplace. Cost a bit of money, but lots of people had that money. And so they said there's a problem. Almost immediately, the polar countries came together and signed a treaty, an international treaty, to My friends, I apologize on behalf of the Salem Radio Network.

This is embarrassing, and I'm dying to hear what, uh, what the end of the story. Happily, we got to go to a break right now. I will hear about the disappearing polar bear and the reappearance of the polar bear.

And how hard was it for 3 vaccines to be created in less than a calendar year? Could you give us some of the, the inside story? How hard was it to get the U.S. government with the corporations to create that historic success?

Well, it was very hard. We had an FDA that takes a long time to approve things, as you know. You had Fauci saying it's going to take 3 years 5 years, maybe much longer. Most people thought you couldn't do it in 5 years. Most people thought you'd never even get a vaccine. I felt confident that we did something else. We spent billions of dollars on manufacturing the vaccine before we even knew if it was going to work. It was a calculated risk. And we didn't do that. You wouldn't have had it for 9 months after the date that they announced, which, as you know, because of what I did with drug prices, with the favored nations clause. That's going to be the biggest thing ever, assuming Biden keeps it for drug prices. The drug companies aren't exactly in love with me. And they announced it 2 days after— I think everyone knew we were right there, but they announced it 2 days after. Now, supposing they announced it before, though, Sebastian, the press would have played it down. So if they announced it before, they would have acted like no big deal. When they announced it after, they made a big deal out of it. But between the FDA, who we pushed at a level that they've never been pushed before— so we got the vaccine done in less than 9 months, and it would have taken 3 to 5 years. I don't think they ever would have had it.

Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Okay, I am on with a remarkable man who knows his stuff, one of the founders of Greenpeace, Patrick Moore. All you need to do in life is say to yourself truth truth is more important than anything else. And when you do that, well, as the New Testament puts it, the truth shall set you free. It might be my favorite line in the New Testament. My favorite line in the Old Testament, for the record, is those of you who love God must hate evil. If you follow those two things, you're in great shape. So Patrick Moore, he says follow the truth. So he left Greenpeace, which didn't follow the truth. It followed the money, it followed the power, and it followed the ideology, whatever it might be. So I asked him about polar bears when the phone line died. You were telling me that there was too much hunting of the polar bear, so the northern countries like Russia, I guess Canada, the United United States, etc. They signed an agreement and that's when you got cut off. So go ahead. Don't tell me, please don't tell me that we have an issue again. Okay. My friends, let me tell you that I'm angry. And that is what it is. All right. Well, his book is, is up at DennisPrager.com, and we will have him on when I actually have a functioning network. In the meantime, I would like to bring to your attention the Dante— the American Spectator piece The real reason for Daunte Wright's death. The, uh, we will never hear the last of these names: Eric Garner, Alton Sterling, Michael Brown, George Floyd, Rashad Brooks, and now Daunte Wright. We will never hear the last of them because there will always be more, and because certain people are invested in forcing us to hear about them. But what they demand, we hear, isn't the truth. Now, Reason magazine, he notes, made an argument that the— of the deadly— about the deadly stupidity of laws like the one Minnesota has criminalizing the hanging of air fresheners or other items from the rearview view mirror of a car. Reason Magazine's Billy Binion pronounced Dante Wright dead as a result of that idiotic statute. He's wrong. That law, disgracefully ridiculous though it might be, did not kill Dante Wright. Dante Wright, or at least the life he led, killed Dante Wright. He was pulled over because he had air fresheners hanging from his rearview mirror. He was pulled over because he had expired tags on his license plate. Then it was noticed that he had air fresheners hanging from his rearview— he wasn't— sorry, I made a big boo-boo. He wasn't pulled over because he had air fresheners hanging from his rearview mirror. He was pulled over because he had expired tags on his license plate. Then it was noticed that he had air fresheners hanging from the rearview mirror. Then it was noticed he got back in his car and drove away from the police, which he had done before, as it turned out. Wright had fled from officers in June. The circumstances from which that police encounter arose make for scintillating reading. He was reported to the police for waving a gun around, and when the cops showed up, it turned out Wright didn't have a permit for the gun. He ran away, and he was cited and ordered to appear in court. He didn't, which occasioned the warrant for his arrest. That's not all that appears on Wright's record. There was the February arrest for aggravated robbery. There was a disorderly conduct charge arising from a 2019 incident. There was the guilty plea in late 2019 to possession and sale of marijuana. Marijuana, and there was an arrest warrant for armed robbery. Wright was accused of chokeholding a woman and threatening her at gunpoint, demanding $820 intended to pay her rent. But Dante Wright's father called him a great kid. He said he was a normal kid. He was never in serious trouble. He enjoyed spending time with his 2-year-old son. He loved his son, quote unquote. Great kids don't fight with and then flee the cops. Great kids don't bring the police around because they're waving guns. Great kids aren't arrested for aggravated robbery or for dealing drugs. You aren't even allowed to talk about the fact that this 20-year-old kid had already messed up his life and may have been well on his way to becoming a career criminal. Criminal. Dante Wright had perpetuated the cycle of out-of-wedlock children, academic failure, the inability to learn and deploy a marketable skill, and escalating criminal behavior that so horrifically afflicts the Black community in this country. How do you prevent deaths like Dante Wright's? You try to prevent young men from living lives like Dante Wright's. But you aren't allowed to say that. Neither Joe Biden nor Kamala Harris, both of whom had the opportunity to lead but instead chose to pander to the mob, would say it. Nor would Governor— nor would Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, another pandering Democrat responsible for more of his state's destruction than perhaps all of his predecessors combined. It's funny because when I was saying to Patrick Moore, who we'll have on when our phone lines actually work, if you pursue truth, by definition you cannot be on the left. By definition, it is all built on lies. Michael Brown, one case that I really did study— remember Ferguson, Missouri? Hands up, don't shoot. He never said hands up, don't shoot. He attacked the policeman. That's why he died. Yet President Barack Obama said Ferguson, mentioned the name Ferguson in his last year of 8 years in office as an example of police racism. There's so little racism in this country that we have to make up things when they don't when they're not racist. They have to make these people into, into some heroic figures. It is a tragedy Dante Wright died, but Dante Wright's life led to his death, not police racism. That's what you say if you care about truth. That's why I've been reading to you the letter from the parent at the $54,000 a year Old Girls School in New York, which I will continue. It appears that a significant percentage of murders of police officers occur when the officer— officers are making traffic stops in a quote Pennsylvania versus Mann, which somebody called yesterday and mentioned, which is a Supreme Court case. Another Supreme Court case: "We hold that in a traffic stop setting, it is lawful for police to detain an automobile and its occupants pending inquiry into a vehicular violation. The temporary seizure of driver and passengers continues and remains reasonable for the duration of the stop." End of quote. If the passenger is then arrested on an outstanding warrant and an incidental search reveals evidence That evidence is generally admissible without regard to the lawfulness of the vehicle stop. End of quote. Long way of saying comply. They have the authority, they have the power, and in many cases they have the duty in order to protect themselves. Comply.

And you've got all— every Democrat, almost single across the board, every Democrat voting, you know, for rewriting our national voting laws to ban states from showing ID, to mandate same-day voter registration, things that would guarantee voter fraud in every state to turn the United States into California, uh, in terms of voting. I don't think that's where America is. They're getting ready to go raise taxes on everybody. You know, the idea that, oh, don't worry, just the millionaires and billionaires are going to pay— does anybody really believe that when the guy who's chairman of the Senate Budget Committee writing the bill is named Bernie Sanders? Do you really think you're not going to pay more on your utility bill. You absolutely— the $50,000 a year hardworking family is going to pay more in taxes if Democrats get their way. It's how you explain it to people. When they, when they think somebody else might pay the tax, sometimes people might in a poll say they might be okay with it. People innately know they're going to pay these tax hikes. Every working-class family, no one will be immune from Biden and Pelosi's radical tax hikes. You know, it's like packing the court. It's like the open border policies. They are radicals, and America is still a center-right nation.

Hi everybody, Dennis Prager here. I want to remind you that we are planning a trip to Israel in October once again. I have taken last time 600 or 500 the previous time, and it's a life-changing trip. There is a banner at my website with the Support Israel banner. Stand with Israel, actually. And you get all the information you need. I'll tell you this, if this thing didn't teach you anything this past year, it's you better grab life while you can. Don't— and, uh, it's great, great Hebrew saying, one of the many aphorisms that shaped my life. Anyone who studies Jewish sources knows this phrase: "If not now, when?" Simple as that. If not now, when? Time flies, folks. A courageous man named Andrew Gutman, whom I do not know, in New York City, Sends his daughter to an elite private all-girls school, Upper East Side of Manhattan, the Brerley— B-E-R-E-A-R-L-E-Y— Brerley School, $54,000 a year. Parents have to take an anti-racism pledge. Kids are taught to hate the country. They're taught to hate whites. But people still send their kids there. He took his kid out. And he sent an open letter as to why. I continue the letter. I object to the charge of systemic racism. I read that paragraph. Next, I object to a definition of systemic racism apparently supported by Braly that any educational, professional, or societal outcome where Blacks are underrepresented is prima facie evidence of the aforementioned systemic racism, or of white supremacy and oppression. Facile and unsupported beliefs such as these are the polar opposite of the intellectual and scientific truth for which Braly claims to stand. Furthermore, I call BS— he wrote the word— on Braly's oft-stated assertion that the school welcomes and encourages the truly difficult and uncomfortable conversations regarding race and the roots of racial discrepancies. This is another one of the thousand left lies. We finally need an open discussion You always hear that lie. Sure, if you have an open discussion and that you disagree with the left, it— you're not allowed to talk.

I'm allowed to talk. You're fired.

And you're fired. Yes, you're shamed and everything. If there were open discussion in this country, there would be very little left. Yep, there would be little left of the left. I object to the idea that blacks are unable to succeed in this country without aid from government or from whites. Brarley, by adopting critical race theory, is advocating the abhorrent viewpoint that Blacks should forever be regarded as helpless victims and are incapable of success regardless of their skills, talents, or hard work. What Brarley is teaching our children is precisely the true and correct definition of racism. This guy's great. I'm reading this to you because this is what you all have to do. Take your kid out of the school and write a public letter. I object to mandatory anti-racism training for parents, especially when presented by the rent-seeking charlatans of Pollyanna. These sessions, in both their content and delivery, are are so sophomoric and simplistic, so unsophisticated and inane, that I would be embarrassed if they were taught to Braille kindergartners. That's right, all of you who sit through these sessions where these people come, paid whatever they're paid, to tell you that whites are racist. It is not conceivable that I would be in such a session and not argue with the person. I could not live with myself. I don't care, you know what, that really bothers me. They are an insult to parents and unbecoming of any educational institution, let alone one of Braly's caliber. I will continue. The guy has done a service to America in writing this particular piece. When I see somebody like John Boehner today getting in a spitting match with Ted Cruz, these folks, what Trump did to my mind is expose them for the RINO swamp creatures that they are. They don't, they're not conservatives. They hardly understand the fundamentals of the American system. They're just kind of like the kind of politician, career politician hacks that we're not supposed to have in our country. I don't know what else to say. Who do you see besides Trump, who I believe will be back sooner than some like? Who do you see as voices to help us during this time?

I think there's only one voice right now nationally who is capable of as you put it, helping and changing the direction that the Biden administration is trying to bring for the, for the country. And that is Donald Trump. He is— I cannot think of another person, not an academic social critic, not a politician in a state legislature, a governor in any state in the House who has anything approaching his understanding of this country, our people, and our God-given values. He is the only voice right now. Will he be the only voice in 2 years, 1 year, 4? I don't know. But right now, he is the only leader who is acceptable to most Republicans.

You stared down China. You put Russia back in their box. Now we have an incumbent in the White House who gives national addresses about female-shaped body armor and maternity flight suits. What do our enemies, the ones you had to deal with, what do they think of the current incumbent?

I think they're laughing at us like they've never laughed before. Our political— you could say this— politically correct armed forces, where they're sending out documents talking about all sorts of things that shouldn't be discussed, that shouldn't even be thought about. You look at what's going on illegally within the Army. I mean, I actually— now, I asked somebody the other day, so the general tells a private what to do, and if the general's slightly harsh, Hi everybody.

By the way, I want to remind you, one of the things you can do if you want to help this country is to support Georgia. And it's completely non-racist, 100% non-racist voting laws. In fact, I wish states would simply say, you know what, you ask for an absentee ballot by a certain date, otherwise you vote at the polls, period, end of issue. I don't know why that, and bring an ID. Why is that suppressive of anybody? Why is Election Day, even in Georgia, allowed to start a month in advance? It's not Election Day anymore. Anyway, but we have to support Georgia. There's a banner up at DennisPrager.com which does that. So I'm telling you, the trick here in this country right now is to fight back. This man, Andrew Gutman, a parent at this $54,000 a year super duper prestigious all-girl school, is taking his daughter out after 7 years and he's writing why. I'll continue with his open letter. I object to Brearley— that's the name of the school— I object to Brearley's vacuous, inappropriate, and fanatical use of words such as equity, diversity, and inclusiveness. If Brerley's administration was truly concerned about so-called equity, it would be discussing the cessation of admissions preferences for legacies, siblings, and those families with especially deep pockets. God, is that true? Anyway, if the administration was genuinely serious about diversity, It would not insist on the indoctrination of its students and their families to a single mindset most reminiscent of the Chinese Cultural Revolution. I like this guy. God, every word is so true. Instead, the school would foster an environment of intellectual openness and freedom of thought. And if Braley rarely cared about inclusiveness, the school would return to the concepts and encapsulated in the motto One Brarley, instead of teaching the extraordinarily divisive idea that there are only and always two groups in this country: victims and oppressors. It's painful. I object to Brarley's advocacy for groups and movements such as Black Lives Matter, a Marxist anti-family, heterophobic heterophobic. I love that. I love that term, heterophobic. Perfect. Anti-Asian and anti-Semitic organization that neither speaks for the majority of the Black community in this country nor in any way, shape, or form represents their best interests. I object to, as we have been told time and time again over the past year, that the school's first priority— you can— this— there was a sentence in this paragraph that should be on Times Square. I object to, as we have been told time and time again over the past year, that the school's first priority is the safety of our children. For goodness' sake, sake. Ready? Here it goes. Did you read this line? For goodness' sake, Brerley is a school, not a hospital. Wow, is that beautiful? Our first concern— your first concern really at a school is the safety of the kids? Told you, in the name of safety, you become totalitarians. The number one priority of a school has always been and always will be education. Braley's misguided priorities exemplify both the safety culture and the cover-your-ass culture that together have proved so toxic to our society and have so damaged the mental health and resiliency of two generations of children and counting. I object to the gutting of the history, civics, and classical literature curriculums. I object to the censorship of books that have been taught generations because they contain dated language potentially offensive to the thin-skinned and hypersensitive, something that has already happened in my daughter's fourth-grade class. I object to the lowering of standards for the admission of students and for the hiring of teachers. I object to the erosion of rigor in classwork and the escalation of grade inflation. Any parent with eyes open can foresee these inevitabilities should anti-racism initiatives be allowed to persist. We have today in our country, from both political parties and at all levels of government, the most unwise and unvirtuous leaders in our nation's history. Schools like Brerley are supposed to be the training schools for those leaders. Our nation will not survive a generation of leaders a leadership even more poorly educated than we have now, nor will we survive a generation of students taught to hate its own country and despise its history. Lastly, I object with as strong a sentiment as possible that Brerley has begun to teach what to think instead of how to think. I object that the school is now fostering an environment where our daughters and our daughters' teachers are afraid to speak their minds in class for fear of consequences. I object that Brearley is trying to usurp the role of parents in teaching morality and bullying parents to adopt that false morality at home. I object that Brearley is fostering a divisive community where families of different races, which until recently were part of the same community, are now segregated into two. These are the reasons we can no longer send our daughter to Brearley. Over the past several months, I have personally spoken to many Brearley parents as well as parents of children at peer institutions. It is abundantly clear that the majority of parents believe that Brearley's anti-racism policies are misguided, divisive, counterproductive, and cancerous. Many believe, as I do, that these policies will ultimately ultimately destroy what was until recently a wonderful educational institution. But as I am sure will come as no surprise to you, given the insidious cancel culture that has as of late permeated our society, most parents are too fearful to speak up. But speak up you must. Silence is no longer an option. That's right, my dear friends. That's why I read it to you. Silence is no longer an option. That should be our motto. I'm Dennis Prager. We continue.

Our structure in our country that's outside of the government, private companies, that fund the political campaigns of people in both political parties are a bigger threat to our freedoms and liberties than even our own government. Now, I'm not saying that our government is not a threat to our freedoms and liberties. Of course it is. But we have a process to make sure that those freedoms and liberties are protected and not infringed upon. The Second Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, Even the Eighth Amendment, due process, cross-examination of witnesses, a speedy trial of your peers, not to have excessive bail. All these things are clearly defined in the Bill of Rights.

The Vice President of the United States of America. Honest to goodness, this is like a skit right out of the TV show Veep. You know, bad language, but it's honestly one of the most hysterical political satires in the history of political satires. And Kamala Harris is Julia Louis-Dreyfus. What's her character's name? It's Selena Myers, right? Selena Meyers, right. I think Kamala Harris is the actual character played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus in the TV series Veep, because there's been an announcement made moments ago about Vice President Kamala Harris. You're going to think I'm making this up.

Hey, where do you think we are in this country? Where do you think we are and where do you think we may be going?

We are now with a president who refused to answer the questions straightforwardly as a candidate. Who has now made it very clear he's going to make every effort with a high degree, a high probability of success to pack the Supreme Court of the United States. This is something he avoided throughout the campaign. It was not his finest or most candid moment in his campaign among, I would say, a number of such moments. So I think You know, this is just the latest, the latest development in altering what is America, our government, and the relationship with the governed. It's clear that there's an Yes, my friends.

This is, uh, this is becoming clearer and clearer. It's not an issue any longer. It's not debatable. The country is at stake at this time. In the name of anti-racism, we are having a totalitarianism and a suicide of the West, suicide of America, certainly. Okay, it's— if that's not clear to you, then I don't know what would be clear to you. It's a phony lie. The anti-racism cause is a facade for the destruction of this country and destruction of liberty. That combined with safety has given the left the authority to ruin everything, including your life and including your child's school. The saddest part of the letter that this man wrote is not that everything he wrote is true, is that the only— he's the only one at Brerley School who wrote the letter. That's the saddest part. So you have a choice, and it's a crappy choice. Most people totally understandably just want to live their lives. And not be bothered. It'll get fixed. Really? Who's gonna fix it? You really want your child to learn that this place is a cesspool? Victor Davis Hanson was on Tucker Carlson on, uh, I don't know, when was he on? Last week. Dennis Prager, or yeah, last week, and total kindred spirit. He pointed out something I've told you so often. This is the experiment in the ability of creating a multiracial, multiethnic, multinational, multireligious free country. We have been spectacularly successful. Look at Lebanon. Not been too successful, right? A Shiite, a Sunni, a Christian division. They live among themselves. They vote their way. They have seats in the parliament according— accordingly. By the way, the left would like that. I'm sure they would like X number of black seats, X number of Hispanic seats, X number of transgender seats. And then they have the audacity to call conservatives divisive. We live, we live in these gigantic lies, my friends. Please speak up. Thank you. I'll see you tomorrow.
