Dennis Prager challenges the claim that religion is being imposed in America, arguing that if religious symbols count as imposition, then LGBT pride flags in public spaces do too. He suggests a nationwide vote on which symbol should appear in schools would reveal what Americans actually prefer.
Judaism? Well, Christians believe in it. What religion is being imposed? I'd like to ask the cartoonist of the Washington Post, what religion is being imposed? And by the way, so if the issue is imposition, I would like to know, when you put up the LGBT pride flag, if symbols are impositions, then you're imposing. Let's take a vote in the country. Do you wish to impose the pride flag or the Ten Commandments in American schools? We'll use the word impose. That's the Washington Post term. Let's use that. What do you think the vote would be? I think it would be so overwhelming. Maybe there were people would say neither. Okay, I understand that, but I'm sorry, in the world in which we live, it's one or the other.
