Hi and welcome to my channel. Thank you so much for tuning in and thank you so much for coming here. My goal of this channel is to inspire you, teach you, and help you to learn to become your own coach. My name is Deenaz and I've been in the health and fitness industry for— since 1993. I'm speaking to you from my home office here in Hyderabad, and I want to teach you something really unique today. In today's video, I will be teaching you how to keep yourself super consistent. Many a times we are always starting our journey and then we stop, and then we know that we have health problems, and the doctor says, yeah, yeah, take this medicine, go out there and make a change, and Then again we start and then again we stop. So consistency is a big issue. If you feel that consistency is a big issue with you, you're on the right— you're on the right video today. So in this video, I will be talking to you about several ways of how to stay consistent, because consistency is the key to success. So I'm going to be sharing with you 15 really cool ways on how to stay consistent in your journey to lose weight, get fit, get healthy, and have a disease-free life. So if you're here with any of these, you're just in the right space. So make notes and make sure that you follow all my tips. Number 1 is reinvent yourself. Whatever has happened has happened. Okay, I don't want you to have the negative mind chatter. Whenever I start something, something goes wrong, or on Tuesdays if I start, I will never be consistent. Stop having all that. What has happened has happened. Reinvent yourself and tell yourself, yes, now I am going to be consistent from today onwards. From today onwards, this is going to be a lifetime commitment. So I want you to write down in your notepads the word lifetime. Lifetime means starting from today, for the rest of your lives. Whatever happens, you are going to stay committed to your body. Your body does so much for you, and you are able to help your family members, serve your family members, serve your place of work because of your body. You need to reinvent that body, you need to reinvent that mind, and tell yourself, "Come what may, from today I am going to change." Understand your why. Now why are people not consistent? Because you do not know why you want to make the change. Now your why could be maybe somebody body shamed you, or maybe you are scared of your health, maybe you are sick of wearing larger clothes. Whatever your why is, your why should bring tears into your eyes. The moment you feel that why from within you, you will realize that you have to be consistent. So write down your 'why' in a notepad and look at your 'why' and read your 'why' every single day. Number 3 is set yourself goals. Until and unless you have not written down things, you will not get the results. For me, everything I write down. I have a diary and I write things down in that diary every day. Every day what I want to do with my work and every day what I want to do, what I want to eat, how much I want to work out. And that, and at the end of the day, I go and tick mark it. And when I go and tick mark it, I tell myself, yes, I have achieved it. So write your goals down, and at the end of the day, go and tick mark it. When you do that, you have a sense of accomplishment, and that itself will keep you super consistent. Number 4 is have fun. This journey is not about the, you know, those PE days that you had in school. A lot of us used to run away from our PT teachers and we used to have stomach pains during those days or during those classes. Now exercise and this healthy journey doesn't have to be correlated to that. You can have a lot of fun. You can, you know, dance your way into losing weight. You can do it while going out for a walk with your friends. You can create healthy meals for yourself and your family. So while doing this, have a lot of fun. When you have a lot of fun, you'll start learning to be consistent. Like when people come into the Dynaz Fitness Community, I always tell them that exercising is critical, but at the Dynaz Fitness Community, I make it fun for you. And that is why people come and exercise on a regular basis. Number 5, your habits. Your habit of your mind, your habit of what you eat, your habit of moving your body. Create these healthy habits, write them down, and make sure that you do this again and again and again. Repetition will help you to be successful. The more you repeat the same thing, you'll be more successful. Number 6: In order for you to be consistent, learn to stop procrastinating. Start telling the word 'now.' I will take action now. I will do this from today. So use the— utilize the power of the word now. And when you utilize the power of the word now, you will learn that you will stop being procrastinating. You stop procrastinating your journey. Number 7 is, in order for you to be successful, in order for you to be consistent, celebrate every win. Okay, if I have done a 10-kilometer run. I take a picture of my 10 kilometers, the distance, the time, and I share it with my husband. And I say, yeah, you know what, I did 10 kilometers today. And then when he comes back and says, well done, you really feel— I'm really proud of you, I feel good. And I will celebrate at the end of the day. Yeah, we did something really, something different. Number 8 is journal. Everything that you feel, start writing it down. The more you write down things, the better you will feel, the more confident you will feel, and you will start realizing that you're letting go of all the emotions that you're holding on to. Number 9 is focus. When you're on this journey and you want to put it on autopilot mode, you have to have this vision like this. This vision cannot go like this and like this. You have to have a C super straight focus. And when you have that focus, you will realize that you're getting way more results and you're staying way more consistent. Number 10, in order for you to be consistent, stop doubting yourself. Believe in yourself and be confident that you can do it. Because if you can't do it, I want you to know that no one can do it for you. It is your body, it is your health. Ultimately, you are not doing it just to become like— you don't want to become a model. You want to lead a very healthy life. And as you start getting older, the chances of you getting any medical, like, metabolic problems are high. Just the fact that the aging process. So if you start taking action from now itself without doubting your own self, then your results will be better and you will learn to stay way more consistent. Number 11: Do it even if you don't like it. Like my husband, he doesn't like to exercise. That's like the dumb thing. But many years ago, he realized that it is important. He's super skinny, and he realized that it is super important for him to exercise. And even till today, if I ask him, he'll say, "I don't like to exercise." But he does it every single day because He knows that it is very important for you. So even if you don't like it, take massive action. Number 12, sleep. Just sleep regularly, at least 8 hours a day, say from 10 to 5:30 in the morning, and you will start feeling that freshness. And when you're consistently sleeping early, you will realize that you're consistently feeling fresh. Number 13, just relax. Remember that this is a lifetime commitment. Consistency has to be for the rest of your life. So just relax, chill, and enjoy the journey in every part, in every angle of your life. Number 14 is take advantage of motivational tools. There are a lot of motivational videos out there. Watch those videos, follow some motivational speakers. And that will keep you consistent, that will reprogram you and rewire you. And last but not the least, set yourself goals and achieve them and celebrate everything. The more you celebrate in this journey, the more you will be consistent. So I'm really— I want you to understand that for you to be successful in this journey, for you to lead a disease-free life, for you to age gracefully, for you to lose weight. And I always tell my community members that weight loss is just a byproduct. For you to lead a really super healthy life, I want you to be super consistent. Follow all these tips and definitely you will get there and you will get the desired results. I look forward to seeing you in the next video. Thank you and bye-bye.
