Smile. You know, the way you start your day and the way you end your day is very important. There is an opening to a day and there is a closure of a day. And my personal experience has been, however stressed you are with whatever that is bothering you, if you have a nice beautiful smile on your face, whatever tasks you are doing, you'll be able to do those tasks in a better manner. For example, when you wake up in the morning for the first— I mean, as soon as you open your eyes, if you smile The entire day you will be smiling. But if you wake up in the morning and say, oh my God, this is yet another day in my life, the entire day will be stressful, will be heavy on your heart. See, doesn't harm to smile in every situation irrespective of what you're going through. It's easy to smile when you accomplish something. It's easy to smile or laugh at a joke, but it's difficult to smile when you're down in the dumps. It's difficult to smile when you are going through a situation that is bothering you. So when you're going through a situation that is bothering you, even if you just smile and see the positive, one positive of that situation It'll be different the way you'll see the entire situation. That has been very positive for me personally in my life, and therefore I always choose to smile irrespective of what I go through, irrespective of whether somebody has told me something. I see the positive in it and I smile. There might be times when you don't feel like smiling. All I want you to do is do the mirror exercise. Go to the mirror, look at yourself, and just smile. Initially you might want to frown at yourself, but do this 5 or 6 times, knowing very well that you're transforming yourself from within. And after some time, smile will become a habit. Smile is a key ingredient in planning your journey towards a healthier and a fitter life. See you in the next video.
