Do you spend long hours at your desk? Stiff neck, tight shoulders, and maybe even that slouch in the afternoon. Well, here's the secret. Your body is your greatest productivity tool, and today I'm going to show you a quick 5-minute routine of simple upper body stretches that you can do it at your own desk. I do these all the time and it helps me to release all the tension and it also resets my energy and my focus. So are you ready? Let's do this together. Number 1, neck rolls. So you go clockwise, big circles in one direction, and then you reverse the direction, go clockwise in the other direction. Just 2 of these, 2 clockwise and 2 anti-clockwise. Your neck will start feeling lighter and you'll start feeling much more energetic. Number 2 is shoulder rolls. Just lift your shoulders up and roll them 5 in one direction, and now reverse it, rolling them forward. Shoulders are the place where we hold a lot of stress, and when you work on your shoulders, you're releasing all the stress, making place for fresh energy and fresh ideas. Number 3, chest. Hold your palms together and open, drop, lift, and come back. This open, drop, lift, and come back. This is just not a stretch, it's a power booster. It will increase your energy levels and reduce your fatigue. Number 4, seated spinal twist. Okay, you hold your desk. Now Twist one direction, come back center. Twist in the other direction and come back center. Okay, don't twist by twisting your chair. Only hold the handle and you twist. And you again hold the handle and you twist. And when you do that 2 to 3 times, at least 2 to 3 times in a day, your torso will start feeling much better. Now if you're a member of the community, you can go to our Zenfit Workouts. We have mobility exercises where you can do it, and you can replicate the same thing at your office as well. And it's really, really going to make you feel comfortable and good and energetic. And stretch number 5, working on your fingers and your wrist. So take your arm out, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the other way, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. And then you change, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and you change, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Now this is gonna work tremendously on your wrist. And the last stitch that I want to help each and every one of you with is your fingers. Working on the keyboard, your fingers feel tight all the time, so you hold your fingers together and you push. Simple stretch, just push it and release it like a rubber band. Again, push it and you release it. And this way you're going to feel really, really energetic. Your energy levels will be reset. Your mind-body health will feel better. And if you remember one thing, that if you reset your body, your mind resets automatically.
