So many of you have been reaching out to me privately and saying that you have back issues. You know what, it's okay. One of the biggest reasons for back issues are your back muscles are tight because you're seated on a chair almost all day long and you're leading a very sedentary life. And number 2, you have very, very weak and tight back muscles. Let's fix that today by doing a stretch which you can do on a chair, at the edge of a chair, or on a table. So today I'm going to do this stretch on a chair, on this table. So you're going to put our palms here. This is a table. All I want to do is I want to push my butt backwards and go down and go down and down and down and reach my palms out and want to come up, push my hip forward And then I'm going to go down again and head down. You don't have to look up, but your head should be right here. And round your back and come up. Okay, do you think this was easy? Do you think this was doable? Just do it.
