Have you felt that there is a lot of clutter around in your kitchen area and that there is a lot of clutter on your dining table? I want you to today go take a look at your dining table and the kitchen area. If there is a lot of clutter in that space, there will be a lot of clutter in your body as well. You know how weird it is, but it's about decluttering your kitchen and your dining area to declutter your body from fat. Isn't that so weird? Hi, my name is Dinaaz, and in this video I will be talking to you about tips of decluttering your kitchen and your dining area to be able to declutter the fat from your body. It's really, really weird, really, really different, but these are the simple techniques that have really worked with me in my own weight loss journey. So I want you to first and foremost go take a look at the entire dining area. A lot of people have a lot of food kept on the dining table. For example, the mats are always laid out, or the center of the table has got pots with pickles or sauces or forks and spoons hanging out of a rack. There's so many things that one puts on a dining table even after they finished a meal, which means your dining area is always cluttered. A lot of people don't even clear the dishes for many hours after they finished eating their food, and that's really, really disgusting. I want you to first understand very clearly that your dining table should be spotlessly clean. As soon as you finish your meal, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, that dining— all the mats have to be picked up, wiped, and put away. Whatever is in the middle of the dining— on the dining table, all that needs to be tucked away on a small little trolley or some little small cabinet to the side. And it's only at meal times that does that tray of pickles or sauces or whatever you want comes back on the dining table. Clean out your dining table completely with a wet sponge cloth, then do it with a dry cloth. And if you have a tablecloth, lay out a nice tablecloth on your dining table. Put a little pot of flowers or a vase with leaves or anything simple that you can find around you and see how pleasant your dining table feels and looks like. And when you go back on the table and when you eat, you feel very clean and very calm. And that's when you start eating also right and eating healthy and eating less as well. So decluttering your dining table is very important. I'm sure that no one's really talked to you about these things, but these are the things that have really worked for me. I come from an average middle class family where we did all these things. But in my journey, I understood that I needed to start decluttering a lot around me to be able to declutter things on my own body. And the next most important thing is the kitchen. You must keep your kitchen really spotlessly clean. Whenever you walk into my kitchen, if you come to my house and someday I'll show you my kitchen in one of my videos, when I shoot a recipe for you. But when you walk into a kitchen, your kitchen should be spotlessly clean. When you walk in in the morning, first clean out your rack, the kitchen counter completely with a nice sponge, wet cloth. When you start cooking, lay out a nice newspaper on the kitchen counter and put all your veggies in dishes to the side and get ready. Start from there. Don't just start— take out random things and just keep piling onto your kitchen counter because that's not going to allow you to think through, and then that becomes messy in your head. When things get messy in your head, you'll start making a messy meal. Healthy cooking is not about making a messy meal. Healthy cooking is about having everything clean and neat. Therefore, you need to declutter your kitchen completely. Open out all your cupboards and clean them minimum once a week. All old bottles of Horlicks and Bonvita and sauces that you've kept thinking that you will use it someday— trust me guys, you will never use it. So whatever you don't want, either just chuck it in the bin or put it in a bag and give it away to the poor because they definitely need some bottles. So declutter all the spice shelves, declutter all the grain shelves. Then also open up all your cupboards where all the pots and pans are, and you'll be surprised to see how many pots and pans you have accumulated over the years. And that's just accumulating garbage in your kitchen. When you accumulate garbage in your kitchen, you're accumulating garbage in your body. Think about what I'm telling you. The moment you get rid of that garbage from the kitchen, You've got rid of the garbage from your body as well. So get rid of all the pots and pans that you don't require. Keep only what is minimalistically required for your everyday cooking and see the difference. Similarly, open up the grains cupboard and see whether you really need to buy that many kgs of grains on a month, month-on-month basis. Buy only what is required, keep only what is required for that one period, and And that way you've decluttered your entire kitchen, you've decluttered your entire workspace. After you've finished your cooking, clean up the entire counter, wrap up all the garbage in the newspaper that you've collected, throw it in the garbage bin, and clean your kitchen counter before you leave the kitchen. And see the difference in the way you feel when you go back the next day. You will definitely make a meal which is definitely healthy. Healthier and more hygienic. So decluttering your kitchen area and your dining area is a must. Try this and let me know in the comments below how you really felt. This is all about programming your surroundings, programming your mind to be able to lead a healthy and a fit and happy life. Hope you really like this video. I look forward to sharing some more.
