Relationships. Cultivating really good and healthy relationships is a key ingredient in your mind-body planner. When you're planning your journey forward to be healthy, to be fit, To be lively, to be energetic, you also need to have healthy relationships. When I say relationships, the first relationship you have to have is— guess what? With your own body. You need to have a good relationship with your own body, which means you need to accept where you are today. You need to accept every part of your body and yourself and then start working towards that. So self-love is very important. Loving yourself unconditionally is very important. If you don't love yourself, you will never be able to love others. Caring for yourself is very important. If you don't care for yourself, you will never be able to care for others. Once you understand and establish this really strong bond between you and your body, that relationship is only going to grow. The relationship is only going to get better, and this in turn is going to help you to cultivate good relationships with those around you— your parents, your spouse, your children, your in-laws, people at your place of work. Having healthy relationships with all these people that matter in your day-to-day life is also very important. Because if you don't have a healthy relationship, somewhere in your mind it will keep bothering you. When it keeps bothering you, or relationship issue that bothers you all the time Again, the cortisol levels in your body will go up, and when the cortisol level goes up, your body will start craving for carbohydrate and sugary foods. So therefore, maintaining a healthy relationship not only with yourself but with those around you is very important. Now, this is what is going to help you plan your journey better. So healthy relationships means healthy life. Healthy journey forward. I'll see you in the next video.
