How To Enjoy Your Festival Treats

In this personal vlog, Binaz shares her Christmas traditions and explains how to enjoy festive treats without sabotaging weight‑loss goals. She recounts growing up with holiday sweets, continuing the tradition with her own family, and emphasizes the 80/20 principle—staying disciplined 80% of the time while allowing indulgence 20% of the time. Binaz advises viewers to eat treats in moderation, burn calories through exercise, and, most importantly, rewire their subconscious to eliminate guilt. She warns against punitive mindsets, promotes a positive, reprogrammed mindset, and encourages viewers to celebrate, share their own treats on social media, and inspire others. The video ends with a festive greeting and a call to like, subscribe, and share.

Hello, and welcome back. Have you felt that this season during the Christmas month you're really craving to eat these awesome treats that are being made across the world? You go to a store, you go to a store, you go to a bakery store, and you see You see the plum cake and you see those cupcakes and you see those gingerbread cookies and you want to buy them all and you want to taste them because Christmas is here only once in the entire year. And yes, why should you deprive yourself of everything just because you've gained some weight? Or just because you're scared that you're gonna gain weight if you eat all that? Hi guys, my name is Binaz. I am speaking to you from my home office here in Hyderabad. And as you can see, I have set up this beautiful Christmas tree. After many years, I am celebrating Christmas. For the longest period, I used to have this Christmas tree that I used to grow as a kid. And then my mom used to make all these delicious treats, and I used to love them. And so I continued this tradition as I grew up, and then I got married, and then I had two sons. And I thought to myself, why should I deprive my children of all these treats just because I feel that I might be gaining weight? And so I decided to start celebrating Christmas again, and we had Christmas trees. You know what we had? Plastic Christmas trees that we kept in our home, and we had these real Christmas trees that we had all around the garden. And so we used to celebrate the Christmas— we used to celebrate Christmas both ways, outside and inside. But well, in this video, I'm going to tell you that festivals come, seasons come and go. But you need to learn to be 100% focused. When you are 100% focused on what your goal is, then you can do what you want and you will achieve those desired results. So should we eat Christmas treats or should we not eat Christmas treats? Well, if you have just started your journey over here and you're on the track and you need to lose about 10 kilos and above, I would say that you need to be very, very cautious about what you're doing because you cannot afford to let go. However, if you have lost all that weight, you're already on that track, you motivated Then I urge you and encourage you to go out there and make healthy treats for you and your family. It does not necessarily have to be healthy. I strongly believe in the power of the 80/20 principle. 80% of the time I stay disciplined and the 20% I eat whatever I want to. And in fact, just for your information, I had a Magnum last night. So don't hold yourself guilty to everything that is sugary, especially during this season, because Christmas comes only once in a year. So go out there, buy whatever you want to, but eat it in moderation. But most important is You need to learn to burn it off. You need to work your butt off and burn it off so that you don't feel guilty. But most times what happens is when you are eating these treats, you start feeling guilty. And I don't want you to start feeling guilty. Go out there and burn it off. And remember that when you are working it off, don't work it off with vengeance. 'You know what, let this— you know what, I ate a Christmas treat last night and now I'm done. That's it. Now I'm going to punish myself.' If you have that attitude, if you have that mindset, you're not going to get permanent results. So therefore, the toxicity of the body is not in the body. The toxicity of your entire system lies in the brain, lies in your mind, lies in your subconscious mind. So it's very important for you to clean the toxicity of your subconscious mind by reprogramming and rewiring your mind. And therefore, this Christmas, I urge each and every one of you to go out there, celebrate the way I'm celebrating with my family members. Go out there, celebrate, and make sure that you eat whatever you want to, but most important is I want you to rewire and reprogram your subconscious mind so that whenever you eat an unhealthy treat, I mean, you call it unhealthy treat, you can actually let it go with the power of the mind. Yes, what I'm telling you is possible. I myself have done it. So I want each and every one of you to start rewiring and reprogramming your brain so that you get the desired results and you're not feeling guilty of eating these Christmas treats. From my home to yours, from our home to your home, here's wishing each and every one of you a very happy and a Merry Christmas. I look forward to seeing all your treats that you are making in your home during this festive season. And post them on your social media and inspire everybody else.
