How To Reduce High BP Naturally

Dheenaz explains that excess weight, stress, and emotions drive high blood pressure more than genetics. Losing belly fat, exercising, eating home-cooked low-sodium food, and quitting smoking can lower BP naturally and may reduce medication needs, especially for people under 60.

A lot of people these days are gaining weight and some having health issues such as high blood pressure. I want you to know and understand and recognize that high blood pressure is because of excess body weight. It is also because of stress. It is because the way you think. It's because of your emotions. So there are several reasons for getting high blood pressure. It's not necessarily linked with your, your genes. It's not necessarily linked with the fact that your father had it and so you have it too. When you say that, it's more your belief systems rather than actually it being passed down through generations. So there are a lot of things that we can do, A, to avoid high blood pressure, and B, if you have high blood pressure, how to reduce it naturally. Of course, I'm not a doctor, so if your doctor has recommended you to take some medication, I want you to know that you must take that medication. But the lifestyle changes that I suggest that you do will definitely help you. Hi, my name is Dheenaz, and in this video I will be telling you how to bring down your blood pressure in a very, very natural, in a very, very calm, composed way that is in your control. Don't you want to be— don't you want your health to be in your control rather than in somebody else's control? Yes or no? Yes, definitely. We all want to to have our health in our hands. And to have our health in our hands, we need to do a few things. We will have to make a few lifestyle changes. But you know, these are things today, they are compulsory. You don't have an option. You either do what— see, listen, the maths is very clear. You either do what I'm asking you to do, or you spend the rest of your life taking tablets and being amongst doctors and being in hospitals all the time. Which one do you really want? I mean, there's something that I want to in my life is I want to stay disease-free and I want to have— I don't want to take any medications for tablets for anything, and that's my goal. And so my goal is not about being, you know, really thinking about the way I'm looking. My goal is more health-related. And that's what your goal should be. So let's get and understand the, the main things that we need to do to reduce blood pressure. So the first thing is you need to lose weight. You need to bring down your fat percentage in your body, and you also need to check your waistline. If your waist is very big, you need to reduce your waistline, which means that you need to reduce belly fat. The second most important thing is you need to exercise on a regular basis. When you exercise on a regular basis, it will keep your blood pressure under control, so your blood pressure will start coming down more naturally rather than medication. Of course, as you're doing this along with medication, you will notice that you could reverse this. You you could get off medication if you are of a certain age, especially if you are under 60. With blood pressure, with lifestyle changes and reducing belly fat, you can bring down your medication. The third most important thing is eating a healthy diet. I cannot, cannot, cannot emphasize the fact that you need to cut out all the junk foods. That's what is causing the belly fat. You need to cut out a lot of your junk foods in your life. And you need to eat more whole grain foods, and you need to eat a more balanced diet. And you need to— most important about a balanced diet is, you know what? Guess. The most important thing about a balanced diet is eating more home food rather than outside food. So that keeps your blood pressure under control, keep the sodium— see, when you're eating a lot of food outside, even the sodium content in outside food is very high. So you need to keep that in control, and that will keep your blood pressure under control. So talking about sodium, if you're used to eating a high sodium diet, which is very salty food with a lot of preservatives in your food, lot of pickles, these are all things that cause your blood pressure to go up. So be aware of those foods and just bring down those foods in your day-to-day life. If you have blood pressure, limit the amount of alcohol that you drink every single day. So bringing down the alcohol content in your diet will help in reducing the blood pressure drastically. Next is, if you are a smoker, you need to quit smoking if you want to reduce the blood pressure in your body. Last but not the least is consuming caffeine. Caffeine does elevate your blood pressure, so if you reduce the blood pressure— reduce the caffeine in your diet, if you are consuming 4 cups of coffee, bring it down to 2 cups, and that itself will bring a big huge change in your blood pressure. So your blood pressure is in your hands. You either take it up or you bring it down with the small changes that you can make along with the medication that you're taking, and that itself will help you. Remember that high blood pressure, high BP, is reversible. You can change it provided you program your mind and that you believe in it. Don't just succumb to taking medications. Make these small changes. You'll— it'll have a huge impact in your life. I hope you like this video. Do subscribe to my channel, share my videos, and stay tuned. And Thank you.
