In this instructional YouTube video, Dinaz addresses two primary audiences—homemakers and working professionals—who struggle to set realistic health and fitness goals. She begins by urging viewers to assess their current health status (medical visits, medications, issues) and to write down this information for clarity. Dinaz then explains the distinction between outcome goals (e.g., weight loss, reduced medication) and process goals (daily habits like meditation, exercise) and recommends structuring them across 1‑month, 3‑month, 6‑month, and 1‑year horizons. For homemakers, she emphasizes re‑ranking personal health from a low‑priority to a high‑priority item, using notebooks to schedule mind‑programming (meditation, visualization) before the household wakes, and integrating simple home‑based exercises using chairs, water bottles, or household items. She also suggests making fitness a family affair by involving children and spouses in live classes or YouTube workouts. For working professionals, Dinaz focuses on time‑management tactics: mapping pre‑work, work‑time, and post‑work health activities, blocking calendar slots for exercise like any meeting, and setting realistic short‑term process goals that evolve into outcome goals. She advocates efficient 30‑minute mixed cardio/strength/flexibility sessions (the “mixed cardio workouts” from her community) and stresses stress management through mindfulness, adequate sleep, guided visualization, and meditation. The video concludes with a call‑to‑action for viewers to comment on future content topics.

Hello and welcome to my channel. And you know, a lot of people are saying that, "Dinaz, we are not able to set the right goal because we are either homemakers or because we are working professionals." And in this video, I am going to be telling you exactly, if you are a homemaker, how to set realistic health and fitness goals. And if you are a working professional, how to do that. So that in your busy schedule, you can set yourself a goal Write down what you want to do, and then it becomes much achievable, and you can become more consistent. So welcome back, and thank you for being here on the channel. Just in case you haven't subscribed, quickly click on the subscribe button. And in this video, you're going to get some really cool nuggets. So if you are a homemaker, I don't want you to be frazzled and thinking that you have a lot of homework and you have a lot of house chores. And you have a lot of family responsibilities, and because of that you're not able to prioritize your health. Think about it. You've really and truly given up all your health issues because of your family. Now it is time for you to learn to prioritize your health so that it is for your family that you go back to and you can help them, uh, in turn also become healthy. So if you're a homemaker, first and foremost, you have to set outcome goals and process goals. Your outcome goals should be about your health. What— and you have to assess your current health situation, which means you got to get to know you better. Now, for our community members, I've got a form that they have to fill up so that we get to know them better. But that's okay. You need to get to know yourself better and find out How many times really have you gone to the doctor in the last 6 months? What are the kind of medications are you taking? And are you really— how many medical issues that you have? And so set your first goal is to assess yourself. And when you assess yourself, you— it's all there on paper. And what I want you to do is I want you to write that down. When you write that down, you have the clarity of, oh my God, I have so many issues. I need to solve. So first thing is assess yourself, and that is the starting point of your goal. When you assess yourself, you have now the direction of how to take it forward. The next thing that I want you to do is set yourself specific goals. It can— it should be a goal for 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, and a year. So in 1 month, what are the things that you want to achieve? The easiest thing for you to achieve is 2-3 kgs of weight loss, and you can get rid of your aches and pains as a homemaker. And your 3-month goal, 3-month goals can be you reduce your medication. 6-month goal can be your body becomes really fit and your mind becomes really fit. And your 1-year goal should be where you start working towards your, uh, not only your health and fitness journey but also the journey of your entire family. The next thing is you got to prioritize your day. So when I say prioritize your day, as a homemaker, you have high priority items, which is cooking, packing the dabba, and you have low priority items, which is your own body. So now what I want you to do is I want you to take this low priority item, which is your body, your physical body and your mental body, and I want you to put it up there, right there on the high priority item. And the way it works for me is I always keep a notebook, and in my notebook I write what all I have to do throughout the day, whether it is my work-related things or my personal-related things. And because I work from home, I also can get distracted with a lot of housework. So I put my physical body and my mental body as a high priority item. So before anybody wakes up, Usually I wake up in the morning and I finish all my mind tasks, which is setting the intention for the day and completing all my meditations, my visualizations. So I believe a lot in mind programming. So that is something that you want to do before everyone wakes up and then have that workout routine after everyone goes to work. So by prioritizing and setting this goal for yourself, you're going to be able to make it much easier for yourself. Next thing what I want you to do is make it a family affair. If you try to do it all by yourself, then maybe you're going to struggle all the time. How do you make it a family affair? Say you have children at home and you're attending some live classes, then you tell your children, hey, you know what, let's all do this together. Or you're watching a video and you're exercising, encourage your children, put it up on the TV screen and say, hey, why don't we all do this together? Or even so, bring in your husband and say, you know what, this weekend we are going to watch this show, and after we watch this show, we are going to watch this YouTube video and we're going to do this exercise program. That way, slowly, slowly, you're not only prioritizing your own health and fitness journey, but you're slowly bringing your family into the loop as well. And by doing these things, it becomes much easier. So as a homemaker, you can also utilize your home equipment. Like for example, you can sit on a chair and do exercises. You can sit on the sofa while you're watching TV, you can do some leg raises. I've got a lot of videos that I've showed you. You can actually take water bottles. If you don't have dumbbells, you can actually use water bottles. And you know, you can actually do these exercises from your own home. You know, sometimes you can also take bartans, and do rotations. And when you do all these simple exercises when you are at home, you prioritize your health goal, you prioritize your fitness goal, and then you have a sense of accomplishment. Now, I also want to tell all the my working professionals who say that the number one thing is I don't have the time. Now, here are different ways where you can learn to set the right goal for your health. Set the right goal for your mind and set the right goal for your body. First thing is time management. When you're working, I get it guys, that time is a big issue, but the way you manage your time is at the end of the day, write down what are the things that you want to do before you leave for work, what are the things that you want to do during this, during your work times, and what are the things that you want to do after you work, things that you want to do regarding your health. So by assessing your schedule now, you will know that you're going to be committed. You've already put it down in your calendar. Why should it always be that you've got to put it in your calendar about a meeting that you have? Why can't you put it in the calendar that 6 o'clock, come what may, I'm going to show up and I'm going to do the exercise? So put that down in your calendar because as a working professional, you're used to those Google Meets and Zoom and all that. So just put it down as a calendar. Set yourself a very, very realistic goal. In a month, what do you want to do? Be very specific. You want to lose 2 kgs, or maybe first, you know, you don't even want to work on outcome goals. You want to start working on process goals. What are these process goals for working professionals especially? Yes, you're going to wake up early in the morning. Yes, you're going to do meditation. Yes, you're going to exercise. At the end of the day, yes, you want to do some flexibility exercises to open up your hips. So these are all things that you want to work on as process goals in the first month. And slowly, slowly, slowly, the process goals will lead to outcome goals. 3 kgs of weight loss, or I want to get my back fit, dinaz, I want to have my— I want to get rid of my cervical spine. Whatever is issue that you are facing, that will help you in making this journey very sustainable, especially if you're a working professional. And try to be very efficient with your workouts. As a working professional, you don't have that much time. You don't have an hour to sit in a workout room and do your workout. So try to do slightly higher intensity workouts where in a span of 30 minutes you can get the entire body. And when, you know, at the Dynas fitness community, we've got these workouts called the mixed cardio workouts. These mixed cardio workouts are really helping people In 30 minutes you can do workout, you can do cardio, strength, and flexibility. So use your time and your workout plan efficiently so you get better results. And prioritize your stress. As a working professional, I get it that you're very stressed all the time. Stress cannot be managed— stress cannot be avoided, but stress can be managed. And I want you to start managing stress by mindfulness, by sleeping well, and by doing a lot of guided visualization and guided meditation. So I hope this video has helped all my working professionals and my homemakers to set yourself realistic goals about your health, prioritizing your health, prioritizing your fitness journey, because it's just not life, it's the quality of life that I want each and every one of you to lead.
