So once again, welcome back and let's go straight into the common symptoms that you face while having menopause. And these are the symptoms that you could face, so I want you to be absolutely prepared. Number 1 is hot flushes. Hot flushes are nothing but your, uh, face, your neck area, your head area feels really warm and it could feel suddenly or it could, uh, you might not even know that you're getting it. Number 1. Next is night sweats. You might wake up in the middle of the night sweating even when the air conditioning is on. This could be one of the symptoms of menopause. Third, irregular periods. You know, if you've been getting regular periods for the longest period of your life and then suddenly it has started and stopped or it's become scanty, yes, these are early signs of menopause. The next symptom of menopause is vaginal dryness. You could feel that there your vagina is getting dry and there could be slight itchy itchiness in that region for you. Just be aware of it. Most important, a lot of women who go through menopause have a lot of mood swings. Just like that, just like the way you have mood swings during periods, these are all hormonal fluctuations that are happening and all you need to do is just stay with me in this video because I'm going to tell you exactly how to handle all these symptoms. A lot of women might not be able to sleep well during menopause, lot of weight gain, hair thinning, and most important is during menopause your bone density could start coming down, which means the strength in your bones will start coming down. So these are some of the common symptoms of menopause. A big question that a lot of people ask me is, will I gain weight during menopause? Yes, there is a possibility that your body changes the metabolic rate, which is the rate at which you burn starts changing, and because of that, there is a possibility that you might start accumulating more fat, especially in your mid region. So be aware of that, women in the room. So how do you deal with all the symptoms that you go through during menopause? I know that you read a lot, there's a lot of stuff available, but these are a few things that I did when I went through menopause. So number 1 is exercise. When you exercise regularly, the hormones in your body, the which are fluctuating, will start regulating. It's a process, and your body will not produce as much cortisol, and the feel-good hormones in your body will start releasing faster. So you'll start feeling better. And of course, with exercise comes a lot of benefits— fit body and a fit mind— and you'll really look good, you really feel good. Next is balanced diet. During menopause, a lot of women have a tendency of wanting to eat a lot of sugary and carbohydrate foods. Be aware of the fact that you are in that period and start balancing your diet. And you know very well, I've made a lot of videos for you on balanced diet. Sleep. Do all that it takes to sleep better. So visualization, meditation, whatever. Stop scrolling on social media right at the end of the day and focus on sleeping better. Other ways, you know, how to manage your stress. You will start feeling a lot of stress. But easy way for you to manage stress is meditation, aura cleansing, mind programming. These are all simple things, and I'll tell you later on in this video of how you can actually program your mind to be able to deal with menopause. Other ways of dealing with the symptoms are HRT. You can go to your medical practitioner, and there are supplements, there are hormone replacement therapies. Whatever your gynae tells you, go ahead and follow all the instructions that they are telling you to do. Quit smoking if you're a smoker, it's easy. Limit the cap— the amount of alcohol that you're consuming. And last but not the least, most important is have a positive attitude. This is a process that you have to go through. The sooner you accept it, the better it is. Wonderful. Now moving on to The most important topic and something that is really close to my heart, which has helped me to deal with menopause in a very nice way, very calm way, is mind programming during this period. Now, what exactly is mind programming? Mind programming is nothing but rewiring your mind and understanding and accepting the symptoms that are coming in. You cannot stop what is a natural process of your body. But you can learn to reprogram your mind so that you can deal with the symptoms of menopause. And this is really important, guys, so make a note of all these. Number 1 is meditation. Practice a lot of meditation. You can— if you're part of the Dinas Fitness community, for our Diamond members, we have special meditations for hormonal imbalances. So you, if you're a Diamond member or a Quantum member watching it, please go and make sure that you do that. There are visualization techniques which I have given which you can also practice using guided meditation to release the stress. Next, you can also do what I call as the candle therapy and the aromatherapy. Like, get candles with a lot of good smells like lavender and peach, champagne toast. These are all very Very nice fragrances which, which have proven to relax the body and soothe the body and soothe the mind. Use burner oils. The other way to relax your body and your mind is massages. And most important is— this worked very well for me— is staying in the company of younger people. You actually forget what you're going through. So remember that You will not be able to deal with your symptoms of menopause by just sitting and talking about it. The easiest way to work with it is to reprogram your mind. And in our Dynaz Fitness community, we focus 100% on mind programming. And for our Diamond members and Quantum members, all these guided meditations are given. Just if you're a member, just go out there, watch it, and just follow this— follow about rewiring your mind. Now listen up, husbands. You guys play a major role in helping your spouses to deal with this, this period that they are going through. And I am only telling you this because my husband Jamshed and I, he was extremely supportive in the period that when I went through it and he helped me. And these are some of the things that actually he did for me, which I am passing it on to all of you, which are going to help the husbands to make sure that this period becomes easy. So listen up, husbands. Few things that you can do is number 1, communicate well, be polite, be patient, love your wife as much as you loved her when she was in her 20s. So love her as much, be patient, communicate well, understand the emotions rather than reacting to her emotions. Please don't make a joke out of it. Oh, she's in menopause. These are menopausal symptoms. It's, it's not fair. So husbands, please be more compassionate, be more empathetic, empathetic. Help around the house. These are times when women might not want to go through doing their day-to-day chores. If they've done it for 20, 30 years and they need a little bit of help, go hug them, hold them, help them around the house, support them. You know, a lot of husbands need to start supporting their wives in joining communities. Like we have this huge community called the Dinaaz Fitness Community. Invest your money in helping the spouses to join a community where they know that other women are also going through it. And most important is help and encourage self-care. Husbands, by doing just this much, trust me that your wives are going to, you know, really and truly be able to go through this period very easily. And guess what? Right at the start, I told you if you stay with me till the end, I'm going to give you a bonus tip, a bonus tip that worked for me and is guaranteed going to work for you. But before I tell you the bonus tip, quickly like and subscribe to my channel. Share this video with a lot of your friends because a lot of women really need this. And this big bonus tip that has worked for me is Number 1 is accept your situation. Don't think about it at all. Believe that this too shall pass. Stop reading too much about menopause. Stop looking outside of you for your solutions, cause all the solutions lie within you. Stay positive, stay happy, and keep smiling, and this period of menopause will always come and go away, just the way your periods came in your life and That way, allow them to go away and allow them to go away gracefully.
