Do you feel that you are very stressed and because of that your body has become inflexible? Hi, my name is Deenaz and in this video I'm going to be showing you top simple stretching exercises that you can do all from your own home or anywhere anytime. The first stretch is going to be for your thigh and your knee joint. It's called the quadricep muscle, the thigh. I want you to not just watch this video Wherever you are, just stand up and do it along with me. And remember that balance is very important. If you don't have the balance, it's okay, take the wall. So fold one leg and feel the stretch in the front thigh. This stretch is extremely powerful for those of you who have knee pain. Remember to hold the stretch for a count of 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. And you've got to do the stretch stretch immediately on the other, other leg as well. So stand, change your leg, and hold it there. If you lose balance, it's absolutely okay. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Now when we have stretched the front thigh muscle, it's very important for you to work on the back thigh, the opposite muscle, which is the hamstring muscle. And I'm going to show you this simple exercise which which you can do from your own home. Lift, bend down. Listen to my instructions. Put both your palms above the knee joint on the thigh and press it down. As you press it down, you start lowering your body, and as you lower your body, you feel the stretch in the back thigh. You can also go deeper by grabbing the toe and pulling the toe into your shin. This way you're stretching your back thigh. Come up and change. Remember, it's a count of 5, minimum 5 seconds. You can go up to 10 seconds and you can even go up to 30 seconds. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The next stretch I want to show you is for your back. This stretch is going to relieve you of your back pain. Even if you have back pain or you want to to prevent back pain. So keep your feet shoulder width apart, slowly lower your body, and don't try to stretch, just let your fingers and let gravity do the work. So go as much as you can, you know, remember it's non-competitive, so go as much as you can lower, and as you do that, you'll start feeling a stretch in your spine. Pull your belly button into your spine and now round your back up. Like a cat. Hold it there for 5 counts. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. When you come up, you come up one vertebra at a time. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. And this stretch was for your back muscles. The next stretch I want you to do is for your shoulder joint. Take your palm out, cross over and hold it there. And when you hold it there, you want to look in the opposite direction. This is going to relieve you of your shoulder pain. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. And come back and change your side. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. And the last exercise I'm going to show you is for your chest muscles, which you're going to open up your chest. Take your palms up, lace your fingers together, and lift chin up and hold it there. 5, 4, as much as you can, 3, 2, and 1. And when you finish completely, just inhale, close your eyes, and exhale. These wonderful stretches are going to help you relieve all the stress that you're holding on to you are in your body. And let me know in the comments below which was your favorite stretch.
