Welcome back to my series of creating effective habits for better sleep. So let's take a look at why these habits for better sleep are important. Number 1 is, is going to improve your cognitive skills. You're going to stay alert, you're going to be able to take better decisions, and you're going to stay more in a state of calmness. And it's really going to be important for for you to develop these habits for sleeping better. In this world of space that everyone has become so digital, it's very important for us to create that aura so that we can sleep really well. Sleep will also improve your immunity system. While you're sleeping, your body is repairing its muscles, bones, everything. So while the repairing is happening, your body's immune system is also repaired. And so when you wake up, you wake up feeling really fresh. So sleep is super important. Sleep is also going to help you in releasing, uh, calm hormones in your body, which is going to give you a sense of peace when there is a storm in your life. Last but not the least, sleep is super important for you to be energetic the next day. And most important is your energy levels will not only be good for the next day, but throughout the day you'll be able to be more productive in your day, whether you're a homemaker or whether you are a, a working professional. So sleep is really, really, really important. Now let's take a closer look at how to create healthy habits for better sleep. In this world where everyone is digital, the first thing that you need to do is put your phone preferably on silent mode minimum 15 minutes before you try to go to sleep. Do not watch anything on social media prior to 15 minutes because those are the thoughts that are going to go in your subconscious mind and that is what is really and truly registering over there. Secondly is create a really good environment. Make sure that your room is not cluttered, the blinds or the windows or the curtains are well closed. There is a little bit of a dim light, your beds are well made. This is going to create an environment which is going to induce really good sleep. Next is, in order to get good sleep, if you had a fight with someone, don't go to bed, especially if it's your spouse, don't go to bed sad or angry. Come out, apologize, hug, tell yourself that it's okay, I'll be a better version of myself. And then only go to sleep. Next, you want to know how to get good sleep and the habits that you want to create in order to get good sleep is the power of visualization and the power of affirmation. Create an aura around you and say the right things. I am strong. My body is becoming healthier. I'm a fat burning machine. Whatever comes to you, say those positive strong thoughts. After saying those positive strong thoughts, Visualize how your next day should be so that when you wake up the next day, it's the way you have planned it. Visualize it and you'll realize that there is so much more that your day's got to give you rather than what your negative thoughts are going to give you. And last but not the least, just before going to sleep, be in a state of gratitude from the top of your head down to your toes. Express gratitude to your body and to the— your loved ones around you. And finally fall asleep. By creating and doing these healthy habits for sleep, you're going to have a super rocking life. Stay tuned, there's much more coming up for you.
