In this DFC Quantum episode, host Dee interviews Sanjukta, a member of the DFC community who joined in July 2023 and, within three months, achieved rapid weight loss, improvement of a grade‑3 fatty liver, reduced stress, better sleep, and control over asthma and migraines. Sanjukta attributes her success to a low‑calorie diet (≈1,000‑1,200 kcal), daily walking, and the supportive structure of the Quantum community—a close‑knit peer group and guidance from a coach with 31 years of experience. She emphasizes the liver’s regenerative capacity, encouraging viewers with similar health challenges (fatty liver, stress, asthma, Delhi’s climate constraints) to adopt disciplined diet, exercise, and community accountability. The interview concludes with a promotional call to action, inviting viewers to join a free masterclass via the video description.

Have you felt that the whole world is coming down because you have fatty liver, you're stressed all the time, and you have asthma, and your weight is not budging, and your health is all over the place? Well, if the answer is yes, this wonderful lady who's on our show today is going to be sharing with you that if she can do it, you can do it too. Welcome back to our show, to each and every one of you. And Sanjukta, welcome to our show. Tell us, our viewers, where are you from?
Thank you. Thank you, Dee, for letting me speak about my wins. I joined the community on July 29th, and immediately, within 15 days, I moved to Quantum just to enjoy your proximity and to learn more from you. My goal for jumping into Quantum was just one, to reduce my weight quickly. And if I could reverse my weight, I could tackle my fatty liver better, I could manage stress better, and I would have control on my asthma and my migraines, which I have done in these past 3 months. And I'm very happy about it. I'm a calm person now and I sleep better and I can handle stress better. So I'm very grateful to you.
Thank you. And how do you think Quantum helped you?
It helped me because it is not only your proximity, but a group of friends you've put me in contact with, a group, a community which works together. My highs and lows I share on the group and they are immediately there to support. Wherever I lag behind, they're there to pull me up, and that is something I enjoy very much. Fantastic, fantastic.
And did you reach a stage where you thought that, you know, it's not going to be possible, and you wouldn't think that it would be possible till you came over here?
Oh yes, I did, I did. I tried a lot of things. I tried doing it on my own, but I couldn't. So I needed someone to guide me, and now I found a person who has 31 years of experience in this field to see me through this, and I'm happy about it and much grateful.
Tell me a little bit about your fatty liver.
My fatty liver was diagnosed very serendipitously in 2019. But I didn't take it very seriously. So I didn't do the grading and stuff like that. I thought, oh, fatty liver, I can lose a couple of kilos and do away with it. But last year when I went through a preventive health checkup, it turned out to be grade 3, and my fibrosis had set in and the fat percentage was very high. So my friends who are doctors scared the hell out of me. And they said, now it will progress to cirrhosis and you're gone. But I needed to stay back. I needed to reverse it, and I needed to show the world that I can do it. Oh, wow. Yeah. And now I have managed to reduce it, so I'm very happy.
So what are the things that you did to reduce it? Our viewers would love to know this.
Yeah. First of all, um, you know, the liver is like a CA. It has its own balance sheet. Whatever you take in, you need to burn it out or else it starts depositing on the liver and other organs. I started reducing the calorie intake. I reduced it to around 1,000, 1,200, and I started exercising. My exercising was just my walks and I didn't do anything else. And then in Delhi winters, you know, it's very difficult to go out. So I was looking for a program that would, you know, guide me. Do the calorie burn inside the house. And that's how I found you, and I'm doing it now.
What would you like to tell our viewers who have grade 3 fatty liver, who are stressed all the time, who also live in places like Delhi, who are asthmatic? What would you like to tell them about their belief systems?
See, liver is one organ which regenerates itself, so it is one organ which you, if you take care of, it will give you the best. So anything can be possible unless of course it has progressed to something like cirrhosis when it is totally bad and you need, um, need a transplant or something like that. But if it is grade 3, it can be reduced completely by medication, through medication or through ex— and exercise and diet control, of course. Yeah, you can reduce it. And I will one day come back here and tell you that I have done it, completed it.
We'll do that.
Yes, yes.
And for those of you are watching this and are worried, very worried about your health, these are all issues because of stress, most of because of lifestyle. And I want all of you to know that this young lady, Sanjukta, she could reverse it. She's on the way to reversing it. She's been able to control her stress, manage her stress better, get on the track where she is controlling her health and not her body is controlling her. And if she can do it, guys, you You guys can do it. Just stay inspired. If you're a member of the DFC community and if you really need a lot of attention, like Sanjita took the leap of faith and came to Quantum, you can do that too. And if you're a person who's just landed on my channel for the first time, no worries. Click on the link in the registry— in the description box. I can't wait to see you in the free masterclass and get you started. Thank you so much, Sanjita, for being on the show.
