Are you a housewife struggling to find the time towards your health and fitness journey? Well, you're not alone. There are so many people in our The Nurse Fitness community who had the same problem, and I've given some really cool tips to all of them so that you can get started and be sincere about your own journey. Well, if you're a housewife, a lot of people think that you have all the time in the world. Actually, according to me, housemaker— homemakers are more busy looking after the family and looking after the children, looking after the home. Hi, my name is Deenaz. Welcome back to my channel. Really super excited to be doing this video, especially for all my beautiful homemakers in this, in this room. And I can only tell you that one day I was a homemaker, and it took me a long time to understand how to prioritize my task. Because my personal experience has been, from the time I wake up in the morning till the time I go to sleep, my biggest priority is my family, cooking, looking after the house. And I never ever used to think that I am a priority. Till one day, my baby was very small and I was so unfit that I couldn't look after him. That was the day, that was a turning point in my life, and I told myself that if I have to look after my family, I better learn to look after myself. And that day I started learning to prioritize my tasks. So here are a few things that have worked for me to help me prioritize my day. So wake up early in the morning and do your morning routine. And I know that your morning routine involves a lot of cooking, cleaning, getting the kids ready for school. So therefore, wake up that much earlier and start your cooking and do some meal prep. Dedicate 1 hour to yourself for the workout from 6 to 7 in the morning, or 7 to 8 in the morning, whatever works for you. Or some people work out from 5 to 6, but make sure that that time is dedicated. Now, what really works for me is as soon as I wake up, I finish my morning meditation and my routine. And before I even come out of my room, I make sure I get into my gym clothes, my workout clothes. That way there is no excuse that I'm roaming around in my shorts or in my night clothes. Once you wear your shoes and your workout clothes, you're in the zone. And so you can even just get started, put some things on the, on the stove, and go out and do some workout. You know, as homemakers, don't really feel that you have to go out and do your workout. You can do it at home. As homemakers, prioritize this and put it, put it in your list to do. If you feel that time is a big issue, allocate some of your tasks. In India, we are living in a country where support staff is easily available. Outsource your task, train the people who are there who are working in your home, and let them do small tasks which are not really adding value into your life. And that way you're adding value into their life by employing them. So outsource some of the— some of the small tasks in your home and delegate your responsibility. Block your time for cooking, block your time for cleaning. Spend less time on social media and on TV and on Netflix, especially homemakers. Once you get a WhatsApp video, WhatsApp message, You find it, it's your responsibility to see the message, read it, say thank you, and then forward it. And then that is like a nonstop vicious circle. So as homemakers also, spend more time on thinking about your health, about reversing your medical problems, using the tools and techniques of Law of Attraction to be able to attract good health and focus on yourself as a priority. Think of you as the biggest priority throughout the day. When you think of you as the biggest priority, There's so many things that will fall into place easily. And in order to manage your time, combine some activities. So for example, if you're cooking something, at the same time you want to clean something, or if you're cooking something, go organize your children. While you're cooking, go organize your bed. So do multitasking, learn to do things multitasking without getting frazzled or without getting tired. Watch what your mind is saying. Don't keep saying that, why do I have to do all these tasks? Why can't my spouse help me? Why can't my children help me? Why do my in-laws not help me? Don't think about all these things. You are a priority. This is what you have chosen. And if you have chosen that this, and if you want to serve your family members really well, then isn't it time for you to serve yourself first? So therefore delegate Keep that mind chatter really strong. And when you are exhausted during the day, it's okay to just sit back, take a break, and say, it's okay, I'm going to look after myself. I'm going to put my health, my legs up. I'm going to relax. And most important, as homemakers, you don't have to be the sub— the sacrifice— sacrificing person. Spend a lot of time on self-care, whether it is getting someone in the house, support staff, to massage you or going out for a massage or going for a facial or nails or a hair massage, whatever it is. Every week, at least 2 to 3 times in the, in the week, spend time for self-care. When you work on self-care, you have self-worth. When you have self-worth, you yourself will become super motivated to look after your health, look after your fitness needs so that you don't attract any medical problems. And that way When you are fit and healthy, you can actually serve your family members in a way more powerful manner, cheerfully and happily.
