Sleep Is Important

Seven to eight continuous hours of sleep stops your body from releasing excess cortisol, which triggers cravings for sugar and carbs. Fragmented sleep doesn't work as a substitute. Use sleep meditations for 21 days, skip daytime naps, finish workouts by 6:30 PM, and meditate before bed.

Sleep, most neglected area where our health and fitness is concerned. A lot of people think it's very cool to sleep late in the night, is very cool to sit on our phone on social media all through the day. Or all through the night. It is very cool to start chatting and messaging on Facebook and going through the likes of other people and looking at who has validated your post, and this keeps you awake for half the night. You must realize that sleep plays a vital role in your health. You need to have at least 7 to 8 hours of good sleep.
