The Consistency Bug | How to stay consistent on your health and fitness journey

In this solo coaching video, Zainaz addresses the pervasive problem of inconsistency in weight‑loss and health journeys. She first enumerates a comprehensive list of 15+ underlying causes—ranging from unclear goals, poor planning, limited knowledge, lack of motivation, negative mindset, unrealistic expectations, social influences, stress, time‑management issues, emotional eating, financial constraints, lack of accountability, fad diets, inconsistent sleep, lack of variety, perfectionism, insufficient education, low self‑compassion, to environmental factors. After diagnosing these obstacles, she pivots to solutions grounded in Law of Attraction (LOA) techniques. She outlines a step‑by‑step framework: setting a clear intention, daily visualization, creating a personal vision board, using positive affirmations, practicing gratitude, believing in oneself, staying present, surrounding oneself with positivity, setting realistic goals, practicing detachment from outcomes, celebrating progress, engaging in healthy self‑talk, employing positive imagery, reflecting on past successes, maintaining optimism, and sharing wins within a supportive community. Throughout, she promotes her Dynaz (also spelled Dhanas) Fitness community, private Facebook groups, and one‑to‑one coaching as structures that provide mentorship, accountability, and a positive environment. The video concludes with a call to subscribe, join the community, and spread the message of national health improvement.

You know that you have to exercise every single day. You know that you need to plan your nutrition and eat better, and yet you're inconsistent. The problem is you need to understand the reasons why you're inconsistent and what are the 10 things that you need to do in order to be more consistent. Hi, my name is Zainaz. Welcome back to this channel, and I can't wait to guide you and mentor you on the consistency bug. Stay on with me right till the end, click on the bell icon, subscribe to my channel, and I look forward to guiding you. So first, I'm going to tell you exactly what are the reasons for for you to be incons— why are you inconsistent in your journey and what are the 10 things that you need to do. So the first reason that you are inconsistent in your journey is number 1 is you lack clear goals. When you know what you want to achieve, then you will go straight for it. Number 2 is poor planning. When you don't plan your journey well, you start and you stop. You start and you stop. Number 3, limited knowledge. That's why investing in a mentor or working with somebody who's going to push you, who's going to teach you, and learning from a mentor is very important. Number 4 is most of you lack motivation. You don't have a strong why, and you don't know really why you are here or why you want to attract good health or why you want to lose weight. Once you understand that, that will help you tremendously. Number 5, and this is huge for me, is negative mindset. Okay, you know that you need to exercise, you know that you need to plan your nutrition better, then why are you here? Because of your mind. So negative mindset is not helping you to be consistent in your journey. Number 6 is you have a lot of unrealistic expectations. I'll lose 5 kgs in no time, I'll do this. That's an unrealistic expectation. Be real about what you want to achieve. Social influences. Your family, your friends, people around you say, "Ah, it's okay, let's go for a coffee and let's eat this muffin, and then there is some festival and let's go for a wedding," and that never ends. So social influences do not allow you to be consistent in your journey. Number 8 is you have a lot of stress and a lot of life events. When you have a lot of stress around you You feel that this is not a priority and then you slack off. Number 9 is lack of time management. A lot of people come and tell me that, "Deenaz, I don't have the time." You know what? You've got 24 hours in your life and you've got 20— I have 24 hours in my life. How do I manage my time? And why is it that you are not able to manage your time? Number 10 is emotional eating. The reason a lot of people are not consistent in their journeys is because you eat when you have your emotions very high. So it comes, it comes down to all your emotions. It comes down to stress. Number 11 is a lot of you have financial constraints. You don't know how to manage your money. You don't know how to put aside money for your health, and so health does not become a priority. You need to have also a very good money mindset. So that's why I believe that health is wealth. So you have to have good health and you have to have a lot of money. Until and unless you don't have that, that mindset, you're not going to be consistent because always money will take the priority over health. Number 12 is you lack accountability. You think that your family members are going to support you. While that is true, but actually the problem is they are not also on the same journey as you are. So sometimes the wavelength matches and that does not allow you to be consistent. Number 13 is fad diets and quick fixes. The reason you're not consistent is because you're running after a diet that's not worked for everyone, might not work for you, and you're looking for shortcuts, magic potions, liquids, drinks, protein drinks. Hey, you know what, it's not going to work. Number 11 is inconsistent sleep patterns. You're sitting scrolling on social media till late in the night or watching a Netflix show. And really and truly, do you really think that after waking— after sleeping so late in the night, you're going to be consistent in your journey? It's a big thing. Number 15 is you lack variety. You always think in like a straight manner, but in this health and fitness journey, you've got to have a lot of varieties. I'm able to sustain my journey because I have a lot of varieties, and that's exactly how I help my community members. You lack enjoyment. The day you start enjoying yourself, then you will start becoming more consistent. You try to be a perfectionist. Hello, this is not a game of perfectionism. This is a game of getting moving. Number 19 is you lack education. Most of the times you're scrolling on social media, you become information seekers and you're not action takers, and that is why you are inconsistent in your journey. You lack self-compassion. You don't love yourself enough to be wanting to be consistent in your journey. And last but not the least, there are a lot of environmental factors. These environmental factors are not going to allow you to be consistent in your journey. Sometimes it's raining, sometimes there is a wedding in the family. There are so many ways, there are so many reasons, and these are the several reasons because of which you are not consistent in your journey.
