In this video‑podcast, Deenaz, founder and CEO of Deenaz Fitness, discusses thyroid health with a focus on the autoimmune nature of many thyroid disorders, especially Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. She emphasizes that while medication prescribed by doctors is essential, lifestyle and dietary changes are equally crucial for managing the condition. Deenaz lists ten specific foods that she claims support thyroid function—green leafy vegetables, nuts, seafood, kale, frozen yogurt, fresh eggs, baked fish, cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower), millets, and low‑fat vitamin‑D‑fortified milk. She urges listeners to write down these items, purchase them, and incorporate at least one or two into daily meals to help keep medication dosages under control and improve overall quality of life. The tone is conversational, motivational, and action‑oriented, with a clear call to take concrete steps rather than rely solely on medication.
