In this 27‑year‑veteran trainer’s monologue, he addresses parents who ask whether workouts can make their children taller. He explains that height is largely determined by genetics, so no single exercise can increase stature. However, he argues that adopting healthier lifestyle habits—regular nutritious breakfasts, abundant fruits and vegetables, daily physical activity, reduced sedentary screen time, and consistent good posture—can support natural growth by optimizing growth‑hormone activity and preventing spinal compression. He provides concrete posture cues (chin up, chest up, shoulders back, sit and stand tall) and emphasizes flexibility work to appear taller. The speaker concludes with motivational encouragement and a call to subscribe.

In all the years that I have been training, it's nearly 27 years now, constantly moms and dads bring their kids and tell me that please do some workouts for my child to make my child grow taller. Moms and dads, first and foremost, I want you to know that height is most of the times is genetic. But today we do have some good options for you, for your child to become taller, not by doing specific exercises, but by making a few good lifestyle changes. So first and foremost, understand that there is no one exercise that will make you taller. If you want to look taller or be taller, you need to first and most lead a better and a healthier lifestyle. For you to do that, A, number one is you need to start eating a good healthy breakfast. You need to start eating lots and lots and lots of vegetables, lots and lots of fruits. You need to start exercising every single day. Go out in the open. Also move your body more. Stop sitting down on your phone or with your books constantly. Next, you also need to Be sitting in a very good posture. So when you are sitting in a good posture, your muscles stay longer for a longer period, and so the spine is not that compressed. When the spine is not that compressed and the spine elongates, you just start looking taller. So it's not about becoming taller, it's also about looking taller. And when you lengthen out your muscles and do lots of flexibility exercises, you start looking taller. So the main thing is when you have life— when you've made lifestyle changes and started becoming more active, your hormones, your growth hormones start getting more activated, and that's what actually causes you to increase your height. It's not one specific exercise that will actually cause you to increase your height. So all moms and dads, first and foremost, make sure that your kids are active. Kids who want to become taller, make sure that you become more active, lead a more active life, eat more healthy, and keep moving your body. And just your posture makes a lot of difference. So the posture is chin up, chest up, shoulders pull back, sit nice and tall, stand nice and tall. Don't stand on one leg, don't bend the, bend the hip, and keep your posture really good and erect throughout the day. And that's what is going to make you look taller, look smarter, and look more fresh always. Hope this video has really helped you. I look forward to seeing you in my next video.
