Ashley's Health Struggles [Part 1] #shorts

My daughter Ashley developed Crohn's at 14. They told us that there's no cure for Crohn's. We don't know what causes Crohn's, but she's just going to have to manage this for the rest of her life. So my wife, Bridget, did all kinds of research. We tried to figure out where this came from, what we could do to help her, and she really struggled. She had about 24 inches of her intestines taken out over a series of operations. And they told us that she's going to just have to manage this for the rest of her life, which was pretty disturbing to hear as a parent, that nobody could help her. They took her off gluten and dairy. All the different things that they were trying to say would help her, but there was really no answer.
