Welcome to the inspired Performance Institute's 12 Days of Heart. And if you remember, Heart stands for holiday Anxiety Reduction Tips. So we're into day three now. And if you remember, day one was about.
Laughter. Right. Day two was about breathing. And day three is going to be a little bit different. We're going to do something again, a little different because we know these times, these holiday seasons can be times of such great celebration and joy, and the same time can bring up a whole bunch of emotions. So we're going to help you with those kinds of things and allow this anxiety settle down so you can really enjoy the holidays the best you can. So once again, got to get into this holiday spirit. And again, I got my hat.
And I'm sure you're picking up that this is another different hat. This one says, let it snow. So I'm in Florida. That would actually be the news. You would see that on the news for sure. If it starts snowing in Florida, I don't think it's going to happen, but you will see it. So let's get into the music as well. Alexa, play some holiday music.
I don't know if Alexa heard me. Alexa, play some holiday music.
Here's a station you might like. Holiday favorites on Amazon. Holiday favorites. I love it. So day three is going to be a little bit different. Let's take a look at the 12 days of Christmas. What was it on day three? And so some of you may already remember this, but I'm gonna go through this man, make sure I don't make a mistake. So we've got our holiday anxiety tip manual. And on the third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me Three French hens. Again, not sure why, but three French hens. We're gonna go with it. So let's do a little research again on the symbolism, the meaning behind three French hens. So let's just take a look here. And three French hens stand for faith, hope and love. Perfect. This fits right in with what I wanted to talk to you about. And again, the theme is going to be around. I'm going to tell you a story about a young lady who had a very difficult childhood. Very, very difficult. A lot of trauma in her childhood. And I'll tell you, the key for her was she had hope. And hope is so powerful. So no matter what you're going through in your life, even if these holidays are great for you, that's fantastic. If you're struggling a little bit, you know, hope will get you through. Nothing's permanent. Everything changes. If there's one thing that's going to happen in your life, something's going to change, I can guarantee you. So nothing stays the same. And hope is a very powerful tool to help you get through that. So faith and hope. And so this young girl grew up, like I said, in a very difficult time. And the thing that really helped her is her grandmother was very, very faithful. She.
Kept this young girl really believing that things would be better and that she just had to have that faith. And the thing that she talks about all the time is the thing that changed it for her was being able to get through that that was going to be different. Even though as a child, you can imagine that's a pretty amazing thing to be able to do is to rely on that hope. But it was her faith that helped her do that. And so she was a very loving person at the same time filled with hope that one day something is going to be different. And so anxiety can be beaten. Keep up the faith, use hope, use love. And following some of these tips are going to be your road to change. And that little girl, and the reason I know that story so well is because that little girl is my wife. And the thing that she talked about is she just knew that one day somebody was going to come and was going to change her life. And that happened, and it was me lucky. So that was good. So her life changed because she had hope. She didn't give up. She wasn't pessimistic. And so if you use hope, you use faith, and you use love, it will get you through everything. And there it is.
Oh, and look at this. And the song coming on. Oh, come all you faithful. I didn't plan that. I swear. That is absolutely perfect. So enjoy your holidays. And there it is again.
