YouTube testimonial (uploaded Jan 8, 2019) featuring Rebekah (Rebecca) Gregory, a Boston Marathon bombing survivor who describes chronic PTSD following the 2013 bombing and her recovery after participating in the Inspired Performance Institute’s TIPP program. She reports five-and-a-half years of nightmares and hypervigilance, 18 months of traditional therapy without full relief, then a single four-hour TIPP treatment by Dr. Leslie and Dr. Dawn that she says stopped her nightmares, restored joy, reduced anxiety, and led her family to relocate to Orlando to support the Institute and help children.

Hi, my name is Rebecca Gregory. I was a Boston Marathon bombing Survivor in 2013, and that was the day that my life completely changed after going through something so horrific and experiencing what we did. It was a true war scene. I saw people's body parts on the ground, not attached to them, and nails and ball bearings and BBs and everything that these brothers packed into these pressure cooker bombs. And people think that the physical was the hard part, but really it was the emotional. It was everything that we couldn't get out of our heads. And so for five and a half years, I would lay my head down at night knowing I was going to have a nightmare. I did a number of therapy treatments. I was in therapy for 18 months. I was optimistic, and I was trying to do everything that I could to not let this expire defined me. But on the inside, I was a mess. We heard about the Inspired Performance Institute, and it was on a day where I was getting some legwork done in Orlando, and our friend Stan Patterson decided that I needed to meet with Dr. Leslie and Dr. Dawn. And it was that moment that the rest of my life changed. I didn't think anything of it, really. I knew that they were brilliant, they were really smart, and I wanted it to work so bad. But this program that they were explaining, it was just too good to be true. And I just didn't believe it. I looked at them and I said, you know, I'll try anything. I was desperate. I was desperate for some type of hope. And the next day, we did the treatment. It was four hours long. And in four hours, they changed the course of my life. I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing program this is. I was to the point where I didn't want to leave the house anymore. And I was just dying on the inside. Every part of me, I couldn't even recognize myself anymore. And after that treatment, after four hours, I had this new joy in my heart that I hadn't had in so long. That night, I slept better than I had maybe my whole life, I'm not really sure. But since then, I have had zero nightmares. I don't worry about what's going to happen next. I'm not braced for trouble all the time. I live my life in the moment like I tell people all the time to do. And now we're able to go out and help so many children because of this. And just a few months ago, we made the decision to pick our family up and move to Orlando because that's how much we believe in the Inspired Performance Institute. And we are so blessed and grateful to be a part of such an amazing thing.
