Hi, I'm Dr. Don Wood from the Inspire Performance Institute. I wanted to share something with you. I was just speaking this morning with Sunny Jacobs, and Sunny is part of the Innocence Project. She was wrongfully incarcerated and put in prison for 17 years. Her and her husband. Her husband was executed on death row for a crime they didn't commit. And Sunny is actually living in Ireland now, and she's remarried and. And has had a lot of health issues. And the one thing that I thought was so nice was she was telling me today that some of her neighbors are coming around, dropping things off, taking care. She's in a wheelchair most of the time, so it's hard for her to get around. Her husband Peter, sometimes can get out, but they're older, and they're some of the people that are most susceptible to this kind of virus with the coronavirus. So take some time to think about who can you really reach out to and help? This is a great opportunity to show our humanity, to show that we can do something different. So if you can help somebody at the same time, to follow the guidelines that everybody is giving, that the government is giving us, let's be responsible. Let's understand that this isn't just about us catching it. It's about other people catching it. So whatever you can do to sort of help in that area would be really appreciated. And maybe some older people that could use some help, they can't get out, or more risky for them to actually go out, give some thought. Just like somebody did with Sunny. Let's show our humanity. Let's be the best people we can be. And that's sort of what we inspire people to do at the Inspire Performance Institute, perform at our best. And this is another opportunity to perform at our best. Take care.
