Hey, it's Dr. Don Wood from the Inspired Performance Institute. You probably heard that they have changed the coronavirus, the wording from an epidemic to a pandemic. So that sounds really scary. It's a pandemic, not an epidemic anymore. What's the difference? An epidemic is basically a very quick spread of a disease over an area. A pandemic is sort of an epidemic but on a larger scale. So think of it as pan. Right, so you're panning over a larger period or a larger area. So pandemics are really epidemics just on a larger scale. So I hope that calms down. Think about that. You know, obviously this is a global thing and that's why they went to the word pandemic. So having understanding of what it is will help you keep your system a little calmer. And so I hope this helps. And we'll be coming up with a few more tips to try to get your mindset to calm and feel better. All right. Take care of.
