And then we talk about affordable housing. People say well that's only for the poor. But you know, if I want to go look for an apartment complex and all I can find are apartments that are 2500 bucks a month, it's ridiculous, right? It's ridiculous. And so instead of being on that machine that's going and, and saying okay we're going to gentrify, we're going to turn these old buildings into fancy super cool beautiful places that then prices out almost everybody except for the top tier and then we'll make the most money that way. What we're doing is we're going into the places that need it the most. And.
These home or apartment complexes may, they don't qualify for big A affordable housing, low income housing tax credits, they don't qualify for the pawns. There's no incentives aligned for this. And so because of that institutions stay away from them. Governments don't really do anything with them.
