Dr. Don Wood (creator/uploader) explains his existing TIP program, designed to eliminate traumatic "loops" in mental processing by "resetting" maladaptive responses, and introduces a new extension called "TIP Now" aimed at managing ongoing, current stressors (e.g., stressful relatives). The clip contrasts resolving past trauma-driven loops with handling present, everyday stress.

So I'm actually recording a new. We've got our TIP program, which is what we talked about, which is our program that's used to try to help people who are dealing with trauma in their lives. We can eliminate the way your mind is responding to trauma and so we talked about it with my daughter on that podcast, is that it's creating glitches and error messages so we can basically reset the minds just like a computer. We just have to reset that data from looping. But I'm actually working on another program right now. We're calling TIP Now. So TIP is the trauma program. TIP now is how do you deal with current stress that comes in. Because quite often I'd have people say this was life changing for me. It definitely helped. I'm not having that loop anymore. I'm not dealing with that. But how do I deal with now my mother, right, who's constantly complaining to me and dealing with that stress constantly.
