Here are 4 simple things you can do right now to get more intimate with your partner. But if you think it's about sex or spending quality time together, you're wrong. Number 1, ask real questions. Turn to your partner and say, "How are you really feeling today?" Do it out of genuine curiosity. Don't make it a passive habit. Number 2, just listen. Don't interrupt, don't defend, don't try to fix. Let them talk. Nod and be there fully. Number 3, reflect their emotion with a you statement. Say something like, "You feel like your efforts aren't being noticed." That alone shows you actually understand. Understand them. Number 4: Avoid I statements. This isn't the time to relate or respond. It's about helping them feel seen, not turning it into your moment. Will you be trying this? Let me know in the comments.
