I'm Doug Noll, Lawyer to Peacemaker. In my childhood, I had many physical challenges, and those challenges forced me to learn how to be tenacious and persistent and, and to do whatever it takes in order to be successful, to not give up even in the face of great adversity. Today I take those same skills that I learned as a child and I work with people who are facing deep and intractable challenges and conflicts themselves. I do whatever it takes. What do I have to learn in order to help them get through this conflict peacefully and gracefully? What do I have to do to be a better peacemaker? What do I have to do to help them gracefully and gently shift and transform their lives? I will do whatever it takes to serve others, to help them find peace. That is my great passion.
