Really enjoyed the class, very well presented. You have great information and presentation style and emotions, where they come from, what their impacts are. For me personally, one of the most impactful was on learning the emotional affect labeling. Not only the why behind it, but how Doug put it into a practical application example. Uh, that one will definitely be, um, an additional tool in my tool belt, um, when it comes to communication, um, and leading my team. So highly recommend the course and, uh, looking forward to moving on advanced.
