Botox to help with ed. Well, I'm gonna tell you how, because the new research that has just come out to show that Botox does help with ed. In two studies that have treated men with ed, even the men that has failed Viagra and fail Cialis, we know that Botox been around for two decades. It's been used for aesthetic in women.
It's also have multiple uses in smooth muscle study.
Like for instance, if you have sweaty armpit and you get Botox for it, that actually will stop the excess sweating. So Botox help with smooth muscles and that's how it help with stopping the sweating. It's also been used for the bladder as well too.
And Botox been around for 20 years.
It'S been very safe and there's very little effect. We know that women get Botox and men get Botox on their face every three months for years and it's been safe. So Botox is a toxin or neurotoxin that is released from a bacteria called Clostridium botulinum. It's an anaerobic gram positive bacteria and it poisons the nerve that releases the chemical called acetylcholine. So that's what it's causing the paralysis of the muscle. So it works by blocking the acetylcholine release from the nerve to the muscle. But it does more than that. It also block noradrenaline, it also block dopamine and glycine.
So in a way it works like.
Viagra does, because what it does is that it increases smooth muscle relaxation and also increases arterial blood flow. And therefore you have more blood flow to the penis.
You, you have relaxation of the smooth muscle of the penis.
And therefore when you have that happening, the penis engorge with more blood flow. And therefore when the penis engorge more blood flow, it constrict or stop the veins from leaking out. So therefore you can maintain the firmness. So it works well in helping with Firmness and, and most men with ED actually have trouble maintaining firmness. So Botox can help with that as well. But interestingly, in the two study that treated men with Botox, the effect lasted.
More than six months.
And therefore it's postulated that Botox has more than just a local effect and maybe perhaps an effect on the parasympathetic nervous system. We know that the parasympathetic nervous system is what's responsible for causing an erection and that Botox may be facilitating the effect of the parasympathetic nervous system because the response to the improvement is beyond the normal three months. Now that's just using Botox alone. You can add the Botox with stem cell injections such as platelet rich plasma prp that you can add that together along with the Botox and it's like an inferno because you're getting the Botox effect and then you're also adding the PRP which also increases blood flow and regenerate the muscle of the penis. And the improvement that you see with this combination treatment called P100 or Bocox B O C O S is that you know the response is within five days to two weeks when you see increased firmness, you have a more firm morning erection. And you also noted that in patient that received the Botox as Well as the PRP, you have an increase in 1cm in length. Now how good is that? Not only you get more firmness, you, you get better erection, you have better morning erection. You also notice 1cm increase in length when you flaccid as well. So multiple benefit. It's recommended that you pump right after the procedure because pumping will bring in more oxygen to the muscle and that you need to pump at least once a day for about 10 minutes. One thing about Botox, people say what? But you know you're injecting a lot of Botox. Well let me tell you this. One bottle Botox which is made by Allergan is 100 units. It equals about 0.9 nanogram, 0.9 nanogram. And the toxic dose, the LD50, which is in the medical world that the toxic dose that will kill about 50% of the people, let's say for 100 pound woman the toxic dose would be she would have to get 100 vial of 100 units infused in the vein in order for it to be toxic.
