It is something to know about and to understand that when you're taking Cialis or Tadalafil, it is just a band aid. So just know that Cialose stopped working because the problem inside of your body that is causing the ED has never been addressed. So over the years the root cause is progressing. So it's like your car is making sound and it's smoking, but all you're doing is just painting on the outside to make it look good. But over time the car is going to stop working because you're not addressing why there's smoke coming out. So same thing with your body, you're not addressing the root cause of what's causing your ed, and therefore it progresses over the years.
