Hi, I'm Dr. Ann Truong, and today I just want to show you some instructions regarding the troche medicine that is compounded either called blue steel or silver steel. Silver steel has cialis, Viagra and apomorphine. Blue steel has cialis and apomorphine together. Apomorphine is actually a very interesting compound. It's actually a hormone that can actually stimulate in your brain for you to be in the mood and to be aroused. And you put that together with either Cialis or Viagra, it works very well. So a trochee is spelled T R O C H E. A trochee can have a purple color or a white color. And it comes in a square like this. Now, each square comes. Each square can be cut into, so I can take it out. And each square can be cut into four little squares. So I take it out. So if you can look on here, I take it out and I cut it into four little squares and I put foil underneath it so you don't make any marks on the counter. And I cut into four little squares. Just be careful of your finger. And sometimes it can fly off. But as you can see, big square can create four little squares. And so when, yeah, the instruction can be take one little square or two little square or three little squares, and sometimes you may need the whole entire square. So depending on how you respond, depending on what dosage you need. So let's say you're going to take two squares, you're going to put that underneath your tongue and let it melt. Underneath the tongue is sublingual. Don't swallow it, let it melt. And it takes about. Approximately five to seven minutes for it to melt. It may have a little bitter taste, but very, very tolerable. It can even be sweet. It's actually, we add stevia to them. And once you take it, it will take about 30 minutes to about 40 minutes, sometimes even 20 minutes until you notice the onset of action. And you take this 20 minutes to about 40 minutes before you have activity. And so women can also take this as well, but for women, it's only in one little square. And before activities, again about 20 minutes, 20 to 40 minutes. They also do put it underneath the tongue and let it melt. So you can take the silver steel again that has cialis, Viagra and apomorphine every day, but only once a day. And the blue steel, which has Cialis and apomorphine, you can take it every day on a consistent basis, depending on your condition and depending on what I feel will be beneficial. For you again. This is just a lesson on how to use the trochee and how to cut it. And you can store it. You can cut it and then put it in a Ziploc bag and store it in room temperature.
