Why Viagra Doesn't Fix Your ED (and the 4 Things That Do) đź’Š

In this YouTube video Dr. Anne Truong explains that erectile dysfunction (ED) is fundamentally caused by damage to the endothelial lining of blood vessels, which reduces nitric oxide production and consequently impairs blood flow to the penis. She argues that phosphodiesterase‑5 inhibitors such as Viagra and Cialis merely mask the problem by prolonging cyclic GMP, but they do not repair the underlying endothelial injury. Dr. Truong outlines a four‑pillar lifestyle protocol to restore endothelial health: (1) adopt a Mediterranean diet rich in anti‑inflammatory foods, (2) engage in regular aerobic exercise (30 minutes, 3‑4 times per week), (3) obtain at least 7 hours of consistent nighttime sleep, and (4) manage stress through simple techniques like box breathing. She demonstrates the box‑breathing method, explains how nasal breathing boosts nitric oxide, and links stress reduction to testosterone preservation. The video also promotes her paid services – the “Get Hard” in‑office protocol (stem cells, shockwave, Botox, hormones) for high‑income men willing to travel to Virginia and invest ~$16,000, as well as the subscription‑based Modern Man Club and a Mediterranean‑diet guide (eatfornoed.com). Throughout, she uses analogies (e.g., a cracked house foundation) to illustrate progressive vascular damage and warns that neglect can lead to invasive interventions such as penile implants. The core message is that consistent adherence to the four lifestyle pillars for at least 90 days can reverse endothelial damage, restore nitric oxide production, improve blood flow, and ultimately resolve ED without reliance on medication.

If Viagra works for you, it's not fixing your ED, it's covering it up. Inside every blood vessel is a thin film called the endothelium. When it gets damaged, you make less nitric oxide and blood flow drops. The good news, you can repair it. It comes down to 4 things: the Mediterranean diet, exercise, sleep, and lowering your stress. Ignore it, and it's like a crack in your home's foundation. It only gets worse over time. Today, I'll show you where your ED really starts and exactly how to reverse it. Most men think losing peak performance is just getting old. I will tell you it's not. There's a natural, proven protocol doctors rarely talk about that will restore your confidence without side effects. It is called the My Get Hard System, and you can get that by joining the Modern Man Club today. Go to noedman.com. That's noedman.com, and I'll see you there. Question is, how would a person know if their ED is from poor blood flow or from making less nitric oxide? How can a person tell if they have endothelial damage? That's a good question, King Garnet, because when you have ED already, And ED usually presents as you can get an erection, but it's hard for you to maintain it, or you lose it during the act, or you lose it penetration. The most common presentation of ED, and that's endothelial leakage. Okay. So endothelial damage, the blood vessel, which is, think of it like a pipe, and inside the blood vessel, it is a thin film that's called the endothelium. It's a very thin film. It's like a film that's inside the blood vessels. And endothelial damage means that that film has holes in it and blood kind of like seeps through or toxins seep through. So when you already have ED, you already have endothelial damage. That makes sense? So ED, you already have endothelial damage. So it's not a separate thing. Blood flow just means more blood. The blood brought from your heart to your penis is through blood vessels. Every blood vessel in your body has the endothelium. Quick note before we go any further. If you're a high-income man, usually the age between 45 to 85, and you're ready to invest to fix your ED without relying on pills or surgery, I have the Get Hard Protocol, in-office program where we treat you in Virginia. We combine stem cells, shockwave, Botox, hormones, and lifestyle to help restore natural erection. It's not for everyone, You must be able to travel to Virginia and be comfortable investing around $16,000 for your health. If you're not in that position yet, no problem. Keep enjoying this video and check out our Modern Man Club at noedman.com. So when you have endothelial damage, that means that you already have poor blood flow And endothelium is the lining that lines up the blood vessels. Think of it like a film, and the damage, I mean, that the film is not whole and may have holes in it. When the endothelium, which is that film, that damage or has holes in it, the endothelium itself also make nitric oxide. Yes. So when the endothelium is damaged, you have less nitric oxide. So poor blood flow is the result of endothelial damage. Endothelial damage creates less nitric oxide. Because the endothelium is damaged, so it cannot make nitric oxide, which then results in poor blood flow, is the sequelae of endothelial damage. That makes sense? Endothelial damage occurs first, and then when the endothelial damage occurs, you make less nitric oxide, and then when you make less nitric oxide, you have poor blood flow. All right? So that is what— how it is. So it's not a separate thing. It is sequential. Flow. It's a sequential— okay. So when you have ED, you already have endothelial damage. You're already making less nitric oxide. That's taken. So how do you reverse it? How do you reverse the endothelial damage? The endothelial damage— 4 things. The endothelial damage causes decreased nitric oxide, which then causes decreased blood flow, which then causes ED. Well, you got to fix the source of the problem, which is endothelial damage. So Viagra and Cialis does not fix endothelial damage. Viagra and Cialis just keep a chemical called cyclic GMP around more so that way you have more blood flow. That's it. But it doesn't fix the endothelial damage. How do you fix the endothelial damage? Easy. 4 things. Mediterranean diet. Follow the Mediterranean diet. Exercise, 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. Sleep. Get 7 hours of sleep at nighttime. And then manage your stress. You can manage your stress with exercise, but in fact, if you follow a Mediterranean diet, your stress is also managed as well. But you can manage your stress by exercise, manage your stress by doing box breathing, by meditation. I know as men, you're like, oh, I don't want to do anything woo-woo for managing stress. All you need to do is close your eyes, breathe into your nose, breathe out through your mouth, 10 minutes a day, and that's all you need, and that will lower your stress for 24 hours. Yes, called box breathing. So fix the endothelial damage, then you can fix the nitric oxide, the poor blood flow, and eventually your ED. So the 4 pillars: Mediterranean diet, any type of exercise, whether it's in the gym, walking up and down the stairs, walking around the parking lot, walking outside, walking around your house, sleep, and also decrease your stress. By just doing box breathing 10 minutes That's all you need to do. How do you do box breathing, guys? Well, I'm not asking you to do woo-woo stuff here, okay? I'm asking you to do things that I know decrease your stress. Because when you have stress, stress decreases testosterone. When stress damages endothelium, you gotta take it for real. So one thing that you can easily decrease the stress is box breathing. So what it is, is that you breathe in through the nose for the count of 4. Breathe in, 1, 2, 3, 4. 1, 2, 3, 4. You hold it inside for the count of 4, and you breathe out through your mouth through a straw for a count of 4. Then you hold. So that's what's called box, right? Then you go in, hold for a count of 4, and breathe out. Hold for a count of 4, and then breathe in. So go in through the nose, breathe out through the mouth, hold 4. Well, how does that happen? Because when you breathe in through the nose, you make more nitric oxide through your sinuses and around right here, the frontal sinuses. When When you breathe out, it relaxes, it gets you absorb more oxygen, and you stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is your relaxation system. It's as easy as that. Fix the cause of ED, which is endothelial damage, and then you will fix the ED. You will fix the ED itself. Taking Viagra and Cialis or a supplement isn't going to do that for you. It isn't going to fix your endothelial damage for you. You've got to do the work. Now, the supplement helps in kind of like giving you some building blocks, but you've got to do the hard work. I have to tell you, you have to do the hard work yourself. So that's how you fix endothelial damage. And sometimes it sounds too easy to be good, isn't it? When I talk about this, I'm like, oh my God, it's like super easy. And that's my passion too. I want to convey that passion to you. It is that easy to do. So you can just follow my channel, right? You can just Get the Mediterranean diet. Go to the link called eatfornoed.com to get the Mediterranean diet. Exercise. You don't need me to tell you how to exercise. Just walk, run, stairs, 30 minutes every other day. Sleep 7 hours at nighttime from, from 10 PM to 6 AM. And then reduce your stress. And sometimes stress reduction done through just exercise, eating well, as well as box breathing. That is it. Because once you go to bed consistently at a certain time, your stress will also decrease as well too. The 4 things, it sounds too good to be true, isn't it? It really is. But you gotta stay consistent. Gotta stay consistent for at least 90 days and you will see results. We have seen men that have prostate surgery, prostate cancer, and they're starting to get their morning wood back by just doing that. Good to be true. So something that easy to be true, it probably is because most of us just want the easy button. Most of us just want to take this supplement that will kind of fix everything. I'm gonna tell you that there's no such thing like that at all. That the supplement helps you with the building block, but you still gotta do the hard work. That's why taking Viagra and Cialis does not treat your ED. It's just a band-aid on an infected wound. Start doing the basics, the cause of your ED, which is the endothelial damage, and you're gonna get your erection back. The earlier you start this, faster it's gonna come back. You don't wanna wait until you take ED medicine for 10 years. Yeah. You don't want to do that because the damage has already been done. Think about, like, your house. If all you do is ignore it, what do you think is going to happen? It's going to get worse over time, and so is your ED. It's going to get worse over time to a point where you need to come to my office for intensive treatment with the stem cell and the Botox and the shockwave and electromagnetic therapy or a penile implant. With penile implant, it's only because you don't know what you need to restore your erection. It is not The endpoint. You can prevent penile implant as long as you know what you need to do. And that's why I'm paying forward for you to give you the information now that will save you a penile implant down the road. Okay, modern man, if you're struggling with weak erection, low energy, the food you eat could be the big part of the problem.
