A short first-person YouTube video (Dr. Anne Truong) describing the sterilization procedures used in her medical office during the COVID-19 pandemic. She explains daily use of HEPA filters with UVC (three units covering a 6,000 sq ft office), nightly ozone generator runs to sterilize the office, and handheld UV lights to disinfect surfaces; the message closes with reassurance to patients and staff.

Hello, I'm Dr. Ann Truong. And today I want to talk about what we are doing right now in our office to make it a safe environment for our staff and our patient during coronavirus. We have been open during the whole shutdown and everything. And we want to make sure that our office is ready and is safe for everyone. So we start off with the beginning of the day. We turn on the HEPA filter, which has UVC light on it. And it filters out all bacteria and viruses. And we have three in the office in all the areas. And it covers the whole entire office at 6,000 square feet. And then at the end of the night, we turn on this machine that's called the ozone generator. And what it does is that it's a gas. And it goes throughout the office and sterilize the whole entire office, kill any bacteria or viruses. And then we have the UV light, which also, if we go across the surface like this, we sterilize any surfaces, such as examination table or anything that anyone can touch. And it kills bacteria and viruses as well. So all these three equipment are used on a daily basis to make it safe for our patient and our staff. And I want you to know that we care about you and we're here for you. Thank you very much.
