A short YouTube video by Anne Truong MD recounting an anecdote about a 26-year-old man who initially refused to try a cock ring but whose evaluation related to the device use led to discovery of an adrenal problem; the early diagnosis contributed to the couple successfully having a baby.

At the other extreme, the youngest person I know who was helped with one who's 26 years old. He and his wife were trying to have a baby. They just moved. They had a new job. They're tripping their issues in the bedroom to all these stresses. And his wife had heard about us, and she bought him a ring. He didn't want to put it on. Hey, I'm 26 years old. I'm fit, blah, blah. He actually had an adrenal problem, and you wouldn't have known. It wouldn't have picked up eventually, but it was discovered relatively early, and they now have a baby. Awesome.
