Okay, hello there, hello there. See if you guys can hear me. Um, we are live. Wonderful. Okay, everything is good. I had a little glitch signing in to, um, our live, but hopefully it will be, um Okay, um, um, hopefully it will be okay. All right, okay, uh, okay. So, hello, hello. Okay, let me get my question from last time. So we go live, um, I go live, um, every Monday at, um, noon. But next Monday I will not go live. I will see you guys back on Memorial Day, hopefully. But next Monday I would not be here as well. And so, hello, hello. Okay, tell me if you guys can hear me. You guys can hear me okay? I say yes if you can hear me. Okay, all right. Very good. So I'm here for ask me anything questions. You have any questions, type it in the comment and I can see it. And we're streaming now to Facebook, YouTube, X at this point. And okay, type in your questions and I see if I can see it. All right. Hello. Okay. Z. Wayne says, thank you for your wonderful work in this niche. You're the absolute best. Well, thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. My passion and vision is to make information about sexual health accessible and easily make something complex to be easy so you can understand what you need to do to be able to have sexual longevity. Because we are wired that way, but oftentimes it's a taboo topic, so it's not discussed about, and then you're kind of left on your own to figure out what you need to do if you have a problem. And oftentimes you do the wrong thing, and especially about sexual health because it's so much a prohibitive topic, but yet it's such an important topic. Can't discuss it on social media because it's a prohibitive topic, right? But we're talking about be able to maintain sexual function, not pornography or things that are prohibited, but yet it's kind of grouped under that category. So it's a prohibited content, so therefore accessible information is not easily attainable. And so you kind of have to figure out on your own, right? Say you have ED and you kind of have to figure it out on your own what you need to do. And oftentimes, you know, on the internet, information is misunderstood, and it's inaccurate, and it's incomplete. And it's like trying to piece meal in, trying to do a puzzle, and you don't have all the pieces at one time. And so I'm here to be the curator of information for you all and to make sexual health information accessible and understandable and easily digestible. All right, so thank you for the feedback. I appreciate that. And I come from a perspective that I had a spouse that had ED, and we had to overcome it together. He overcame his ED naturally without having to take medication. So I've been the doctor as well as a partner of a man, as well as working with men with ED. So thank you for the feedback. Appreciate that. Okay, so let's move on to some questions. I am kind of in between my clinic today, and so we will try to get as many questions as we can. So thank you for being here. All right. And just know I will not be here next Monday. Okay. Priya Sharma says, I want to increase my strength and hardness. I know exercises like Qigong exist, but don't know how to perform them. Please suggest exercise, how to do, and how many times a day. Well, that's kind of like, it depends on what you mean by strength and hardness. Hardness, I assume the rigidity of your erection. I don't know what strength means because you can interpret it many ways and it's kind of a little ambiguous. So hardness is the rigidity, I assume. And, and, um, Kegel, uh, does help, but most men do it, uh, wrong. Um, and because most men, uh, if you have ED, most likely you have weak pelvic muscles. Pelvic muscles are the muscles that are the little muscles that are, um, um, uh, between your scrotum and, uh, urectum. And they're little muscles that wrap around the base of the penis, and they keep the blood in the penis, and they actually contribute to the rigidity of your penis. But they also do several things. They also are the ones that contract when you have orgasm. And they also are the muscles that contract to expel the semen when you ejaculate. So they have multiple functions. And they're also the muscle that start and end your urine stream. So those are the muscles that start your urine and also stop your urine as well. So they're very, very— they're small, but they're mighty muscles. And how to do Kegel. Most men do it wrong because you don't relax. Most men, their pelvic muscles are very, very weak. I'm trying to see if I can pull up the slides that I usually use for— that I usually use for muscle. Okay. Most men do it wrong. If you see on the screen here, okay, there you go. If you see on the screen here, and I don't know if you can— Your pelvic muscles are the muscles that I can't point to it, but these are the muscles. They are the bulbospongiosus muscles, and you can see it on the screen. Bulbospongiosus, right? Bulbospongiosus. And they are also the ischiocavernosus muscle. All right, the bulbospongiosus is the one that wraps around the base of the penis, and that little muscle that comes on the side of the penis there are the ischiocavernosus muscle. Those are the pelvic muscle that are responsible to help keep the blood in the penis. It acts like a tourniquet, acts like a rubber band that keeps the blood in there. Now, but they're also responsible, like I said earlier, starting and stopping your urine stream, which they are the one that contracts when you have orgasm and And they're the ones that expel out the semen. Okay, they're small, but they're mighty, right? And so they're located on there because I can't use, I can't use the pointer, but it's ischiocavernosus and the bulbospongiosus. Most men with ED, those muscles are weak. That means that they contract, but they don't contract very strong. So they just like, huh, I just do a little bit of like this. That's why you lose it after you have an erection or you lose it during penetration. So those muscles become weak. And so most of the time when I have Kegel is the type of exercise that you do. But the pelvic muscles are these two muscles. The Kegel is exercise that you do where you contract this muscle. So the D2 muscle, like I said, start and stop your urine stream, right? So if they start and stop your urine stream, what you do is like when you urinate, stop your urine stream. You can have a sense of what the muscles feel like. So that way you can have some feedback when these muscles contract, what it feels like. Start and stop your urine stream. But most men do it wrong because you tense up your leg muscles, like the inner thigh muscle, or you tense up your buttock muscles, or you tense up your ab muscle. So you do it wrong if you're doing that. To do it right, to do a correct Kegel, you have to relax everything and just contract the ischiocavernosus and the bulbospongiosus muscle alone. And how you do that is just a little contraction. You can put your hand, bring your hand and put it underneath your scrotum and you can feel the contraction. So if you just contract those muscles, you can feel the contraction underneath your hand and it feels like a muscle contraction. So, but you make sure you relax your buttocks and your inner thigh. So what you do is you do it lightly, just a contraction and try to hold it for 3 seconds. Right? Try to hold it for 3 seconds and then slowly let it go. But most of you will not be able to hold it for 3 seconds because you're weak. You'll be able to hold it for 1 second and then you relax. Okay, so you want to contract those muscles, hold it for 3 seconds, and then relax. And then contract again, hold it for 3 seconds, and relax. So you want to do 10 repetitions. So 10 repetitions, 3 sets. Okay, 10 repetitions, 3 sets, twice a day. You want to start out first with lying in the bed. Or lying on the sofa with your knees up, you know, with your knees bent. Try to do that first, and then you can work up to sitting. If you do that well, you can work up to sitting, and you can work up to standing. Okay, so these muscles get weak because they are the ones that hold up your intestine. That you can see it on here in this picture, it acts like a sling. So those muscles, they attach from the pubic bone all the way to your tailbone like that picture. So it acts like a sling. So over time, because when you're standing up, gravity pulls on it, right? So over time, it sags, right? It sags and it becomes weaker because your intestine It holds up your intestine. As you can see this picture here, this is actually a woman. You can see the uterus. Men don't have a uterus, but it holds up your intestine. Okay? So those are the pelvic muscles. All right? So these are the pelvic muscle for a man right here. And the pelvic muscle is balanced by the abdominal muscle and balanced by the diaphragm. So oftentimes when you do Kegel, when you contract Kegel, you want to also relax, like exhale. So it's a little bit more advanced. That's why I don't talk about it. But if you really want to do it correctly, you contract during exhale. Okay. But the abdominal muscle, the pelvic muscle, and the diaphragm muscle all work together in maintaining— and the back muscle, which is called the multifidus muscle. They all work together in maintaining like a box system for your whole abdominal cavity. That's why I showed that picture. And so you can do it manually yourself, or you can just use this machine. It's a Kegel stimulator machine that we have that you put the pads, you put these hydrogel pads on the pelvic muscle, and then you hook it up to this machine here. Which is the Kegel machine, and it contracts the muscle for you. So it contracts the muscles for you within 20 minutes, and it does thousands of contractions. So you can do it manually, or you can do it with this machine. Oftentimes, I just give my patients these machines so they can use it because you oftentimes do it wrong or you don't have time to do it. But if you use this machine, you want to do it every day, or at least 5 times a week for 6 weeks. Take a month break and get back to it again. Okay. And so you can do it manually. You can just do it 10 repetitions, 3 sets a day, 3 sets at one time, and do it twice a day. So essentially, you know, twice a day. So you end up with 60 60 contractions in a day. Okay. So I hope you guys— this is the most neglected muscle in a man's body. And you have to know how important that is. It does 4 functions, right? It starts and stops your urine stream. It helps maintain your erection, orgasm, ejaculation. But yet, when's the last time you exercised it? Put it on the chat if you exercise your your pelvic muscle, right? Probably not a lot because you've never been trained. You don't know, right? You don't know what you don't know. And so I rather, if you have ED, I rather that you do Kegel first before you even take Viagra because you can find out that it may help with your erection even better. As well. Okay. So what this show is the diaphragm and the pelvic muscle work together. Right. So it works together along with the contraction. Okay. So I hope I answered your question. So Many times, you know, oftentimes men does not realize that they need to strengthen their pelvic muscles at this time. Okay. All right. So let me get back on here. Okay. How was that, Priya Sharma? Did I answer your question? Okay. Very good. I happen to have the slides on there as well. Um, uh, all right, let's— the next question here. Hanger Banger. Hanger Banger. Uh, what a name. Hanger Banger, uh, to ask How to deal with a member that has shrunk until there is nothing? Now, that's a very good question because why does your member shrink? Why does your member shrink, right? There's such a thing as use it or lose it, right? So, when would you use your penis? You use your penis when you have an erection, right? So when you have an erection, blood flows to the penis 40 times more than normal. The muscle expands and the muscle gets oxygen, and it also maintains its length. So when you don't get an erection, the muscles shrink, the penis muscles shrink. And the muscles shrink. So the point is, why did your penis shrink? The penis shrink because you haven't exercised it or you haven't used it. That's why it shrink. And also, low testosterone can also affect the size of the penis as well too. So get your testosterone checked. And the reason why it's shrinked is because you're not getting erection. And you're not getting erection, and if you don't have a partner, then do a penis pump. Use a penis pump. Use a penis pump to give you an erection. And the penis pump can give you an erection within a couple of minutes. All right? And how the penis pump does is that, you know, it It suction the penis and give negative pressure to the penis and it helps the penis engorge with blood. And when it does that, it brings in more blood, blood to the penis and bring more oxygen and it creates an erection in the penis. So that way it prevents muscle atrophy. All right. So when I see men with ED, their penis shrinks because they haven't had an erection. And they're not using the penis pump. So, if you have ED, the penis pump can prevent your member from shrinking, and it can also help you with ED as well. So, the penis pump can do multiple functions. It can help you with ED. It can also help you with preventing shrinkage in your penis, but it also can keep the penis muscle healthy by getting more oxygen. And it also, when you use the penis pump, it also decreases the amount of scar tissue that sets in the penis. So, because if you don't use the muscle, scar tissue starts to develop. Like a scar you would have in your hand, right? You would have a scar in your hand. Well, you can have scars also in the penis as well. Now, it usually is along the fascia. The scar tissue develops along the fascia, but the muscle can also develop scar tissue as well too. When you develop scar tissue, it may bend the penis, and it also prevents for engorgement of the penis muscles when you're trying to get an erection. You do not want shrinkage, and you do not want scar tissue development in your penis because that will prevent, that will prevent blood flow to flow in to engorge the penis. Okay, so I explained to you why you have shrinkage. It's because of ED or not using it and low testosterone and what you can do about it. If you, if you find that your member has shrunk, you can use the penis pump, right? Get your testosterone level checked. If your testosterone level is low, get it supplemented, uh, through either injection or through pellets. And you can even do an oral med now. I don't know how good that oral med, um, Anne Truong MD is. Okay. And so you can do, you can definitely do that. If you use your penis pump, you will definitely prevent shrinkage. If you have ED and you don't use the penis pump, you can have more shrinkage. It's like, you know, it's like your penis muscle is no longer, no different than your bicep, right? You go to the gym, you do biceps curl, it's gonna— when you do biceps curl, bring blood to the muscle. And then when you bring blood to the muscle, it will rip the muscle and it will develop more muscle so that way you have more bulk, right? It's the same thing with the penis pump. The penis pump can bring in more blood flow, and it actually will enlarge the penis by about half an inch in girth and about half an inch to an inch in length as well too. Okay. All right, Hangar Banger. All right. I hope I answered your question. So let me know. Let me know if that helped. Okay. All right, Hangar Banger. Okay. Um, oh, all right, thank you, thank you for your feedback. Thank you, uh, for your feedback. I hope that helped. Okay, um. Okay, so let's do this. Lots of love by Priyansh Sharma. Hello. Instagram message, my team usually check that, and the important, they will give me the message itself. I have a lot of messages, so I don't check all of it. I check some, but you can ask your question here. Um, uh, if you have a question. Okay, um, and then, uh, all right, Jay-Z Wayne— Jay-Z Wayne says it will be good to talk about why even healthy young men who aren't currently sexually active can strengthen ejaculation— ejay, I assume— ejaculation control. How it benefits man, um, how it benefits man's life even without sex, sexual transmutation. Well, let's talk about one thing, all right? Let's talk like, you know, um, if your pelvic muscle is weak, all right, and I'll put this I'll put this slide on again so you can know what I'm talking about right here. If your pelvic muscle is weak, right? If your pelvic muscle is weak, okay, if your pelvic muscle is weak, So these are the pelvic muscles. Then your ejaculation will be weak as well too. Okay. And so when the ejaculation is weak, you may get less semen volume. You may have ED as well, and you may have and you may have less intense contraction. Now, if you're talking about semen retention, where orgasm without ejaculation, that's something totally different. So, if your pelvic muscles, these muscles right here, which is the bulbospongiosum and the ischiocavernosus, if those muscles are strong, you can actually control your, your how long until you ejaculate as well. So if they're strong, you can control the ejaculatory time. Okay, so doing pelvic, doing Kegel exercises will strengthen those muscles, and you can find on my YouTube channel multiple videos where I show you how to do pelvic exercises. Or you can just get the Kegel machine that we have, that we have available in our store. Our store is ED No More. So you can go to ednomore.com to get this Kegel machine at this time, which strengthens— this Kegel machine will strengthen the pelvic muscles, right, which will help with delay ejaculation time. Okay, so that's at ED No More. Okay. Okay. And so that is a question there. And so it does benefit a man without sex. So if you are not sexually active, what should you do? Right? If you're a man, you're not sexually active, what can you do to prevent atrophy? Right? Well, you can use the penis pump 3 times a day. You can use the penis pump 3 times a day, and when you can just pump, pump, use the pump for 10 minutes. I'm sorry, not 3 times a day, 3 times a week. I may have said 3 times a day. If you're a young man who is not sexually active currently, you can use the penis pump 3 times a week for maintenance. Which using the penis pump will bring in more blood flow to the penis and prevent shrinkage and prevent scar tissue development. You can masturbate. You can masturbate because masturbation and activation is— the erection is the same as if you are having an erection with a partner. So you can either masturbate as well, or you can use the penis pump 3 times a week. All right. I think that that was a question that you asked, right? The question that you asked, how can you currently strengthen ejaculatory— how it benefits a man even without sex. So if you— and then you can also do your Kegel exercises. To maintain your penile function. All right, so I hope I addressed that question, Jay-Z Wing. And you can also go to our store at Edie Deamore to get the penis pump, to get the penis pump as well too. Okay, um, uh, to get the penis pump and to, uh, get the, uh, the Kegel, uh, machine. And, um, okay, uh, all right, uh, the question is, is by, um, another question here is, is lycopene, lycopene feel good for prostate? There hasn't been any research on lycopene pills. Anything that is anti-inflammatory is good for prostate. So prostate, saw palmetto is good for prostate. Saw palmetto, ashwagandha is good for prostate. And you can get the prostate supplement. Prostate Support, also at our, um, egnomore.com, our store. Our store here, you can get the Prostate Support supplement, which is saw palmetto, ashwagandha, um, essentially things that are— ginseng, anything that's anti-inflammatory is helpful for prostate. And what's helpful for prostate? For prostate health is the Mediterranean diet. You can start a Mediterranean diet, which is anti-inflammatory. And I want you guys to get a copy of the Mediterranean diet right here. Scan the QR code. Scan the QR code right here. If you're watching this, you're on your phone, you're watching this, Or you can go to— I forgot the URL for the Mediterranean. Here it is. Ah, it's MediterraneanEat4NoED. Mediterranean diet, you just go for Eat4NoED. Eat4NoED.com. And you can download the Mediterranean diet. So that's good for ED. The Mediterranean diet is good for ED as well as for your prostate support. Okay, there is no nothing that is more important than what you eat. What you eat is the best thing you can feed your penis and your prostate, um, more than any supplement. Because if you don't eat well Just taking the supplement isn't going to help, right? It isn't going to help if you don't eat well. Um, in order for you to fix your ED, you got to, uh, uh, get your body, uh, in order. What does that mean? What does that mean? That means that if you're overweight, then you need to lose the weight. Uh, and how do you do that? Get on the Mediterranean diet. The Mediterranean diet will help you lose the weight. It will also help with inflammation, which then help with increasing, which if you have inflammation, that will decrease blood flow, that will cause ED. But if you eat a Mediterranean diet, you will have less inflammation, and less inflammation means more blood flow. More blood flow, less inflammation. And think of inflammation like a fire that is going on in your body. Inflammation is a fire that burns and that's irritating the blood flow. And so anti-inflammation, let's put out that fire and put some water. Uh, all right, so what, what is it you have to do? Uh, uh, eat a Mediterranean diet, exercise 30 minutes, 3, 3 times a week, um, and, um, sleep, um, 7 hours at nighttime between 10 PM to 6 AM, and also decrease your stress. How do you decrease your stress? When you exercise and spend time with family. And doing the things you love. Okay? So that is what I would recommend for prostate support to have a healthy prostate. And as far as I know, lycopene pill has not been shown to be helpful for prostate. All right. I hope that that was helpful. I hope that was helpful at this time. And, uh, okay, so any other question? I don't know what your question is regarding my, my email is weak. I don't know what that means, um, at this point. Uh, and, uh, uh, okay, so, um, uh, I was such a Well, I think with your question, Jack— Patrick Johnson, I think that probably good to go see a doctor and talk to a therapist regarding your situation. And regarding your situation at this point. Now, we have added a modality treatment that is called— it's called far infrared light with quartz, Terra Quartz. Far infrared light with Terra Quartz. So we added that now to our ED treatment. And what that does is that It calms down the stress that is in your body. It calms down your stress because when you have stress or trauma, it dampens your erection. So now we have a treatment where we use the machine and it gives out far infrared light, but it also has tera quartz. T-E-R-A quartz, all right? And you can't get this at home, guys. It's just medical equipment. And what that does is that it will calm down the stress system in your body so that way it doesn't interfere with your erection. And in fact, I just did that treatment today. Far infrared with, with Terra Quartz. I just did that treatment today on a man that has physical ED as well as psychological ED. He felt very relaxed, and when we calm down the stress system and you feel more relaxed, erection come back. The more relaxed you are, the better the erection. If you're stressed, it dampens your erection. Okay. And so we did the treatment today. It usually is 3 treatments about a week to every 2 weeks apart. And it literally dampens the stress response in your body. Anne Truong MD. And it lasts for about 9 months to a year, and then we do it again. But I will tell you, I did it on myself and I felt so relaxed, I took a nap. And what we do is that we, we work along the whole entire spine and address the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nerve along your body to dampen the stress. So that's called far infrared with Theracorp. And so I feel that if you're a man with ED, even though it's due to physical causes, the psychological component of ED is also prevalent as well. And you really need to manage the psychological component as well as the physical component. Anne Truong MD. And so now we have some, we have that available now. But you have to come to my office for that. You have to come to my office for that in order for you to get treated. It's 3 treatments. And it literally calms down your stress nerve. So you can relax again. Oftentimes when you suffer trauma or suffer trauma and even have depression, anxiety, you, the stress nerve tends to be higher than the relax nerve. Right? So then we got to dampen down the stress response in order for the relax nerve to take control. And you can only have an erection when the relaxation system starts to be in control. The relaxation system is called the parasympathetic nervous system. And if parasympathetic nervous system is higher, then erection happens. If the stress nerve, which is called the sympathetic nerve, It's higher, no erection. All right. So erection, that's why, you know, you hear me say erection starts in the mind right here. This is where your erection starts, in your brain rather than in your penis, because you have to initiate the erection response here. Right. And the erection response really starts from the sensory feedback that you get with what you see, what you smell, what you eat, what you hear, what you touch. Right? All of that input goes into the brain, and then the brain processes that, and then it gets filtered through your emotional state. Are you stressed? Are you depressed? Are you anxious? But if your emotional state is either, you know, trauma, depression, anxiety, it gets filtered through that filter and it won't pass through to initiate an erection response. It has to pass through the filter of your emotion at that time. That's why when you're stressed, you're not in the mood for, you're not in the mood for sex, right? Or when you're depressed, you're not in the mood for sex, right? And or when you're distracted or when you're busy, you're not in the mood for it as well. So if the sensory from your 5 senses go to your head and it has to go through the filter of your emotional state in order— and if your emotional state is either anxious or stressed, and then you're gonna, you're gonna have a difficult time initiating that erectile response. Okay, so that's why I came up with the Get Hard System. That's why I came up with the Get Hard System, and the Get Hard System focuses on the 6th system right here, 6th system. Let me get this. Let me get this banner out. Okay, so the 6 systems here starts in the brain, right? The 6 systems to get hard starts in the brain. It goes to the emotions, then it goes to the hormone. That's all in the brain. And the nerve is at the base of the brain, and then it goes to the nerve, and it goes to the blood vessels and the heart, and then it goes to the muscles, which means penile, the penis muscles. Okay, so these are the 6 systems for you to fix in order for you to get a normal erectile response. Again. And we would— our Get Hard System in the office, we address all these 6 systems when we treat a man with ED, because we want you to get reversal of your ED, not just manage it, but reversal as well. Okay. So this is what the Get Hard System is involved. And that's why we work up, we use Botox, we use shockwave therapy, we use, what else, the Kegel machine. And now we're using far infrared with, with Theracord. We also use post-electromagnetic therapy as well to detoxify. And to stimulate healing. Okay, so that's our GET HARD system. That's why I created that. All right. So, okay, guys, I thank you for showing up with me today. Just know that next week I will not be doing the live I will try to do it on Memorial Day. The following week is Memorial Day as well. I appreciate you coming by and asking the questions. I will see you next time. All right, guys. All right. Take care. See you on the next live, probably Memorial Day. You guys enjoy your Memorial Weekend coming up in a couple weeks. All right, take care.
