Live Q&A: Ask Me Anything (Men's Health & Performance Unfiltered)

In this Labor Day live YouTube session, Dr. Anne Truong, MD, fields real‑time questions about male sexual health, focusing on erectile dysfunction (ED) and its underlying causes. She explains why ED medications often work inconsistently (“hit‑or‑miss”) when the root physiological, hormonal, or psychological factors are not addressed, and stresses the necessity of comprehensive blood work (CBC, metabolic panel, lipid profile, fasting glucose/HbA1c, total and free testosterone, SHBG). Dr. Truong outlines lifestyle contributors—poor diet, obesity, smoking, alcohol, excessive porn use, inadequate sleep—and prescribes Mediterranean diet, regular aerobic exercise, weight management, and cessation of smoking/vaping as first‑line interventions. She details penile fibrosis (scar tissue) and Peyronie’s disease, describing penile anatomy, how disuse leads to muscle atrophy and scar formation, and recommends daily penis‑pump therapy, nitric‑oxide supplementation, and, for established fibrosis, focused shockwave therapy, stem‑cell injections, Botox, electromagnetic pulse, and far‑infrared treatments. The session also promotes her “Modern Man Club” and “TruFlow” bundles (pump, nitric‑oxide, Libido Plus) as structured programs to reverse ED within 90 days, while encouraging viewers to seek qualified urologists or her Fredericksburg clinic. Miscellaneous questions about circumcision, masturbation frequency, and massage parlors are answered briefly. Throughout, Dr. Truong emphasizes that ED is a medical condition comparable to hypertension or diabetes, urging men to obtain lab testing, adopt healthier habits, and consider holistic, root‑cause‑oriented care.

Okay, I know people are kind of slowly Coming in on board. Yeah, happy Labor Day. Okay, um, you know what, I'm gonna have to move my screen. Okay, are you from Nigeria? Awesome, boy, you're, uh, Nigeria, where else? Hello, hello, uh, De La Rosa, Ray De La Rosa, hello there. Great to see people streaming from, uh, um, from YouTube— I mean, from Facebook, from YouTube. We're also hopefully streaming on X. We're hopefully streaming on TikTok and Instagram in the future, but we are Um, not doing that today. Uh, and, uh, is streaming from California. Awesome, that is awesome. I'm gonna see if I can move my screen down here a little bit. All right, so hello, how are you guys? I'm gonna move my screen here a little bit so that way I can see you all better. All right. Okay. Awesome. Awesome. Thank you for joining me on Labor Day. We have California. We have we have Custory from Nigeria now, and we have Riz De La Rosa, D. John Price. Good morning, and we have and Riz says I'm excited to have you helping me regain my confidence today. All right, sounds good. What? Ask your questions. Ask your question in the comment. The studio chat, is that the question from Facebook, John? That's the question from the Facebook that we're getting. Okay. Oh, question from the previous live. Got it. Okay, question from the previous live. Um, okay, very good. All right, and, um, back to today's, uh, comment. So we have, um Okay, uh, uh, okay, so this is a good question by Danny Slaughter. So put your question on the comment and I will see it, guys. Um, and, uh, so we're from streaming from Facebook and YouTube and X, um, and, um, as well. So this is a good question and I get this question a lot and, um, And Danny Slaughter is asking, uh, and then is asking, if I'm taking ED meds, um, and it's a hit or miss, what's the next step? That's really awesome. In fact, I want to, uh, John, I want to put all these questions, other questions that's being asked on a Google Doc, uh, the YouTube, uh, document and Google Doc so we can Have it as a, as an inventory. Okay. All right. So let's repeat this question. If I'm taking ED meds and hit or miss, what's the next step? That's a great, great question. And so if you're a man, you have ED, most likely, you know, the first thing you're going to take is ED medications such as Viagra or Cialis, right? And most of you guys end up taking it without even knowing why you have ED, or even blood work for that matter, right? No blood work, and just say, well, you have ED, here's the med. Well, that's the last thing you want to do, right? Because you want to kind of find out why you have ED so you can fix the root cause of why you have it instead of just popping a pill at this point. And so if you are popping a pill and it's hit or miss, Remember, only 70% of men with ED respond to the medication, period. Because it's due to the— why? It's because it's due to the cause of why you have ED. So if you don't treat the cause and you just take a medication, it's like a Band-Aid. It's like a Band-Aid on a problem. And, and Uh, it doesn't address the reason why you have ED in the first place. It just put a band-aid on it. Yeah, you may have erection. Yeah, I mean, 30% doesn't respond, but the 70% that does have erection is temporary and it's gonna fade out over time. All right. So sometimes hit or miss is because you're not addressing the root cause of ED. Oftentimes root cause of ED is due to poor blood flow. Either from poor blood flow or nerve damage or hormone problem or psychological. Those are the main causes. And poor blood flow is due to high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, right? High cholesterol and obesity. Those are poor blood flow. Hormones are due to low testosterone. Nerve damage, it could be from diabetes as well, or even nerve damage from like back pain or nerve damage from spinal cord injury. All right. And then the psychological component, it's a small percentage of all ED, about 10%, is either due to trauma, depression, anxiety. Okay. Right, so you have hit or miss. All right, so you have to know that the reason why it's hit or miss because you're not addressing the root cause of your ED, and and and that and that's the reason why it's hit or miss. And that if you are taking the medication, are you taking on empty stomach? You should take it on an empty stomach. One and and also because the absorption depend on. The food that you eat. Okay. And most of the time, men have a higher testosterone level in the morning than they do at night. Sometimes taking it in the morning may be beneficial, right? And so is it hit or miss? There's likely a psychological as well as a physical component related to your ED. And it, it, it's a myth because maybe your ED is due to low testosterone. Maybe your ED is also from psychological. Maybe your ED is also due to nerve damage. Maybe you have ED for a period of time and now you start having scar tissue in your penis and it's unable to expand and engorge with blood. To have an erection. So it's most likely because there's a cause that it's not responding to the medication. Cialis or Viagra, what it does is that it increases nitric oxide in the penis, and that's what helps with the erection. But if you're not— if your nitric oxide enzyme is depleted or not working, that that's not going to work. Or if you have scar tissue in the penis and it's not allowing you to expand, the medication is not going to work. Or if you have nerve damage, not going to work. Or if you have low testosterone, then it's not, it's not going to work as well. If you have diabetes and it's causing inflammation in the muscle and the nerve, that's not gonna work. And so the short answer to your question, if you have hit or miss from the medication, is because you're not addressing all the root causes of ED. And maybe it's from your diabetes, and addressing the cause of diabetes is mainly diet, right? And exercise. Right. If you have adult onset diabetes, it is reversible with diet and exercise. This is adult onset, where you start acquiring diabetes when you're an adult and not because you don't make insulin, which is onset more when you're a child. And that's type 1. Type 2 is adult onset. And most of the time, One of the most common causes of ED, believe it or not, one of the most common causes of ED is smoking and alcohol. More lifestyle, smoking, alcohol. So you have to kind of moderate your alcohol content or stop smoking. And also porn. Watching porn affects how you— your arousal in your brain. And that will affect your erection as well. So the bottom line, Danny, is that it's hit or miss because you're just putting a bandaid with the medication. You're not addressing the root cause of why you have ED. Only 70% of men respond to the medication. The other 30% don't. And there are causes of ED, mainly poor blood flow, nerve damage, hormone, and psychological domain. group right there. And the other one is poor lifestyle, which is you smoke, you vape, you do porn, and also inadequate sleep as well too, if you're not sleeping at least 7 hours a night. So those are the other causes, the reason why You, uh, medication hit or miss for you. So my advice, uh, my, my recommendation— of course you have to— that this is only educational only, uh, and, and my, my recommendation in that scenario when you have hit or miss is number one, right? Number one, go get blood work done with your doctor. All right, if you have ED, guys, listen, you have ED, go get blood work done. Don't try and figure it out yourself. All right, you have ED, it's like having a heart attack. All right, would you Google? No. You have ED. I know this is a personal thing. I know this could be embarrassing. Uh, I know it's uncomfortable, but it— ED is a medical condition. It's no different than high blood pressure, no different than diabetes, no different than high cholesterol. Go see the doctor. Even if you see your primary care and that person is not a specialist, it's okay. Get your blood work done. Right? Get your blood work done. All right? Get your blood work done with getting a CBC or complete blood count, a chemical chemistry 14, which is looking at your kidneys, your liver, your blood sugar, fasting blood, fasting blood, and also want to get your testosterone levels checked, your total testosterone, your free testosterone, and hormone-binding globulin, SHBG, right? So you want to get that measured. So you want to get blood work, find out maybe you have diabetes, maybe you have high cholesterol, maybe you have inflammation as well. And also you have low testosterone. So you will get answers from Uh, uh, from doing the blood work. I can't tell you how many times I see patients in the office, um, for ED, and I diagnose them with having diabetes at the same time. Because you don't do blood work, you may not know what your fasting blood sugar, uh, is or your hemoglobin A1c is. Okay, so number 1, to get your blood work done, find out what— how things are. Number 2, if you're smoking, stop. You're watching porn, Stop your vaping with nicotine. Stop that as well, right? And evaluate your sleep schedule. Are you sleeping 7 hours at nighttime, right? Between 10 PM to 6 AM. And then also, also look at your weight. What is your weight? And if your weight is over a BMI of 30, then you probably need to look at Losing some of that weight by getting on the Mediterranean diet. Mediterranean diet helps with increasing better blood flow, and it also decreases inflammation. And then adding exercise, exercise such as walking 30 minutes every other day or 150 minutes a week is good for your erection, good for your heart. Doesn't have to join a gym or anything, just move. All right, so studies have shown that diet and exercise outbeat ED medication. So those are the steps you should be doing before you pop an ED pill. So you can get the Mediterranean diet, go to eatfornoed.com to Get the Mediterranean diet. And if you have ED, don't suffer in silence. Don't try to figure it out yourself. Join our Mighty Man Club. You don't want to wait until you have a heart attack and a stroke, then try to work on your ED. All right, you want to start early and you want to start when you're even taking medication. Okay, all right, so that is a great question and probably something that we should use as a clip as well. Okay, was that good? Let me know. What do you know? What do you think about the answer? All right, so let's see what else is— did I answer that question already? Oh, I did. Okay, all right, so it's, uh, um, it's not highlighted, uh, and this is great. I'm excited to have you helping me gain my confidence again. Well, Ray, thank you for being here. I appreciate that. All right. Um, and that's why we are here every Monday, uh, to answer your question. A point that I want to make is you have ED, do not suffer in silence. 50% of men over 50 have ED. All right. If you're over 50, 50% of your, your, your pals have ED. I don't care what they say. All right. Don't take a medication. You can reverse it if you start early. You start early, you can reverse it. And sometimes it's as simple as changing, uh, changing what you eat and, and, and moving a little more, and you could definitely reverse it. Don't wait until ED medication doesn't work anymore. All right, because when that happens, the damage is a lot, and that's when you go— yeah, and that's when you're gonna need, you know, a lot more, uh, uh, to work on. And if you want to get out of ED quicker with a quicker boost, uh, with using the latest technology, that's when you come to my office for, uh, treatment. However, if you start early, I believe that, um, with the Modern Man, uh, Club, uh, help, you can, um, um, you can restore your erection again. All right. Um, so let me look. Well, there's a question here about fibrosis and the fibrosis. Fibrosis means scar tissue that gets developed in the corpus cavernosum. Corpus cavernosum is The muscle of the penis. And it's the muscle of the penis. And there's a question like, fibrosis in the muscle penis, how does that happen? Right. In the— I don't have a picture of it, but here's the corpus cavernosum. All right. But in the corpus cavernosum, there are there are scar— not scar tissue, but like a chamber. It's divided into 3 chambers, right? And 3 chambers, chamber on the left side, the right side, and on the bottom. 3 chambers. And those are septum that separate the chamber. And it's wrapped around it. A wrapping called the tunica albuginea that wraps around these muscles. And the tunica albuginea, it's like a wall that when the penis muscles get engorged with blood, when it gets engorged with blood, it pushes against that wall. And that's what makes the vein compress. That's what keeps the blood. inside the penis, along with the pelvic muscles that constrict at the base. So the septum is what separates the chamber or the muscles into 3 compartments. And over time, it could get scar tissue, it could get thicker. And also, if you don't have an erection. The muscle itself will also atrophy or shrink. And then when the muscle shrinks, the muscle itself, it will also develop scar tissue. And when it develops scar tissue, it loses its muscle fiber, and the scar tissue doesn't expand as well. So scar tissue becomes harder to be engorged with blood. Okay, so scar tissue gets developed inside the muscle, but it also can develop along the septum as well because of non-use, right? If you're not getting an erection, the muscles start to shrink, and then when it starts to shrink, scar tissue starts to develop. And, um, and yet your body is also thinking, well, you know, you, you probably don't need to get an erection, so I'm, you know, I'm gonna shrink it. And then when it shrinks, the scar tissue develops. Okay, so it's kind of a double whammy, right? You have ED, you can't get erection, uh, can't get erection, the muscles start to shrink. When it starts to shrink, it starts to have more Scar tissue, and then it makes your ED worse, right? Make your ED worse. And then you start taking ED medication. It's not going to fix the scar tissue. And it's not going to fix the muscle shrinkage. Of course, that's why you don't respond to the medication, right? And then the scenario gets worse. Right. So what, um, the scenario gets worse. So the first thing you need to do when, when, when you have fibrosis is, um, one, uh, start using the penis pump. Yes. Start using the penis pump. All right, start using the penis pump. The penis pump will exercise the, uh, uh, the penis. The penis pump will, uh, bring blood to the penis. All right, the, the pump that, that we recommend is this one, uh, here. All right, it will, it will, uh, pump the blood to, uh, the penis. So you put it in here, right? It'll pump the blood to the penis, and then it will also, uh, uh, stretch the, the muscle out so that way it will thin out the, uh, scar tissue or the fibrosis. And when you bring blood into the muscle, the muscle will start building more muscles as well. And that one is to use the penis pump and to also take nitric oxide. When you take nitric oxide, that— and I recommend a nitric oxide that we have, which is made out of arugula. You can get that at You can get that at ednomore.com. Is that when you take nitric oxide, that brings in more blood flow to the penis as well. And you should be pumping. If you have scar tissue, you should be pumping 6 days a week for at least 10 minutes in the pump. And check out my other videos that I talk about how to use the penis pump. All right. Got lots of videos on But if you don't have scar tissue already, then you probably need to come and see us in the office because that's where we do shockwave therapy, where it's focused shockwave, where it is not soundwave, but it uses energy level from soundwave to deliver to the penis to break up the scar tissue. Okay. So that's how shockwave therapy will break up the scar tissue. And then we get your own stem cells from your blood and put that into the penis to regenerate, rejuvenate the muscle, as well as bring in more blood vessels to the penis. And then the Botox helps relax the muscles. So we intensively work on the penis to rejuvenate it. To help restore function again and get rid of the scar tissue with the focused shockwave. Focused shockwave is not the same thing as GAINSWave, which is a different type of shockwave machine. And we do that treatment to get rid of the scar tissue, bring in more blood flow, build more muscles in the penis. And And of course, along with doing your penis pump, taking the supplements, and as well as now we incorporating more electromagnetic pulse therapy, which is kind of like a detox and help with healing. And then we also do far infrared to stimulate more parasympathetic nerve activity in the penis, which then helps with erection. So a lot of things that we do in the office to repair and boost the function of the penis again. So your role, if you know you have ED, right? First, get blood work done. All right, and start working on your diet and your exercise routine and start using the penis pump. All right, because if scar tissue sets in, and scar tissue can set in pretty early, it can set in within— if you haven't had an erection in probably— I mean, no erection, meaning either solo, with a partner, or even no penis pump. Scar tissue can set in probably around like 6 months or so, right, with no activity down there. It will set in. I've seen lots of patients with ED that they come in and their penis has shrunk, as well as feeling the penis, a lot more scar tissue. More. It feels Very— it feels hard. It's not spongy. It doesn't feel like a muscle at all. It feels more like scar tissue inside. So, and that in itself is— it's already severe ED in that sense. Okay. So, so that is what fibrosis is, what to do about the fibrosis. You don't want fibrosis to set in. My, my, my, you know, my passion is to let men know that, uh, there are things that you can exercise the penis and you don't have to settle with, uh, shrinkage or scar tissue. But the thing is, you don't know what you don't know, right? You don't know that, you know, if you don't use your penis, you're gonna have muscle shrinkage and fibrosis, uh, or scar tissue development. Well, I'm telling you that now. Those of you that are on this live, YouTube and on Facebook, you know, and X, I'm telling you that now so that way you're aware. Because once you know, you know, right? Once you know, you know, you know what you need to do. All right. So I hope that was helpful. You guys are asking great, wonderful questions. Uh, here. Um, uh, yeah. And so, um, so if you have the scar tissue all the way from the pubic bone, uh, to the end, that's most likely from severe inflammation or trauma to, uh, the penis, meaning trauma like bending, uh, uh, in the past, uh, in the penis, if you have that much scar tissue. All right. Um, Very good. Of course, you have to get examined. Go and get examined and go see an ED specialist doctor about this. Okay? Don't try to treat it yourself. I know it's a personal thing. I know it's uncomfortable, but sometimes you got to treat it as if you have high cholesterol or diabetes. ED is the same thing. All right? Embarrassing about it, and doctors are used to talking about sensitive subjects. Okay, so BTKS asked this question. BTKS1325 said, for a 26-year-old healthy man who does not have any issues, is it okay to use the penis pump 2 to 3 times a week? Absolutely. It's like asking, is it okay if I'm not overweight? I don't have any problem. I go to gym. Uh, I go to gym and be healthy. It's the same thing. All right. You can use the penis pump even when you don't have issues at all. You can use the penis pump, uh, um, uh, uh, when you, uh, have good erection. In fact, when you use the penis pump, For when you don't have ED, it actually will help optimize the penis, meaning it may even increase your size by 1 inch in length and girth. It may even increase your size, but it keeps the penis healthy. It keeps it responsive to have erection, easier to get erection. It keeps you, uh, good blood flow in the area, prevent, uh, scar tissue, uh, development. And in fact, if you combine it with, uh, when you're doing solo, you don't have to use so much, uh, uh, you don't have to spend so much time on, uh, your hand. Just use the penis pump and get it there. And then, you know, you can do the rest, uh, solo. If, say, you're a 26-year-old man, you don't have a partner, right? You can use the penis pump as an exercise for your erection. You don't have a partner, right? Or you can use it to assist with solo. But yes, absolutely. It's like, it's like if you're healthy, you want to go to the gym. Yeah, nope, nothing wrong with that. If you're healthy, you don't have any issue, you want to use the penis pump. Nothing wrong with that. In fact, the benefits, it could be bigger, it's easier to get erection, and it prevents shrinkage, right? Because it is a muscle. You don't use it, you will lose it. All right. So it was a study that came out that looked at quality of life measure and living longer. Uh-huh. the group that have sexual activity once a week, more than once a week, like twice or 3 times a week, are happier, live longer, and have less cancer. Right. So, but sexual activity doesn't have to be with a person. It can be, you know, with the penis pump and solo. All right. So that's the point that I want to stress. It's okay to use when you don't have any issues, guys. In fact, you have more benefit from it as well. And you can use it 2, 3 times a week. That's all you need to do. For men with ED, then you want to use it every day, at least 6 days a week. Okay? 6 days a week for at least 6 weeks. So, BTKS, that's a good question. I believe that every man over 18 should use the penis pump for For maintenance. Okay, think of it as maintenance. Think of it as going to the gym, right? You go to the gym to feel healthy, be healthy, and move better, and be in good health. Well, same thing. You want to have good penis health for your penis. All right. All right. Great question, by the way. And if you need assistance with how to incorporate penis pump, I advise you to, you know, I advise you to go to ED No More store, get the penis pump. Right. Get the penis pump, get the Get Hard, get the Get Hard package where you get the nitric oxide. which, uh, you take 2 pills of the nitric oxide about, uh, half an hour before you pump, an hour, half an hour before you pump. And then you take the Libido Plus every day, which increases, um, your ability to make testosterone. All right. You, you have to get hard packet. You get the Get Hard Bundle and the Get Hard Bundle will, uh, um, will kind of be your essential. You can also get the Kegel machine, Which then will strengthen the muscle down here, which are your pelvic muscles. And the pelvic muscles help, it wraps around the base of the penis and it helps keep the blood in the penis to keep it firm. Okay? So I think that's called the very hard bundle. as well. So go to ednomore.com to check it out. Okay. Your question is, is a massage parlor a good thing? I don't know what you mean by that. If I think I know what you mean by that, I have no comment on that. Okay. I have no comment on that at this point. So All right. Oh my goodness. So there's a comment here. The urologists in my area are terrible. They don't give any of the great info you give. How do I find one where I live? Well, you know, that's the challenge. That's a challenge because not all urologists are the same and not everyone thinks Similar to where I'm at, because, you know, it's all based upon bias and preferences. And, and, you know, sometimes it's easier to give a medication than it is to talk to someone. But, you know, if you're looking for a way to get out of ED, join the Demanda Man Club. way to access with me, along with my nutrition coach and my exercise coach and my mindset coach, to give you a roadmap to get out of ED. And start with that first. Oftentimes you can do it yourself even. And I see patients all over the world in my office in Fredericksburg, Virginia. And you can come and see me in Fredericksburg, Virginia, for, uh, treatment as well. But start with joining the Modern Man Club at noedman.com and, uh, see what you can do with the 90 days. Give yourself 90 days in the Modern Man Club and, uh, see what you can do. Because guys, you know, um, um, ED is a complex problem. Don't try to figure it out yourself. It's very complex. There's multiple causes of that. And oftentimes if you narrow it down, you can really get improvement within 90 days. All right. So check out the Modern Man Club first. And I see patients all over the world in my office in Fredericksburg. But you're absolutely right. The urologists are different. Thinking is different. It's like doctors approach a condition differently depending on their training, depending upon their biases, how comfortable they are with sexual health, and how holistic their approach is as well. Not everybody is holistic as me. I am more holistic than most doctors, even though I'm an allopathic doctor. I'm an MD, medical doctor, and I'm trained on surgery and medication and approaching problem as a disease. But when I start learning acupuncture and I started learning how the body heals, I tend to sway towards more of natural healing and root cause healing because of what I've learned in acupuncture. But other doctors are different than me because, you know, their approach may be— More less holistic, less natural. So it's all about our biases, our preferences, and our training. Okay? And so I appreciate that that share. Their casa massive. And so follow-up question by B T K S: How much masturbation is perfectly healthy in a week? I would say, you know, the par, right? 2 to 3 times a week is par. Okay? 2 or 3 times a week. It's probably a number, maybe 2, maybe 1 is even okay. Just essentially just get the muscles going, get the blood flow going, get the plumbing going in the penis. All right? So it doesn't— No firm number, but I would say probably 2, 3 times a week is a healthy number for solo. All right. All right. So there's a question here. It says, why do I have a curved penis when I have an erection? Curved penis is a condition called Peyronie's disease. P-E-Y-R-O-N-I-E. I.e., apostrophe S, Peyronie's disease. And Peyronie's disease is usually due to, um, uh, it's called that— Peyronie's means bending of the penis. And most of the time is caused by trauma, uh, meaning, um, bending of the penis from trauma, from either you don't doing it slowly, uh, do solo Where you bend the penis too fast and it starts to get injured, or a partner on top and it bends. So anytime a muscle is injured, let's say the penis is bent, it's injured, the body will come and try to heal that injury. And in the process, of healing that injury, it deposits scar tissue in that area. And the scar tissue, supposedly in the beginning to help you heal, but then the scar tissue becomes hard and inflexible. And if the scar tissue is deposited on the side of the penis here, on the right side, then the bending will go towards more the right side. And scar tissue usually develops from trauma, but it also develops also from inflammation too. And inflammation from diabetes, inflammation from mainly diabetes, but also inflammation from high cholesterol. diabetes and high blood pressure. And if you do have those conditions and you have trauma, then you're more likely to develop scar tissue, which resulting in bending of the penis. So most of the time, but the bending sometimes happen, you don't even notice it at all. You know, when you're going on the internet, you become prey to a different online platform, which then, you know, advocate that you take ED medication. And once you go down ED medication, it's a black hole. Right. It offers benefit, but it also gonna— you're gonna end up paying for it in the long run. Okay. Is there any more questions that we have right now? At this point, we have— we're now getting questions from the Facebook group, which is awesome. I'm really glad. about that. Um, so our office is located in, um, Fredericksburg, Virginia, which is, um, An hour south of Washington, D.C., just on the Virginia, uh, side. Um, so I'm on the East Coast. Yeah, we're on the East Coast, um, at this point. And, um, I think that is it, uh, for now. Um, so guys, you know, just know that ED is very common. You are not alone when you have ED. 50% of men over 50 have ED. 60% of men over 60 have ED. And oftentimes ED is as simple as, like, you know, you're probably drinking too much that night. You're probably, you're probably not sleeping enough. And maybe you suffer from just low testosterone. Those are all reversible. And oftentimes ED is reversible due to The lifestyle that you have. Maybe you're smoking, maybe you're doing porn, maybe you're vaping, maybe you're eating junk on the road a lot. And if you're starting to notice, you have a gut, you're starting to notice you have man boobs, then it's probably time to get blood work. Right. time to get blood work because the blood work will tell you a lot of stuff. Will tell you you have diabetes. Blood work will tell you you have high cholesterol. Blood work will tell you you have heart risk and will tell you whether you're anemic, your kidney function, your liver function. You can also measure your testosterone level. And oftentimes you don't have insurance, blood work, you can also Self-pay for blood work. And most of these labs offer that. And it ranges from a few hundred dollars to as much as— but it's your health and you need to find out what that is, right? You need to invest in your health. It's like your car. You don't take care of your car, your car's not going to take care of you, right? You don't take care of your car, it's going to break down. Right? Your car, you take it to get oil change, brakes, and maintenance. Why don't you do that for your body as well? You should take care of your body as well as you take care of your car. Take care of yourself as well as you take care of your pet, right? And you're a guy, you should get blood work at least once a year. Once a year, right? Get your blood pressure checked, right? And stay on top of your health. Because your cholesterol and your blood sugar can change rapidly, as quick as 6 weeks. 6 weeks. It can go from diabetes range to non-diabetes range within 6 weeks. So the key is really, at this point for men, is really diet and exercise. Okay. All right. Mediterranean diet. Check out the Mediterranean diet at eatfornoed.com. I wanna answer a quick question. It says, can an uncircumcised penis make it harder to get an erection? No. Whether you're circumcised or uncircumcised, it does not contribute to— it does not affect whether you get an erection or not. Uncircumcised means that you just have more foreskin than a circumcised male, but it doesn't affect getting an erection or not at this point, and it doesn't affect how you pump either. All right? And so if you are uncircumcised, you need to make sure that you clean Uh, um, you know, the, the, the foreskin, um, every day, you know, when, when you take a shower, then make sure you keep your foreskin, uh, clean. But it does not affect, um, your erection at all. Okay. A lot of men are uncircumcised. Uh, uncircumcised. And that's a good question. I don't know how many percentage of men are circumcised or uncircumcised. I assume probably more uncircumcised. And circumcised, um, at this point. But it does— should not affect your erection. It's a good question, uh, by the way. I appreciate that, uh, Um, all right, very good. So thank you for joining me on this live. I appreciate your question. I go live every Monday at, uh, noon. And if I didn't answer your question, uh, today I'll try to answer it next time as well. Okay. All right. We'll see you next week. Take care. Bye.
