Live Q&A: Ask Me Anything (Men's Health & Performance Unfiltered)

In this live YouTube Q&A, Dr. Anne Truong (MD, PhD) answers a wide range of audience questions about male and female sexual health, erectile dysfunction (ED), prostate health, hormone therapy, lifestyle factors, and related products. She introduces the "Good Morning Wood" smoothie, explains how a Mediterranean diet, regular exercise, and specific supplements (e.g., arugula‑derived nitric oxide) can improve blood flow and reduce ED. Dr. Truong discusses proper masturbation technique, the risks of excessive pressure, and the importance of regular erections to prevent penile atrophy, recommending penis pumps and occasional use of a prostate massager. She clarifies the distinction between an "ED specialist" and a urologist, outlines treatment options for enlarged prostate (including TURP, prostate massagers, and hormonal considerations), and addresses female sexual health changes after menopause, emphasizing hormone replacement and topical estrogen. Throughout, she promotes her courses (Get Hard System, Modern Man Club) and her online store (ednomore.com) for related products, while providing contact information for further assistance.

Okay, you can go to, uh, Good Morning Wood Smoothie. So if you're here live, um, you can get the recipe, uh, right here, goodmorningwoodsmoothie.com. Or you can scan this QR code right here for the recipe for Good Morning Wood. Now, Good Morning Wood smoothie has all natural ingredients of fruits and vegetables that will help with more blood flow and will help with getting our morning wood. It takes— if you drink the smoothie twice a day, one in the morning and as an afternoon snack. It takes about 6 weeks, but what it does is that it's an antioxidant, so it helps get rid of all the toxic stuff in your body and then helps with repairing the blood vessel lining so it can have more, better blood flow. Um, so we're, we're seeing men with ED for 10 years start doing the Good Morning Wood smoothie and are starting to see good morning wood again within about 6 weeks of daily use, twice a day use, um, at this point. Okay, so, um, I'm gonna have to do a live video on that actually, um, um, with, uh, with a blender. How would you like that? You'd like me to do a little video with a blender and how to make it? Okay. Um, and so, uh, so get the Good Morning Wood Smoothie. Go to goodmorningwoodsmoothie.com or scan this QR code, uh, here. Uh, and we've seen remarkable improvement when men use this. All right, I, I kid you not. Uh, I kid you not. I've seen men with 10 years of ED, uh, start to do this because it's also part of the Mediterranean diet. Uh, Mediterranean diet is the diet that is recommended by American Heart Association, American Diabetic Association, uh, for, um, lowering your blood sugar and improving your heart. So if you can lower your blood sugar and improve your heart, you're definitely gonna improve your, uh, ED. Now, ED is usually a consequence of medical problem, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes. So ED is usually in itself, it's not just a primary thing. You still have ED because you have ED. You have ED because of a cause. You don't have ED without a cause. And the most common causes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. And then the other things are lifestyle factors, alcohol, excessive alcohol, more than 14 drinks a week, smoking, and excessive porn. All right. So, well, sometimes there's debate on the quality of porn versus the the psychological impact of porn. I think the latter, the psychological dependency on porn, probably more severe in affecting your erection than the quantity of porn as well. So there's a study that looked at 5,000 men and they looked at watching porn while masturbating, whether that's bad or not. And actually, that is not associated with ED or bad. However, if you, when you masturbate, you put in excessive pressure, excessive bending of the penis that you traumatize the penis, or if you masturbate in a prone position, lying on your stomach and masturbating and putting a lot of pressure on the penis, or you masturbate through your clothes. How do you know if you traumatize the penis? When you start seeing black and blue on your penis, you start to see swelling in your foreskin and on your penis or on the tip of your penis, and you start to see bruising. Bruise, actual bruises on your penis. That's trauma. You don't want to masturbate to that much pressure, to that point. You want to masturbate to a pressure that is almost like having penetration pressure. You don't want to masturbate to that point. The good news is that masturbation with porn is not a bad thing. It doesn't contribute to more ED. However, excessive pressure, excessive bending, or essentially it may contribute to trauma to the penis muscle itself. And so that is probably a contributor. So I don't want people to say, well, you know, general overuse porn is bad. It's just when you are dependency on porn to function every day, or that porn— when porn is affecting how you're able to get an erection. Okay, so it's a little bit more complex than just yes, no. It's really how porn affects your mind up here. Okay. All right. So Shane, Cheng is from USA, Sacramento. Okay, good, good. I know exactly where that is. I went to college at UC Berkeley, graduated from Berkeley, so I know exactly where that is. I go to— I have my education at the UC system. So hello there. And it's a question. Cool. Yeah, I also did my internal medicine training at UC Irvine as well too. And I'm only here in Virginia because my husband's family is up here in Virginia. Okay. All right. Okay, so Libo. Gangra DB. I always am very amazed at different names here. Okay, so Libo, I've been abstaining for 3 years going on 4. Is there any health or long-term consequences to go that long without sex? That's a great question, Libo. That is a really good question. What's the reason why you're abstaining? Are you abstaining also from masturbation? So the reason why I'm asking that question is if you are not having sexual activity, you just be aware that the penis atrophy if you don't use it, meaning the penis muscle can shrink. And it can start having scar tissue that is in the penis muscle if you don't have an erection. So when you have an erection, it's bringing more blood flow to the penis. It expands the penis muscle and keeps it healthy. So if you're abstaining, then maybe you should masturbate. You should masturbate too. Continue the blood flow to the penis to keep it with oxygen, to keep the muscle flexible, to keep the penis having the sensation what it's like to have an erection. So it's kind of like your muscle, your biceps muscle here. If you don't bend your elbow to exercise it, it starts to atrophy, right, start to shrink. And then when a muscle starts to shrink, the muscle fibers get filled up with scar tissue. And then over time, it's harder for that muscle to expand, right? So then when it does expand, it gets stiff. It gets stiff and it's hard for it to expand. So You know, you should, you know, I would recommend masturbation at least once or twice a week, not with a lot of excessive pressure. I mentioned before, just enough pressure that will feel like penetration. I would say enough pressure that you don't see any bruising on the penis, you don't see any swelling on the penis. And so that's the only thing that I can see. If you're not having an erection, just be careful. It may be have some atrophy. That's all. Other than that, it's the only thing that I would think of. However, you don't need to kind of masturbate with using your hand. You can actually just exercise it with just the penis pump. I don't know why I didn't think about talking about the penis pump before. You can just use the penis pump, put your penis in the cylinder, pump it up, and then it will bring blood flow to the penis. It will help the penis muscle expand. And if you do that about 2 times a week, you should be okay. All right? So no need for masturbation using your hand. Just use the penis pump and keep the penis erect in the cylinder for about 10 minutes. Don't go more than 10 millimeters of pressure, then you should be okay. Maybe twice a week, once a week, but at least have some kind of erection once a week. Now, do you need to ejaculate? Well, Probably ejaculation is probably not a bad thing because your prostate— I don't know how old you are, but your prostate still makes semen, right? The testicle makes sperm and then it gets moved to the prostate and that's where semen is stored. So you still make semen. You do not— you don't stop making semen. So the prostate stores the semen, and then I guess your body absorbs it. But studies have shown that men that have sexual activity 3 times a week have less chances of prostate cancer. So what I'm trying to say is that if you're going to do— if you're abstaining and if you're going to use the penis pump, may not be a bad idea to also get rid of that semen as well through ejaculation, just to kind of clear the pipes, kind of get the semen moving along and not clamp down on the prostate because the prostate probably going to get swollen and clamp down if you don't get rid of it. So, once a week, probably, as well, too. I call it cleaning the pipe. Keep the pipe going. Keep the pipe going maybe once a week. Because you know what? Your body, you know, our body is geared towards procreation, right? Because our body is made to be able to have sexual activity to carry the humankind or the DNA over the years. So Believe it or not, that's kind of like the primordial, the primitive way that our body is made to carry the human genes. And so the way that your body is made is to continue to always feed the reproductive system to keep it going, and that if you're not keeping it going, it may get blocked up. So what I'm trying to get at is that, um, clear the pipe, uh, and, uh, use a penis pump to get, uh, an erection, um, like once a week, uh, or so, um, or maybe, uh, probably at this time. Okay, uh, I hope that answers your question, uh, Libo. That's a good question, uh, that is a very, very, uh, good question. Yeah, um, okay, uh, what, was that good enough? I hope you're still here, uh, Libo. Um, so, so there is, um, like, if you don't do what, what I mentioned with using a penis pump and clearing the pipe, if you don't do it, there may be a slight chance of putting yourself at risk for more, for maybe enlarged prostate, or— and then I know there's a chance you're going to have atrophy if there's no erection. And then scar tissue development. So I guess the long-term risk is that may put yourself for a harder chance to get an erection later on. Okay. All right. That's a good question. Thank you for asking that question. Okay. So let's see what the next question. Okay, it's a good question here. Is there a difference between ED specialist and a urologist? There is. There is no specialty that specify ED specialist, but an ED specialist could come from multiple specialty. I'm a physical medicine and rehab board-certified physician, so I come from a pain management. I come from a pain management orthopedic Anne Truong MD, MD, PhD. Medicine perspective, but my training involved comprehensive treatment and evaluation of the whole body, evaluating the nerve and the muscle and the whole complete body and hormones as a complete unit for treatment for pain, but for rehabilitation and for function. With that mindset, with that mindset, I look at the whole— everything that I treat holistically and comprehensively. And in order to be an ED specialist, you have to do extra training yourself, extra courses yourself in hormones, in sexual health. So what that means is that we go to get specialized training in courses for that. And yeah, and we get specialized training in that. And that is really what the ED specialist is. Compare urologist, urologist are specialist in urology, which is the bladder, involving the bladder, the ureter, and also obviously male and female sexual organs. So there's an overlap between urology and OB-GYN for women, right? And there's also overlap with the kidney specialist with the urologist. But not every urologist or sexual health specialist. Some urologists just do medical management. Some are sexual health specialists. Some prefer not to because sexual health specialists really do need to have a background in hormone replacement therapy, as well as a holistic understanding of sexual health. However, urologists are the leading researchers in ED because they're the ones dealing with that sexual organ. And in fact, they're the ones that I've learned from, from going to courses. Some of my mentors are urologists as well that are specialists specialized in sexual health. But however, a sexual health specialist could also be your family medicine doctor. They can be an internist, your primary care doctor. They can be an OB-GYN. They can be somebody like myself, physical medicine and rehab or a pain specialist. So it can be different specialists as well. I know an emergency medicine doctor who's also sexual health. I know a surgeon who's also a sexual health doctor as well. So that is a very good question. I guess if the doctor labeled themselves as an ED specialist, then it probably means that they focus on ED. And urologists are doctors that you go see for kidneys and for prostate problems. Things along the penis, along with the female. They also treat female as well too. And, and they're— they do medical treatment, but they also do surgery as well too. So they do the prostate surgery. They also do complex surgery to the penis, such as penile implant and and other surgery as well too. All right. But however, most of what my knowledge I've learned about ED come from urologist and come from endocrinologist for hormone replacement therapy as well. So it just depends on who you see. That's a great question, Keith. Okay, let's see what else. Okay, this is a good one. This is to lead into that last question. Leading to that last question, let me— I have an enlarged prostate. So up here on my left here is a QR code to get the recipe for Good Morning Wood Smoothie. Good Morning Wood Smoothie, will help with more blood flow. And if you use it consistently, in 6 weeks will probably help you get morning wood. Okay. All right. Let's get to Kevin MC1NO. I have an enlarged prostate with a volume of 212 grams. Now, normal prostate volume is 30 grams. I've had a TURP which helped. TURP is called transurethral resection of the prostate, which helped. Now Viagra is not helping much lately. Okay, all right. So I just actually did a video, Kevin, um, I just recorded a video today, it'll be released tomorrow, on, uh, how pill does not help, um, how pill does not help, uh, your ED. In fact, it's just a Band-Aid, and oftentimes Pill does not help, especially men with TURP, men that had enlarged prostate with TURP at this point because there's a reason why you have enlarged prostate. Some of it is genetic, but prostate gets inflamed. It gets enlarged because it's inflamed. And what's causing it for inflammation? Could it be from your diet? Could it be from high cholesterol? Could it be from low or too much testosterone? Either low testosterone, too much testosterone can irritate the prostate as well too. And so the prostate is very intimate. Let me see if I can get my— let me get my model for the penis. Okay, here we go. Here's a model for the penis. So this is the bladder. This is the prostate. It sits behind the pubic bone. Just imagine your body cut in half. This is the seminal vesicle where semen is stored. All right, so the prostate should be the size of a walnut or 30 grams. So you're, um, you're 6 times larger than what normal size is. So when the prostate is enlarged, when the prostate is enlarged here, um, it presses on your urethra where you go pee. Where you urinate, right? Here's the urethra and it goes through the penis and where you urinate, right? So when it's like 200 grams, it's heavy, it presses on the urethra. It also presses on the bladder as well too. That's why you have urgency. And that's why sometimes you have incomplete emptying of the urine, right? That's why you require TURP. TURP, they go through your penis, and they just shave off the prostate area that is compressing your urethra. So, uh, but when it's enlarged, the nerves that go to the penis here sits on top of the prostate here. The pudendal nerve, the nerve that goes to the penis, sits on top of the prostate. So when the prostate is enlarged, that nerve gets compressed Right, like pressure, get compressed. So that indirectly affect ED, right? Affect the penis and affect ED. So the nerve that sits on top right here that goes to the penis gets affected, right? And that That's why enlarged prostate indirectly can affect erection. Now that you had a TURP, the TURP just fixes this here, but it doesn't fix the whole enlargement of the prostate. There's probably some nerve compression there, and I don't know whether you have high cholesterol high blood pressure, or maybe you smoke, or you may even have diabetes. All that contribute to ED as well. If you have that, then you need to start the Mediterranean diet and exercise 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. To get your blood pressure under control, your cholesterol under control, and your diabetes. Men with diabetes are 5 to 7 times more likely to get ED without even an enlarged prostate. That's the reason why Viagra is not helping because Viagra does not affect the nerve. Viagra, all it does is just help you increase nitric oxide in the penis muscle. That's how it helps with, with an erection. But if you have an enlarged prostate, it's the nerve that's affected. And so when the nerve is affected, then you need to work on decreasing the size of this prostate, right? So there's one way you can decrease the size of this prostate is to use a prostate massager, right? You can go to our store and get a prostate massager. You go to our store at, I think it's ednomore, ednomore.com. Our store is where you can get the prostate massager, but I also have a prostate probe. I also have a prostate probe as well too that can also— let me see if I can pull it up— that will help decreasing the size of the prostate. Okay, where is that? Do we sell that? I don't see it here. Where is it? The prostate probe. Huh, that is interesting. I do not see that here. I do not see the prostate— I do not see the prostate probe on here. Okay, but what it is, I did that in one of my video. That I did that in one of my video where you can— I talked about there's a vibrator that goes up and you put that through the rectum and goes up to here and it vibrates and gives infrared heat to the prostate to help bring in more blood flow to decrease the size of the prostate. For the person that asked me on the prostate right here, Kevin, is that the reason why you have ED is because the nerve is getting compressed and that sits on top of the prostate. You need to decrease the size of the prostate. Even though you have the TURP, that's just relieving your symptoms of urination, but it doesn't decrease the whole entire size of the prostate. The prostate needs to have to be smaller. I mean, prostate normal size is 30 grams. You're 200. You're 6 times more than— and it's pushing up on the bladder. It's pushing up on the nerve up here. So I would recommend— so email our office, please. Email our office at admin@com. Kevin right here for to get that prostate machine that you can do at home. And I actually will give you a video. I would do a video to show you how to do it, how to insert that in. And you do that daily for about 6 weeks. You will see an improvement in the size of your prostate. The first thing you're going to see your urination will also improve as well too. So you need to decrease the size of the prostate. And I assume it's not prostate cancer, right? And you need to decrease the size of the prostate in order for that way it doesn't affect your ED. And then also, also, what was I gonna say? Start the Mediterranean diet and also start exercising because factors that irritate your prostate are high sugar and high cholesterol and high blood pressure. But all those factors are also factors that contribute to ED as well too, right? And also get your hormones checked. Low testosterone and high testosterone will irritate your prostate, will make the prostate higher. And then also get your DHT level, dihydrotestosterone levels checked. You don't want that level to be high. When that level is high, that's going to irritate the prostate, make it higher as well. Especially it becomes high with men on testosterone replacement therapy, you don't get frequent blood work. So when you don't get frequent blood work, that level gets converted from testosterone and it may be high without you knowing about it. And then your prostate gets enlarged and you'll be in more trouble than you want to be. So, Kevin, I hope that was helpful. That was a great question. That was a great question. And I hope I answered your question directly. So treat the prostate, treat the prostate with the prostate massager. And then once you treat the prostate, you will then see— once you treat the prostate, you would then notice improvement in your symptoms and probably your erection. I would advise you also to do a penis pump as well. When you do a penis pump, you're also exercising your penis. Bringing more blood flow to the penis until the prostate size decreases, and then rehabbing the penis with the pump. I hope your urologist told you to use the penis pump after the TURP, or whether you have a pump or not, you can also get it at our store at ednomore.com as well too. Let me, um, you can get, you can get it at our store at ednomore.com. Here we go. Here is, um, okay, so this is a penis pump I recommend. It's an electric penis pump. Um, or you can get the manual, uh, penis pump. Um, manual penis pump that people like. Some people like, um, electric. Depends on your preference. Um, and, uh, I also recommend you take nitric oxide. Um, this nitric oxide here, um, you do this, uh, 30 minutes before you pump, and what it does, it helps you, um, it helps you get, it helps you get, um, more blood flow to the penis before you pump. This nitric oxide is like unlike any other nitric oxide because it's made from arugula. It's made from arugula directly, so that means that when you take this, um, you, uh, it gives you nitric oxide directly instead of if you're going to take L-arginine, L-citrulline, your body still has to convert it to nitric oxide. So it's kind of like, it's kind of like a bicep, it bypass the step that your body have to make the nitric oxide. When you take this nitric oxide, you get nitric oxide in your body right away. But if you take other supplement that has L-citrulline, L-arginine, When you take it, your body still has to convert it to nitric oxide through an enzyme. And however, sometimes that enzyme, after the age of 40, doesn't work. 50% of people after the age of 40 do not have that nitric oxide enzyme working. So you could just be wasting your time and wasting your money by taking L-citrulline, L-arginine, and the enzyme in your body is not converting it to nitric oxide. You see what I'm saying? So you're just going to have a very expensive urine because your body will just pee it out anyway, versus the nitric oxide that we have. When you take it, it gives you nitric oxide. Your body don't have to do anything to convert it. I suggest you take 2 before you pump. You can take up to 4 a day. However, however, don't take it more than 4 because it does lower your blood pressure somewhat as well too. So I wanted to show you the ingredients that we have here. And I thought that we also have the prostate machine here too. But I don't know why we took it off, but we will have it back on again. And just email my office, kevin@admin@truongrehab.com, and we'll send you that machine. Okay? So I hope that was helpful for you. So this is the email here. All right, very good. Let's get back to the question. Let me know if you're good with that answer, Kevin. Okay, see what the next question is. Wow, you guys are just having great questions today, right? Uh, let's see what the next question is. Um, Patrick, Patrick says, I have to see a dermatologist in a few months. Can she warn me before she exposes my downtown? Definitely, you should tell her to warn you. Now, most, most doctors, uh, we're so used to, um, We're so used to examining people that honestly, when we look at you, you know, it's like examining your heart and your hands. Even if we examine your penis, we don't think of it as like that. We think of it like, you know, it's just an anatomy part, like your hand or your elbow, you know. So she's looking to see if you have any moles or skin cancer. That's all. But if you're concerned about that, you just have to tell her that, can you warn me first before you look downtown? But I can tell you, I'm a sexual health specialist, and I look at male and female sexual parts all day long. And to me, it's like looking at the hands or looking at the knees. It's just a body part that we're looking at and examining. Okay. All right. Okay. This is a good question. This is a good question here by Mabdu Basit. Okay. Mab, how about if I call you Mab? Okay. Um, uh, I've had— I call you— okay, this is another related question. Uh, Cynical Bastard said that the prostate massager hurt. Um, it's, uh, uh, a different feeling, pressure, right? It's a pressure-like feeling. Um, and so initially it may be, uh, uncomfortable, but if you do good lubrication— let me show you the massager, what the prostate massager looks like here. It looks like— I don't know why we don't have a prostate massager. Oh, here it is. Here. Here's the prostate massager. This is not the one I was talking about, Kevin. This is a different one. But the prostate massager, you will put this in your rectum and it vibrates and massages. And the tip here is what vibrates against the prostate. Okay? Here. So it's pressure. It's a different feeling. Not so much pain, but definitely pressure feeling. Okay, so not so much pain. Pain is all relative, right? So initially it may be uncomfortable, but then subsequent one, not as much. And you just lubricate it. I have something in my eye. You just lubricate it really well with lube. And if you buy the massage gun we have, we'll send you a lube as well. We send you the lubricant. It's a water-based lube. You want to use a water-based lube. Okay. All right. Very good. Drink some water. Let's have this question by Matthew. Ma'am, why don't women want to have sex after the age of 50 years? My woman also complained that having sex she feels pain as she has wound. Please explain the reason. That's a good question, ma'am. So women have ED like men, but it shows in very different ways. Okay, um, it shows in, um, it shows in different ways. Um, we don't have a penis, so there's no, there's no erection, you may say, a woman penis is the clitoris, right? The clitoris, it's her penis. It's a miniature penis. And, um, um, so for women, even after the age— and even in the 40s, mid-40s, uh, they start to undergo perimenopause or the beginning of menopause, right? So what happened with perimenopause, and even in women after 50, like your woman, um, uh, is that, um, hormone changes in her the same way hormone changes in you. So in women, we— they have 3 hormones to deal with: estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone. And it's balancing, balancing of those 3 hormones. Believe it or not, the testosterone hormone is the most in her, followed by estrogen and then progesterone. All right. So men have 100 times more testosterone than women. Right. But women have 100 times more estrogen than men. And so that's what give, that's what give women and men the sexual characteristics. All right. And so when women after 50, their hormone, the first thing that drops is their testosterone. And then the second thing that dropped, the testosterone, well, it's responsible for her libido, her libido and her sexual arousal, right? And the second one that dropped is progesterone. So that affects her mood and her sleep. The third one that dropped is her estrogen, which is involved with blood flow. So what I'm trying to say is that for your woman after 50, her hormone drop. So when her hormone drop, it affects the lubrication down there. So, and to affect the lubrication down around the opening of her vagina and also the lubrication around her clitoris. So it doesn't lubricate as well. And for a woman vagina, if it doesn't lubricate well, it's not moisture, deteriorize, the opening of the vagina actually becomes sensitive and sometimes will even tear. So sometimes it will tear like at 6 o'clock, right? So the opening, because it's not lubricated, it feels raw. It feels like sandpaper for her when she has sexual activity, especially during penetration. It feels like sandpaper. It feels raw. And sometimes it may even bleed around the opening of the vagina with penetration. So knowing that, for women, women need longer foreplay. They need longer foreplay. They still need blood flow down there, right? They still need blood flow down there to increase arousal, to increase the nerve in order for her to get aroused and get an orgasm, but she only needs 4 times more blood flow versus a man, he needs 40 times, 4-0, more blood flow down in the penis to get an erection. But women still need blood flow too. So what the blood flow does is that it brings in more sensation, but it also will help with the lubrication as well. So, Women need more time for foreplay for more blood flow, even probably around 15 minutes or so, okay? Some women are even longer. And when she's in menopause, all her hormone drops, so that's why she's not in the mood most of the time. And sometimes when her hormone drop, her vagina changes. It sags a little bit more. Her bladder sometimes will be irritated. Sometimes she'll have urinary tract infection or UTI. And the tissue, the vagina tissue is not as moist, it's not as flexible. So intercourse becomes more uncomfortable. But that can be easily corrected. Mab can be easily corrected. With topical estrogen. So she can get some estrogen or estradiol from her doctor. It can even be a primary care doctor or her gynecologist. Estradiol. She can get estradiol cream and she can just put around her vagina, especially on the opening of her vagina and also around her lips area. That will help with the lubrication and that will help with healing of the vagina. It will help her tolerate intercourse. All right. But she also need to be on hormone replacement therapy. She needs to get her estrogen, she needs to get her testosterone, she needs to get her progesterone. So, uh, she can see a hormone specialist doctor, uh, she can see her gynecologist. However, not all gynecologists know how to do hormones as well, or not as welcoming to hormone replacement therapy. However, that's changing. But again, that depends on the doctor and willingness and comfort level to do hormone replacement therapy. Urologists do hormone replacement therapy as well, too. Or you can just go to a hormone specialist doctor as well. But she's going to need some topical estrogen down there to lubricate. She needs to put it around her vaginal opening to lubricate. So that way she doesn't hurt. And literally within like a week, it will be changed. It'll be changed significantly within a week, and that intercourse will be a lot more comfortable for her. Okay. It actually can be easily corrected. And for women, for them to be able to enjoy intercourse and have orgasm. Again, it's really about hormones, but also have a gynecologist look down there as well to see if there's any other thing going on, any other medical condition going on down there. There's some cases she may have lichen sclerosis. She, she, if she does have a uterus, make sure she gets a Pap smear every year or every 3 to 5 years depending on her risk factors as well. And so the main thing is go see a doctor, ask for some topical estrogen. But there's also some over-the-counter lube as well too that she can use. There is one that is— there's one that is in our store that is called Bliss Right here, it's called Bliss, uh, and it lubricates well. Uh, there you go. It's called Bliss Oil. Um, it's for men and women. Uh, it is, uh, cannabis-infused, uh, oil, and it actually lubricates very well in the vaginal opening. And she should also put this on the, um, on her clitoris, uh, as well too. Okay, uh, but I recommend this Bliss Oil, and you, uh, can get this at, um, ednomore.com. Uh, you can go there to our store, and, um, I think it's ED No More. Uh, try it out, let me know. Is, uh, if that is the case. Um, yeah, I think it's ednomore.com is the, the store. Okay. Um, just the— for, for that Bliss, uh, oil right there. Okay. Um, but if you get that Bliss oil, um, it will help her lubricate that, uh, quite a bit. Okay. I hope that helped, but let her know it can be correctable. It can be treated. She doesn't have to live with it. And in fact, for her, it can be easily treated within a week at this point, unlike ED. So for women, for women, it is particularly simple to reverse. It's just getting the word out there. So thank you for asking that question. Okay. Thank you for asking that question and for me to answer that because it may help more people than you think. Okay. It may help more people than you think at this point because a lot of women suffer silently and this sometimes will actually affect your relationship too, right? Because You know, she's uncomfortable, she doesn't want to do it, and then you don't want to push her, but you didn't know that this is due to hormone. And then, um, you don't want to push her, and then you avoid sex, she avoids sex, no one talking to each other. Um, and, and if you're not getting an erection, if you're not masturbating, and then you may even put yourself at risk for atrophying of that penis and even put yourself at risk to even get ED unless you use a penis pump, then it can really affect your relationship as well. I know relationship is more than just physical, but the physical part is also an important part of the whole relationship as well. So Just know for her, it can be treated. She just needs to know to go ask her doctor. Okay? And we're just not talking about sex. We're really talking about her health too, because if she gets hormone replacement therapy with her estrogen, her testosterone, her progesterone, it will also protect her against Alzheimer's in the future. Heart disease in the future, and also bladder issue down there in the future as well. So it's not just getting hormone so she can have for sexual activity. It's really her getting hormone for her health and her quality of life. Okay. All right. I hope that was helpful, Mab. and this is recorded on YouTube, so she can watch this part too as well. Okay? Let me know if you feel that is useful, and she can watch the video, ma'am, to what I just said. Okay? All right. All right. Okay. So we're going to take Um, uh, last question. Um, we're gonna take it to the last question here. Now I get this question a lot, all right? I get this question a lot. Uh, this is from @Myself. Um, um, but does drinking, uh, cacao powder boost ED— boost, uh, erectile function? I'm sorry, not ED, erection, right? Um, you know It's not just the cacao powder. Really, studies have shown if you change your diet and you exercise, that is worth 10 times more than taking any supplement at all. Even taking cacao powder. Cacao powder, all it is is just an antioxidant. That's all it is. It's powder from chocolate tree, from cacao, which makes chocolate. Which all it does is antioxidant. But you can get that from drinking green tea. You can get that from just eating a salad. You can get that from eating fruit. You can get that from eating broccoli. You can get that from eating beets. So you don't have to spend the money on cocoa powder because you think it's going to help you with your erection. If you want to help your erection, guys, and myself, @myself, Right, is the thing you need to do is to change your diet and follow the Mediterranean diet. Go to this right here. Um, I know, I think that I'm going to give you the recipe for the Mediterranean diet. Mediterranean diet, all it is is just, um, um, all it is is, um, right here, Mediterranean diet. All it is is just, uh, um, lean meat, chicken, fish, and more vegetables. Uh, don't eat anything in a box or, uh, in a can. Essentially, eat what the earth gives you. The earth gives you fruit, vegetable, chicken, meat. Eat what the earth gives you. Don't eat anything in a box. And move 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. That's it. And I'm talking about just up and down the stairs. You don't need to join a gym. Go walking outside 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week to get your heart rate going. But if you eat a Mediterranean diet, you're probably going to lose like 20 pounds anyway. And then you're going to want to move more.
