So this is wonderful. So tell me where you're streaming from. Where are you watching this Q&A from? Okay, so where are you watching this from so I can— I know where you're from? So there I see Omar joining us currently. I see Wild Hellcat joining us. All right. And all right, wonderful. Okay, so let's see if you can post the Google Doc. Oh yeah, I see it. Thanks, John. And I'm going to pull this up, pull this up and move this to a different screen. So I can see the questions. I can see the questions. You guys have any questions? Put it in the comment, and I will answer it. If not, I will answer question from last week. The question that we have not answered as well. Okay. All right, ED treatment. Thank you for categorizing it. Okay, all right, so, oh boy, we have a lot of questions we have not answered at this point. So let's do this. All right, so a question that we get is this. What to do when you notice you have ED, right? You know, what is defined as ED, guys? Right. What is defined as a medical definition of erectile dysfunction? Um, ED is defined as inability for a man to be able to have satisfactory, uh, um, um, intercourse And be able to maintain rigidity enough for satisfaction. So that means that, that, that's a very broad term, and it encompasses desire, arousal, all the way to blood flow, nerve hormone interaction, to all the way down to the corpus cavernosum, the penis. So it involves The brain and all the way down to your penis, right? So, um, and, um, it, it can, uh, if, if they bother you enough, it happened consistently over, um, a period of, of time. And usually, you know, usually when there's something that's a problem, if it happened over like a 3-month period of time. And it happens consistently. Okay, um, so that, that's really the definition of ED. ED means the inability for a man to have satisfactory, uh, intercourse and maintain rigidity, right? And, uh, for about a 3-month, uh, uh, time frame. All right, so that's, that's ED. So ED also means that you can still have an erection But you're not able to maintain it. ED does not mean no erection at all. It can still mean that you can still have erection, and ED can still mean that you can still have orgasm, ejaculation. It's just that you're not able to maintain the rigidity. So ED does not mean, you know, total nothing. It's a spectrum. ED could mean that you may finish too early or even take too long, right? And ED could mean you have good rigidity and then you lose it during. So that's the whole spectrum of ED. So when you notice, when it starts to bother you guys, meaning, you know, is it consistent? It's been going on for about 3 months. What do you do? What do you do? What's the first thing you should do? Right? That's a very good question. What do you do? First of all, be honest with yourself. Right? Be honest with yourself. You want to ask yourself, well, did this happen every time, or did it only happen with certain— a certain person? And is it— The onset, is it sudden, like one day it's happened, or is it kind of gradual that you kind of noticed that it's been kind of like slowly creeping up? Is it sudden and it happened? And if you're able to, to get a good erection on your own, but it's harder to get it with another person, or is it with one person alone? Then it's more psychological. So if you're less than 40, well, more— it's more psychological. But is it gradual? It slowly creeps up and it's consistent. Doesn't matter where you're— by— you're doing it yourself or with another person, the, uh, ED is there, then it's probably more physical. That's number one. And then number two, that's why I said you have to be honest with yourself. Number 2 is— yep, number 2 is that, are you still having morning wood? Right? Are you still having morning wood? If you're still having morning wood, then it tells me that the plumbing is working. It tells me that your hormone is somewhat okay, not be normal, but it's still there. So having morning wood, it's actually a good thing. That tells me the plumbing is still there, that, yeah, that, you know, the mechanism is still there. We just need to boost it a little bit. So that's the second thing. It's like, are you still having morning wood? And sometimes it's hard to know because when you're having morning wood, you're either sleeping or not. Believe it or not, a man can have between 3 to 6 Uh, nighttime erection, a morning erection lasting— sometimes one erection can last 5 minutes, one erection can last up to 30 minutes as well. That's Mother Nature's way of exercising, uh, uh, your penis. So, uh, if you're still getting, uh, uh, morning erection, that your plumbing is still there. You just need to do minor tweaks. If you're not having morning erection, then, uh, then that's something to consider. And And then number— that's number 3. Number 3 is this, is get your blood work, please. Go get blood, and you don't need a doctor's order to get blood work. You can, if you have insurance, you can get blood work. You can walk in there, or you can even, if you don't have insurance, then you can go to the lab and they have self-pay prices. So what you need to get, You need to know what your blood sugar is. So you need to have what they call a chemistry panel 14. Chemistry panel 14 looks at your liver, your kidney, and your blood sugar. So you need to fast when you go to the lab. It's called chemistry 14 or CMP, complete metabolic panel. CMP. Okay. 14. Then you need to look at your— you have to have a CBC, complete blood cell count, which looks to see if you're anemic or not, right? So it measures your red blood cells to evaluate what you're anemic. Number 3, you need to know what your testosterone level is, your total testosterone and your free testosterone level. And the free testosterone level can be measured. However, you don't need to measure as long if you have your free testosterone And your albumin, you can calculate your free testosterone level. Sometimes the free testosterone level is not as accurate. It could be a little bit more expensive, but you need to know your total testosterone, right? And then you need to know what your SHBG is, which it's called— that's the blood work. SHBG, it means sex hormone binding globulin. SHBG, that's how you can use that to calculate your, uh, your free testosterone. So SHBG. And, um, then, uh, you need to, um— that's number one. And then you need to know what your, um, luteinizing hormone is, LH. All right, um, um, LH, or luteinizing hormone, that's the hormone that is released in the brain here in the pituitary that that controls your testosterone. All right. So those are the basic things that you need to do because why? Because the blood work will tell you whether you're diabetic or not. Blood work will tell you whether you have high cholesterol or not. Oh yeah. Another thing you need to get for blood work is a fasting lipid panel or fasting cholesterol panel that will tell you what your cholesterol level is. Right. So your fat— so you do the blood work to find out whether you have high blood sugar, whether you have high cholesterol, whether you— how your hormones are doing. And you also need to know how your liver is doing, whether you're anemic or not, right? And of course, your hormones level as well, because when Your testosterone level is— when your testosterone level is, um, is low. All right, when your testosterone level is low, it can show up as, as early ED or mild ED. Okay, so testosterone for a man is important for your libido, uh, and also your erection as well. So, um, um, to get your blood work done to evaluate. Maybe you're having ED because you're— you have high blood sugar or you have high cholesterol, because all those contribute to ED. And then you need to look at your age, because 50% of men over 50 have ED. Um, 60% of men over 60 have ED as well. So the older you are, your likely chance that you're gonna get ED. And so you need to do your blood work, right? To make sure you're not a diabetic, make sure you don't have high cholesterol, and look at your hormones level. That's how you're gonna determine. Let's say you have low hormone level, low testosterone level, then you need to go get testosterone replacement therapy with a hormone doctor. Not all urologists. Now, urologists are, They're kind of like the specialty that men see for their prostate, anything related to penis. However, not all urologists do hormone replacement therapy, and not all urologists like to work with erectile dysfunction as well. So you have to look for somebody that is comfortable in doing that, treating ED naturally, or approach it from a comprehensive perspective. Right? So if your blood work shows that you have high blood sugar, then get on the Mediterranean diet. Because the Mediterranean diet will also lower your blood sugar and lower your fat as well. So you can get the Mediterranean diet at eatfornoed.com. eatfornoed.com. Put that URL in and I will give you a free Mediterranean diet. I will give that to you for free so you know what that is. The Mediterranean diet is a diet focusing on fruit and vegetables, less carbs, and more lean meat like fish, chicken, and pork, and less red meat. You can eat red meat about 2 or 3 times a week, but not every day. Okay. Okay. And, um, so, uh, those are the things. So if you, you, um, you, you follow the Mediterranean diet and, uh, and you also, you know what to do. This— I'm answering questions what to do when you have ED. Be honest with yourself. What's your weight, right? What's your weight? Uh, if you're overweight and your waist, uh, your waist is over 40 inches, Yeah, you need to start losing weight. So what do you need to do? All you need to do is do 30 minutes of exercise every other day. That could mean walking outside, that could mean going to the gym. Do some type of activity where your heart rate increases 30 minutes, um, every other, uh, day or 4 times, um, a week, right? And make sure, um, so that's what you need to do when you have ED. Right. Is to get blood work, to get blood work, evaluate whether you're having morning wood or not. If you're having morning wood, it's a good thing. It's a good thing. If you're having morning wood, you're going to be able to reverse it by doing what I'm telling you to do, which is go on a Mediterranean diet, exercise 30 minutes a day, get 7 hours of sleep a night. All right, and reduce your stress, right? But you're not having morning wood, and if you're not having morning wood and you are diabetic or have high cholesterol and you're overweight, then you're gonna need more intensive work, all right? You can still do a lot of it at home, and that's the reason why we created the Modern Man Club. is an at-home, uh, program you can do yourself that with coaching that you work with me and you work with my, uh, coaches on, on, um, how to get your erection back, um, again, uh, by following, you know, the diet, exercise, sleep, and stress reduction, uh, protocol. Okay, so that's why I created the Modern Man Club, and you can check out the Modern Man Club at noed man.com, right? Because you need guidance. You know, your ED is a very complex medical issue. It's very complex. It involves 6 systems in your body. So we're there to help you, to do it with you at home. And then, you know, if you have ED that failed medication, that's been going on for more than 5 years, and you're not getting morning wood and you're having low testosterone and you also want to get better quickly, then you can come and see me in the office for the actual Get Hard System in the office where we— it's like a booster. We can get, you know, we boost the penis for functioning again in as little as 7 days. And you can see if you qualify for the Get Hard System with going to the site renewwithdranne.com, right? So not everybody qualifies for that. And so you— we have a program where you can come to the office, we can help you restore, get your erection back, or you can do it at home with the Modern Man Club where we are there to hold your hand. You do it at home. But guys, don't try to figure it out yourself, all right? And last thing I want you to do is to pop in ED pills when you first find out you have ED, right? Because the, um, the ED pills is gonna throw another wrench in, in, uh, what's going on with you. Because once you start taking, uh, Viagra or Cialis or the ED pills, um, And when you put that in your system, every time you have an erection, your body's going to get confused because your natural response to get an erection does not need a medication. But when you throw that into the mix, your body's going to say, well, I need that medication every time I get an erection. And then you're going to train your body not to have an erection without the medication. And the medication does not treat the root cause of why you have ED. Because maybe you have ED because you have high blood sugar, right? That, uh, that you need to be on a diabetic medication, or you need to, uh, follow the Mediterranean diet to bring your blood sugar down, right? But if you're taking Viagra or Cialis, it doesn't do anything for your high blood sugar. So if you treat the root cause of your ED, you're going to be able to get your erection back again. Permanently. But if you keep taking medication, it's just going to be a band-aid, all right, on a problem that's only going to get worse if you don't address the root cause, right? So that's why I want you to know exactly what you're getting into when you start taking ED medication. You know, 3 things. It throws off your natural response to get an erection. Because guys, you know, when you're 20s, right, when you get an erection, you don't need medication. That's your body's natural response to get an erection, right? Yeah, because if you keep taking medication, your body's gonna get confused. And number 2, it doesn't address the root cause of why you have ED. I'm telling you, when you first have ED, it is reversible. It is reversible. Right. If you start— if you know, if you know that, that's why I am being loud and, and, and loud and being, uh, I want the message to be out there that ED is reversible, right? You don't want to go on the pathway of taking medication for 5 to 10 years, uh, while the cause of why you have ED just get worse and worse and worse, um, and then you find out, oh, you know, now ED medication is not working anymore. Now what? Well, Right? I get you know traditional medicine now is that take ED medication and then do trimix injection, then penile implant. You don't want to head down that pathway, right? You want it. You want to. You want to start knowing that hey, you know, if I have ED, I can reverse it. It is my in my control. You have to work on it, right? It's like. It's like being healthy. It's like being healthy, being healthy and looking good. You have to go to the gym. You have to eat well, right? You have to maintain yourself for that. And I'm getting older. It's harder for me to not gain weight, but I have to watch what I eat. I still have to go to the gym, and it takes work, right? So the same thing with your sex life. It takes work. In order to maintain it, um, as well. Um, and so, um, um, you know, the, the traditional way now, if you have ED, is to pop in a pill, which I'm trying to say you don't need that pill. If you start early, you can actually reverse it. And it's that sometimes it's as simple as, uh, it's as simple as, uh, just changing what you eat and being a little bit more active. Being movement is, is, is, is the key. And in fact, in fact, there was a study that came out that looked at it following the Mediterranean diet and movement 30 minutes, 4 times a week beat Viagra and Cialis, and it helped men with ED. By just eating better and just exercising. It even do better than Viagra or the medication. But you don't hear about that, right? You just hear about taking the medication. Taking the medication is an easy route, but it's also a route that's going to harm you in the long run as well too, because you're ignoring the cause of the problem. And it's not going to be good for you in the long run. Okay, so I can tell you this. We have a member right now in our Modern Man Club where he has high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and he's a diabetic, and he actually had a stroke. He had a stroke that paralyzes his left side. And he has ED for the past 10 years. And he'd been working hard in our Modern Man Club, and he's been changing his diet. Before he joined the Modern Man Club, his hemoglobin A1c was 11.8, 11.8, which is really bad. Anytime you're over 6.1, you're diabetic. And so his hemoglobin A1C is 11.8. And since he'd been in the Modern Man Club, he'd been meeting with our nutritionist, been coming to our coaching program, and been exercising. And he changed his diet to the Mediterranean diet, right? He went from 11.8 to now 7, which is incredible for him, right? He'd never been at a hemoglobin A1C of 7. So now he's at 7, and he's now, you know, just doing exercise, you know, just walking 30 minutes a day. And guess what? He's now having morning wood. He's having morning wood now in the morning. Now, not totally firm, but, you know, semi, uh, firm morning wood. Okay, so, and this isn't a man that's had ED for 10 years and now has a stroke. And so just, just know that it is not, uh, uh, it is not over, right? There's still a hope, but you just gotta take care of your body. You got, you gotta change, you gotta work on changing your diet and, uh, be, and be able to move more. So, uh, you have access to, to the at-home Get Hard System, uh, in the Modern Man Club. So check out the link right here at NoEDMan.com. .com. So check it out at noedman.com. Um, at this time I don't know if I can see comment on TikTok, uh, but, uh, uh, maybe in time I will. I, I see people watching on TikTok, but I don't see comment. So, um, I do want to point out something, guys. All right, so when you have ED, right, it signals that you're gonna have heart issue down the road. You're gonna have heart problem like a heart attack Like chest pain. 3 years down the road, all right, 3 years down the road, 60% of men that have ED is gonna have heart problem. So when you have ED, it is a warning sign that, uh, that you're gonna have heart, uh, heart issues later on. But if you keep taking, uh, ED medication, uh, and not working on, uh, the root cause, Uh, while you have ED, 60% of you are gonna have heart problems, uh, later on. So it's a warning sign that, you know, guys, take care of your erection now by, you know, changing your diet, by exercising, by decreasing your stress. Take care of your erection now. You're gonna, you, you're gonna end up saving— you may even, you may even, uh, save your life later, uh, later on. Right? Because 60% of you are going to have heart issues, and about 3% is going to have mortality from that heart event. All right? So it's really a warning sign. And you got to listen to these warning signs, right? Like your car, when it starts making noises, you want to listen to it, right? So you can fix it. But you don't want to wait until a year and then you can't fix it. So that's the point I'm trying to make, is that your body is warning you of future problems in the future, and you need to pay attention to it. Okay. All right. What do you guys think about that? Right. What do you guys think about that? That's— I think that's pretty mind-blowing that your body is actually warning you that it's having problems. So Um, uh, like a warning light on a car. That's right. Uh, that's right, Patrick. It's like a warning light on a car. Um, at that time. And so listen to your body, guys. All right, last thing you want to do is pop in a pill because the pill isn't going to solve your ED. It really— it may help you during the interim, but it isn't going to treat the root cause. All right, because if your ED is due to low testosterone Taking a pill, even though it helps you with your erection, isn't going to help raise your testosterone. And honestly, when your testosterone drops a little bit, it's going to show as like a not as firm erection. All right? And most men will have the— will drop your testosterone at the age of 35. After the age of 35, your testosterone level is going to drop by 1% every year. And It will drop more quickly if you are obese or if you are stressed, if you don't have enough sleep. So testosterone is very sensitive to your lifestyle. And so that's why I advocate that you need to get blood work done. Okay, because you need to know where you're at and what's deficient before you fix it. Does that make sense? Right? You can't just blindly just pop in a pill and say, okay, this will be good for my ED. But you don't know what's causing your ED. All right? So I am— I hope that you hear me loud and clear about that. Okay? All right. So this is— I'm so glad I'm on TikTok now. And I I need to get my iPad so we can be on Instagram as well too. But I'm on TikTok, but I don't know if I can see any questions on TikTok. I can see questions on YouTube and Facebook at this time. Let's— so Patrick has a question. It says, I am peeing more frequently, 6 times at night. Should I have my doctor check me? Absolutely. Because when you're urinating that often at night, it's a sign that you may have prostate problems. So your prostate will be enlarged, and it may even be a sign that you may have bladder problems. So you definitely need to go see a urologist and have a workup. And somebody's got to put their hand up there to see the size of your prostate, because if your prostate's enlarged, It's gonna push up against the bladder. So here is— this is like your body cut in half. So this is your bladder here, right? And there's a urethra, and it comes out of the bladder, which is the tube where you pee. And this is the prostate, right? This is the prostate that sits right underneath the bladder. All right? And here's the urethra, and then it goes through here. And then it goes out on top of the pubic to the penis, and that's where you pee, right? So it goes from the bladder through the prostate through here. But the prostate is where you have semen, right? And the sperm is stored in here. This is called the seminal vesicle. Right here. So sperm is made in the testicle, and then it gets moved up to be stored in the sac here, which it then mixes with the fluid from the prostate. That's what gives you the semen. All right. So when— if you are urinating a lot, that means that this prostate here is enlarged and it's pushing up against the bladder. Causing bladder irritation, right? And, um, um, causing bladder irritation, it will also affect the amount of semen. It will also, uh, may, uh, affect your erection because the nerve that goes to the penis that help— that involve erection sits right on top of the prostate. So if this thing is enlarged, it's going to compress against the bladder. It's going to affect your ejaculation. It's also going to affect your, uh, your erection because it's affecting the nerve here, right? So, um, a normal-sized prostate should be the size of, um, a walnut, right? Like that. Normal-sized prostate should be like a walnut size, 30 grams, right? Like the size of a walnut, right? Maybe like this. But anything bigger than a walnut is enlarged, and that doesn't mean enlarged prostate means cancer. Actually, cancer can even have a smaller size. And most men that are over 50 have an enlarged prostate. Usually, if you have low testosterone, your prostate gets enlarged. Yes. So you have low testosterone, prostate gets enlarged. You have too much testosterone, the prostate also gets enlarged as well too. So that's why it's more common in men over 50, because your testosterone level drops. So this area here is very complex for men, from the penis all the way to the bladder. It's a very complex tissue, and it has nerve, blood vessels, and, uh, it has a lot— or these organs right here that interplay with each other. Okay, that's why you need to go see a sexual health specialist when you have ED, because everything, uh, play with each other. Okay, and so, uh, it, it, uh, uh, if you're urinating 6 times, uh, a night, you definitely need to go see a doctor. And you need to be evaluated right away. Okay. I wouldn't sit on that at this point because it could mean a lot of stuff. All right. Good question there, Patrick. And so prostate— so men, as you get older, you have low testosterone. You have an enlarged prostate, right? And then you're facing ED, then you're facing enlarged prostate. It's a lot going on for you guys, all right? Um, it's a lot going on for you guys. So that's why, that's why, um, you know, we have the resource like the Modern Man Club where, uh, you can ask these questions and, and get clarity on what you need to do. And the last thing you want to do is go on the internet and try to figure it out yourself. Because I always say, when you have ED, it's like having chest pain. Would you want to— when you have chest pain, would you go on the internet and try to figure it out yourself? All right, because ED parallels heart disease, right? All the risk factors that contribute to ED, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, Um, obesity, right? Smoking. All that can contribute to ED, which is, uh, which is the same pathology as heart disease, right? But, and so, uh, um, the only reason why it, it shows up as ED, because the arteries or the, the blood flow that supply the, the penis here Is small. It's 1 to 2 millimeters, right? 1 to 2 millimeters, uh, in size. Very, very small, almost like the size of an ant. That's an artery. That's the blood. That's the blood that flows into your penis. It's like the size of an ant that flows in here and fills up the penis, uh, with blood. Now, if that artery is like this, that small, uh, and you're not getting enough blood flow, Then, uh, uh, and it starts in the penis first, that means that 3 years down the road it's gonna start in the heart because the, the artery in the heart is 3 to 4 millimeters, is twice as big, but, uh, it's gonna be involved in decreased blood flow as well. So that's why when you have ED, it's a warning sign for heart disease, uh, that you're gonna have heart problem. 3 years down the road, not a decade, 3 years down the road. And this is a study that have shown that, that's not coming from me arbitrarily. So guys, ED is a serious thing, right? But how often, I mean, I tell you, I can't tell you how often I see men with ED, never see a doctor, they just go online and then they just get a prescription for Viagra or Cialis and have no idea why they have ED. Right. So that— so I want to show you the different causes of ED. So ED is multifactorial, but it can be due to 5 different causes. And one, you have ED, is it because of blood flow? Right? Is it a blood flow problem? Right? Is it a nerve problem? Is it a hormone problem? Is it psychological? Or the 5th part, is it due to medication, the current medication you're taking? Or is it due to your lifestyle, such as smoking, porn, vaping, right? You're not exercising, and obesity. So it's really these 5 categories, right? These 5 categories and, uh, the, the drivers, uh, for that, right? So when you have ED, you got the, you know, and the doctor have to— you have to find out, is it blood vessel? Is it nerve? Is it hormone? Is it, is it the medication I'm taking? Or is it because I'm smoking? I'm watching porn? I'm not exercising? That's called lifestyle, right? Uh-huh. Or the diet that I— the poor diet that I'm eating. So if you're on the road and you're just eating fast food all the time, that's gonna affect your ED, and as well as your weight. So this is what the algorithm— this is what I think about when I evaluate someone with ED. What is it due to, right? What is it due to? So once you know what it's due to, you can reverse engineer And treat, uh, uh, and treat ED, right? Uh, and, uh, and treat ED as well. So most of the time, most of the time, I would say about 80% of the time, uh, is it ED due to physical causes? It's really, uh, uh, due to blood flow or vasculogenic. It's due to blood flow, right? And usually due to blood flow, Because you're diabetic or because you have high cholesterol and you have high blood pressure, you're overweight, right? Yeah, and you're overweight. So the thing you need to know is that it can be reversed. Yes. Poor blood flow that causes ED can be reversed. So if you see this slide that I'm showing you on YouTube, the drivers are diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, smoking, metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome means diabetes and obesity, and sedentary lifestyle. And the workup involves the blood work that I showed you. And then also the workup could be that you should have a coronary artery, CT scan test, which most of the time is not covered by insurance. It costs about $100 to $150 for this test. And what it does is that it tests the calcium that is stuck in the artery of your heart. Right. And that's exactly how my husband had an abnormal coronary calcium score. And, um, that's how we know that he was gonna have heart issues one year down the road. So having said that, having said that, I would have— if you have ED, you should, you should get blood work. Now, what I said before, you get blood work, all right? And maybe not get a calcium coronary test, get your blood work, evaluate whether you have high cholesterol, diabetes. And I mean, I can't tell you how much— how many men I see in my office for ED And they didn't even know that they have high blood sugar or even diabetes. All right, so most of the time it's due to poor blood flow, but it also can be due to nerve as well, which is a small percentage. Like if you're a long-term diabetic and it's uncontrolled, you're gonna have nerve damage. You have nerve damage, you're definitely gonna have ED, or you have prostate surgery. Right? The prostate being taken out, because that can cause nerve injury as well. Or if you have conditions such as multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injury. Okay? And then, so that's when you need to be evaluated with blood work and seeing a doctor for your history. And then, of course, when you do blood work, you look at your testosterone total and free. And you also evaluate your thyroid as well too, because thyroid is important because thyroid controls testosterone. If thyroid is not balanced, it will affect your testosterone as well too. Is it— so the question that I— How do you tell if an erection is due to psychogenic? Is it due to mental or is it due to physical? Well, usually mental if your ED occurs suddenly, like one day or within a week it occurs, right? You went from a good erection to no erection. And then if you're having a lot of stress or you have a history of depression or anxiety or PTSD, and then also if you're able, if you're doing solo, you can get an erection, but with a partner you can't get an erection, that, that, that is psychological as well. If you're still getting morning wood, good morning wood, but then, you know, when you're with a partner you can't, uh, get, uh, an erection, so most likely it's psychological. And if you're under 40, most likely psychological as well, or stress, uh, as well. Um, you know, kind of 40 is kind of the cutoff because If you're under 40 and you have ED, the first thing we evaluate is it psychological? And second thing is you doing porn? Are you smoking? Are you taking recreational drugs that may be contributed to that as well? And then of course your lifestyle, guys, smoking is bad or taking pain medicine is bad or doing illegal drugs. All those are uh, will affect your erection. And if you're taking medicine like, um, uh, beta blockers or the medicine that help with your heart but slow your heart rate, those medicine will, um, will affect your erection because it slows down your heart rate. So it's hard for you to get a, a rigid, uh, um, uh, a rigid, um, erection. And then, uh, medication like thiazides. Thiazides are Uh, my medication to help with blood pressure. Um, and so those medication can, uh, contribute to ED. Now, I'm not saying don't get off those medication. You got to talk with your doctor and to think about other alternative. But, uh, most, most, uh, depression medicine actually, uh, uh, contribute to ED. Um, and, uh, believe it or not, even Even over-the-counter antifungal medication and antacid medication can contribute to ED as well. So you put it all together, you know, what I'm trying to say, guys, is that find out the— do blood work and evaluate what's causing your ED. And when you go see the doctor and they do an EKG, it does not, it does not hurt at all. And honestly, if you're over 40, you need to go see a doctor. You need to get blood work done. You need to evaluate your heart, your lung function. Okay? We live now in 2026. We're not in 1900 anymore. All right? We can do blood work to see what's going on inside your body. And we have testing now to even look at the arteries of your heart as well. We, we can do a test that's called the Doppler ultrasound to look at the blood flow in your penis as well too. Okay, so, um, um, um, you know, there is workup that can be done, but you guys just need to take the initiative. To go see the doctor for that. And I know sometimes it's embarrassing, right? It's embarrassing to admit that you may have a problem. It's a little shame with that. But you know what? Treat it like as if you have heart— treat it as if you have chest pain. All right? Because, you know, us physicians, we're used to talking about personal issues. So, you know, if you have ED, And you know, there's no shame in that. There is no shame in that. All right. Uh, because when you have ED, it's as if you have chest pain, you have heart disease. Treat it as if you're like have diabetes. There's no shame in that whatsoever. I know sometimes it's, it's uncomfortable to say, but all you have to do is you have to say, you know, I, I feel like I, I have, uh, ED and I want to work up as to why I have ED. And it starts with doing blood work, checking your blood pressure. When you're at the doctor's office, they always measure your blood pressure anyway, right? They look at your weight, look at your height, right? So those are things that you need to start doing first, uh, uh, before, uh, you take, um, an ED, uh, pill. Okay. Um, so boy, I— one question that kind of set me off to talk about the whole spectrum, because I know that you guys don't realize that ED can be reversible if you start early. Think of it as fixing your car. Your car has a problem and you start fixing it early, it'll be fine. You can use that car for 30, 40 years. We see antique cars are still driving after 50 years, right? But that antique car isn't going to be able to drive unless you take care of it, right? It's the same thing with your body, right? Same thing with your body, guys. Your body ages. You got to take care of it like your car. Your body ages, so you got to take care of it or else it's going to break down and you don't want to live in that state. And most men don't realize that sometimes changing your diet is, uh, it will actually, um, uh, will treat your ED, right? Uh, you know, the, uh, the, uh, the pharmaceutical company doesn't want you to know that, right? They want you to pop in the pill because the more you pop in the pill, the sicker you're gonna get. And the sicker you're gonna get, uh, you're gonna be dependent upon, uh, the medication more. And And then you're gonna get, uh, you're gonna go get a penile implant, right? So, uh, sometimes eating and exercise is the best thing you can do for your, for your ED. So go to eatfornoed.com to, uh, download the Mediterranean, uh, diet. Um, so, uh, you can be on the pathway to, uh, fixing your ED. You don't have to live with it. All right, and you don't have to suffer with them. Thank you for the heart. That's wonderful. I'm also getting some heart too on TikTok. I don't know if I can see. I haven't seen any comments on it. I don't know whether I'm not seeing it or no one's really watching. We have some people watching from TikTok. Hi, you guys! I see Doc. Doc with ACOG. I see Malek. I see Jen joining here, and we have people from YouTube as well. Well, you're welcome, Patrick. You know, I'm just here to give you real information, and sometimes it's as simple as that, actually. And one thing I want you guys to know, don't chase after shiny objects. Okay. Uh, sometimes you, you'll see things on internet like some root that is from the bark of India or something. No one supplement is gonna fix your, your ED, right? Not, not, uh, not, not, not one supplement or not one drink is gonna fix your ED. It's a combination of things that you have to do that heal you from the inside out. that will help with your ED, right? No one, no one thing is gonna fix it. It's a combination of stuff. And what I've been, uh, saying all this time, what you eat is, is important. Exercise, or just moving, just moving, even just walking. I'm, I'm saying just walking up and down the stairs, walking outside, you know, walking around Costco, Walmart, that place that has Big, a lot of room to walk around. Just walking around there, the movement, doing housework, doing yard work, right? The movement, right? And getting adequate sleep, 7 hours of sleep, because your body needs to heal. And the only way that your body heals is when you're sleeping, right? You heal physically and mentally when you're sleeping. And when When you're sleeping, your body exercises your penis with morning wood. If you're not sleeping, your body is not going to be able to exercise your penis. You got to get to sleep. It's important when you're sleeping. I'm being asked to be verified on TikTok while I'm going live right now. Okay, so it's so interesting. It's the first time I'm going live on TikTok here. Okay, so let's ask address another question. Okay, so I'm not sure. Philip Philip. this question here by FL Single Guy says, have you noticed if neurology pain management most helpful with severe stenosis? I would say more pain management if you're talking about pain for severe stenosis of— I assume severe stenosis of the spine, of the neck or the low back, right? So I would, I would suggest more Seeing pain management for that, because pain management can do the workup for you as well as the treatment. All right. Okay. So when you guys ask a question, make sure you get to the detail. And I appreciate you guys being professional and about this with your questions and no inappropriate stuff, because I don't want to be be in trouble with social media here. Okay. All right. Hi Renee from hi Don from okay so tap or swipe for right. Okay, all right. So there's a lot going on right now. So we got people from YouTube and Facebook here and on TikTok. A lot of interaction on TikTok here as well. So guys, get the Mediterranean diet at eatfornoed.com. All right, and also do the check out our Modern Man Club. Um, where, uh, you can do it. We do it with you for an at-home, uh, program to, uh, get, uh, get you an at-home Get Hard, uh, protocol to get you out of ED where you work with me and my coaches. Um, uh, you work with me and my coaches for, uh, um, to restore your, uh, erection again, and it can be done. All right. Studies have shown that, and you can reverse your ED with diet and exercise. We got to work on it though, and it takes about 90 days. You can see that. Like I said, I told you a story of a patient who had diabetes and had 10 years of ED, and now that he changed his diet, he now able to get morning erection. Now, he's not able to get erection yet, uh, but at least now he's starting to see morning erection that he's never seen. He's not seen in years, um, at this time. So, uh, check out at, uh, noedman.com, um, as well too. And so my goal is to give you guys information that no one will give you and to make— and to give you things that you can do right now To help you fix your ED, because I know what a stigma ED can be. It can affect your marriage, it can affect your well-being, it affects who you are as a man, and it can make you lonely, it can make you frustrated, it can make you shameful, right? But just know there's nothing to be shameful about. It's because it just Uh, like, uh, um, it's a medical condition that you get when you get older, but you don't have to live with it. All right, you don't have to live with that. Uh, yeah, uh, yeah, I'm trying to give you, um, uh, a roadmap on what you can do to fix it because oftentimes, you know, men go down the wrong pathway of taking ED medication and they're just making the problem worse. When you take an ED medication, very similar to taking pain medication for a pain problem. Let's say you have low back pain and you try anti-inflammatory and it doesn't work. And then next thing you know, you start taking pain medicine such as Vicodin or Percocet and those stuff. And yeah, it helps temporarily. But does it treat the root cause of why you have pain? No, right? Because after a while, those medications are going to wear off and you're going to end up with worse pain because you're not really working on the source of the pain as well. But luckily, ED, it's actually easier to reverse than pain. Right? So we all know the bad stuff of taking pain medicine like opioids, but do you know that taking ED medication is the same thing? Right? But believe it or not, reversing ED is a lot easier than reversing pain. Right? Uh, yeah. So, um, uh, oh wow, send heart. Oh, I don't know what this means. Send heart puff times 16. I don't know what this means. Um, Boy, uh, uh, WT92 wink. All right, um, this is the first time I'm going live on TikTok and I'm seeing all these wink, heart puff, bubble gum, uh, and wink from WT92. Hello there. All right, hello there, WT92. Eddie joined. Hi, Eddie. And, uh, uh, I'm seeing Patrick here from Phoenix. I am. And we have People on YouTube as well. If you're watching on YouTube, put down in the comments, say hello, and where you're watching from. I'm having a blast here on TikTok, actually. And WT is sending me— looks like cotton candy, bubble gum, bubble gum, and a heart puff, and then another heart puff. And then we have now Allah, Allah Bond just joined as well. So bottom line, guys, okay, there's nothing shameful about having ED, all right? And that you can reverse it, and we're here to help you with that roadmap. But the first thing is you have to be honest with yourself. You have to say, okay, all right, I'm having ED, all right? It's like, like, it's like Kind of like saying, okay, I'm having elbow pain, right? Right, I'm having elbow pain. What's the first thing I need to do? And that was the first question that we addressed. What do you do when you first have ED? Number one, number one, you gotta know whether it's psychological or physical. And I just given you those questions. You're having morning wood, and, uh, if, if you, uh, able to get an erection solo but not an erection with a partner, it's probably more psychological. If you're older Above 40, most, most likely going to be more physical, right? And then the next thing you want to ask yourself is, am I still getting morning wood or not? If you get morning wood, it's a good thing, all right? It's a good thing. If you're not getting morning wood, maybe your ED is a little bit farther along. And that third thing you need to do is go get your blood work done, right? Get your testosterone level measured, get a CBC to look at, see if you're anemic. Get a chemistry 14, CMP 14, look at your kidney, your liver, all right, your protein. And then look at your thyroid level by measuring a TSH, thyroid stimulating hormone, a TSH level. Look at your testosterone, total testosterone, free testosterone level as well. Because remember, I've left the 5 things that cause ADD. What are those? Blood flow problem, right? Vascular, right? And then two is is it due to hormones? Is it low testosterone, or is it due to or thyroid? And the third thing is it due to nerve nerve damage from diabetes or from stroke or from spinal cord injury? Fourth thing is is it is it due to is it due to So this is the, the what I'm going at right here. Is it due to psychological, right? Is it psychological or not? And then the fourth thing is, is it due to the medication you're on? And most depression medicine contribute to ED as well as, uh, uh, some blood pressure medicine like the beta blocker. And then, uh, are you smoking? You're smoking, you might as well say goodbye to Uh, uh, uh, to your erection because nicotine, uh, is very, very bad for blood flow. Um, and vaping, probably not too good either because you're, you're puffing. If you're, if you're, if you're doing vaping with nicotine, that's not too good. Um, uh, yeah, as well. And, uh, porn kind of messes up with how you process for arousal, um, as well too. So the five things. So you know, is your lifestyle? Is it medication induced? Right? So or follow my channel on YouTube if you're watching this and you're not um um uh uh and and you're not a subscriber yet. Subscribe to our YouTube channel. Right? Subscribe to our YouTube channel. Go to YouTube. Type in my name. My handle. Dr. Anne Truong, and, uh, be a subscriber on YouTube if you're not, uh, uh, if you're watching TikTok right now, because this is where I put everything that you need to know about how to reverse your ED on YouTube. I literally will give you everything that you need in there, all right? Uh, and it's all science-based, research-based. Uh, it's not— and not— no, no fluff stuff. And so, or so, and then, or subscribe to TikTok if you're watching this on TikTok, but also go to YouTube as well too. Thank you, WT92. And then Mr. B just joined. Zodiac Sniper just joined as well too. And Just Phrase just joined as well. Um, so, um, uh, follow the YouTube channel is where I put everything in. And if you need assistance in, um, uh, getting rid of your ED, check out our Modern Man Club at noedman.com. So I'm providing the resources for you. All you need to do is to make the decision to yourself and say, I am not gonna suffer with ED. I am not suffering alone. Because studies have shown that 70% of men suffer with ED by themselves, and about 30— only 30% of them raise it up with their doctor. All right. There's nothing shameful about talking with your doctor about this, guys. And so you just have to make the decision that you're not going to live with ED, that you're going to do something about it. And that's all it does. That's really all it takes to do— to make that initial step. Because it will, it will affect your whole life, right? Not only at the sense of, of just your bedroom performance, but your confidence and your, your, your relationship as well too. Not a question, but love you to bits. Thank you for what you do. Well, thank you, Peter. I really appreciate that. I'm gonna highlight that. So Cedar Gobanko said, love you to bits and thank you for what you do. I appreciate that. Part of the reason why I do what I do is because my husband had heart issues and had ED as well, and he was my first patient. So that's what made me very passionate about teaching men How to reverse their ED because it hit home. It affected my husband, affected me, affected our relationship, affected our life. And that every— at that time, everybody would say, get on ED meds. And I didn't want him to get on meds as well. And that's how I kind of get into doing what I'm doing. And showing you, uh, uh, a natural solution, uh, for this. And luckily, he, uh, uh, you know, he did everything that I'm telling you, and now he has no ED. He doesn't take any medication, but he did— he has 2 stents in his heart. He does have, um, heart issues, um, and, um, at this point, but he's probably in the best shape that he's been in his whole entire life now because, you know, he didn't know what he needed to know when he had ED. So I've been there and I, you know, have been the spouse that has gone through that as well. So thank you for the feedback. I really appreciate that. But at least now you know why I do what I do. So I see Kenny join and Zodiac Sniper join and Cameron join. I wish I can see comments on here on TikTok because this is actually very interesting here on how this is going on TikTok.
