Live Q&A: Ask Me Anything (Men's Health & Performance Unfiltered)

In this live Ask‑Me‑Anything session, Dr. Anne Truong (MD) addresses men’s sexual health concerns, focusing on pelvic floor strengthening with a Kegel exercise machine, the anatomy and proper technique of Kegel exercises, and how breathing and core muscles interact with pelvic floor function. She outlines a "4‑pillar" lifestyle protocol—Mediterranean diet, regular aerobic/strength exercise, adequate sleep, and stress management—to reverse erectile dysfunction (ED). Dr. Truong also recommends daily use of a penis pump, specific usage parameters, and a bundled supplement protocol (Libido Plus, nitric‑oxide booster, and the Kegel machine) available at her online store ednomore.com. Throughout the session she answers viewer questions about ED medication interactions (e.g., lisinopril), low semen volume, loss of libido, prolonged sexual inactivity, and concerns about pelvic muscle weakness, providing concrete action steps and emphasizing consistency and self‑evaluation. The tone is conversational and instructional, with a supportive, optimistic sentiment toward natural, research‑backed solutions.

I'll leave that on there for now. So, all right, Bruce. Bruce Conley, hello, hello there, Bruce. Okay, and Bruce has a question. I haven't had a chance to even pull up from last week, so ask me any question, put it down in the comment, and I will see it. And we are now live on Facebook and YouTube and Twitter and Facebook group. So I'm supposed to be live also on TikTok too, but I haven't had a chance to set up my phone for that at this point. Okay. So Bruce Conley, Bruce Conley said, okay. So Bruce asked, how good is the Kegel exercise machine that we have in our store compared to the professional machine? Well, I'm not sure what professional machine you're referring to, Bruce. But our, our Kegel exercise machine is the professional machine. It is used in the most therapy clinic and is used by physicians prescribe. And also it is a professional machine. And it's also, if you submit the receipt to your Medicare or your insurance, you may actually even have— you will actually probably get reimbursement because it's considered a medical device. And if you submit it with the diagnosis of ED, you will actually get reimbursed from your insurance as well. So that, that, that, that is the, the Kegel machine. Now, the Kegel machine that we have Now they make the conduction pad for a man now. So it has a male conduction pad now. So it works much better than the female, and it is now more powerful and it now more— lasts longer as well. And the Kegel machine essentially does the Kegel exercises for you. So you have these muscles that are— you have these muscles that are in your— let me see if I can pull up my slides here. Let's see if these slides are— well, there it is. Okay, here it is. Here's what it looks like. So These are the gel. Can you see this on the screen? So these are the gel pads right here. Okay. You can see it on the screen. Great. Let me see. So these are the gel pads. Okay. These are the gel pads here. And you put that just beneath, underneath the scrotum. Underneath the scrotum and it goes right on top of the rectum. And that's the gel pad. And this is the machine. So you hook it onto the machine. This is the machine itself. And then you turn on the machine. All right. And you turn on the machine, it's going to go 4 seconds at 50 Hz. So it's going to contract your muscles 50 times in 4 seconds. And then it's going to contract your muscle 10 times in 2 seconds, and then it's going to give you a 6-second rest and then repeat again. Okay. So it's going to give you, it's going to give you about almost like, and the session goes for like, the session goes for 20 minutes, 20 minutes, and it stops. So you get like about like 9,000 Kegel contractions. 9,000 Kegel contractions in the area. So essentially, the pelvic floor, this is your pelvic floor muscles. So the pelvic floor muscles are the muscles that essentially hold up your bladder, hold up, if you're a woman, your uterus, even hold up your intestine. And it goes across from your your coccyx bone all the way to your pubic bone. And it's actually connected to your abdominal muscles, the stomach muscles right here. You can see this on the picture here and also connected to your diaphragm. So doing breathing also will improve the pelvic muscles as well too. When you're doing breathing, So the, the, um, the Kegel exerciser attaches to these muscles right here. Uh, let's see if I have an— all right, so the Kegel muscle attaches to the— these muscles right here, the, uh, bulbospongiosus muscle, the ischiocavernosus muscle. Um, and it— so it goes from the bottom of the base of the penis to above right here, and these The bulbospongiosus muscle and the ischiocavernosus muscle are the two muscles that are pivotal, the pelvic muscles that are pivotal to what their function is. They function to expel the semen. They function for the orgasm contraction that you have. And then they also function as keeping the blood in the penis while you're erect. So, it acts like a tourniquet that keeps the blood in there. You see the bulbospongiosus muscle here? It kind of wraps at the base of the penis. And the ischiocavernosus also wraps at the base of the penis and also goes down the shaft of the penis as well. So, it functions as almost like a rubber band that prevents blood from going back to the body, but the blood stays in the penis. Okay? Those muscles are pelvic muscles and Kegels are the exercise or the exerciser muscles. When you're doing Kegel exercises, you want to coordinate that with breathing. When you're breathing in, When you breathe in, right? When you breathe in, your diaphragm goes up, right? Diaphragm goes up. When diaphragm goes up, you want to contract. You want to lift this pelvic floor muscle together. When you breathe in, you want to contract. When you breathe out, you want to relax. All right? So that's how it work together. So the pelvic muscle is connected to the abdominal muscle. And then connected to the diaphragm. So you want to take advantage of that because if your abdominal muscles are weak, it's also going to affect your pelvic muscle. Now, how often you guys notice that you have the little hot dog that protrude from your stomach lining? My husband has it. Yeah. It's called abdominal hernia. That happens over time where abdominal wall gets weak and then it splits out a little bit. So then every time you do a sit-up, you'll see a little— like a hot dog that protrude out. Well, when your abdominal muscles are weak, it's going to affect your pelvic floor muscles. So that's why every man, really every man over 50 should be doing Kegel exercises and using the Kegel exerciser along with the penis pump. Because you're going to get weakened abdominal muscles. And when you have weakened abdominal muscles, it's going to affect your pelvic muscle. So one point to note is that when you do your Kegel exercises, or either by doing it contraction alone or using the Kegel exerciser, you want to coordinate that with breathing. Meaning, when you inhale, every time you breathe in, your diaphragm goes up. Every time you breathe in, Actually, when you breathe in, when you breathe in, when you breathe in, your diaphragm goes down. So your diaphragm goes down so that way more air comes into the lung. When you breathe in, your diaphragm goes down, right? It goes, push it down like this. That's when you want to relax. When the diaphragm goes up, like when you exhale, that's when you want to contract. You want to contract when it goes up, or you want to contract when you exhale. So what I said earlier was incorrect. When you inhale, the diaphragm goes down, and therefore you want to relax this. And when you exhale, the diaphragm goes up, then you want to contract the pelvic muscle. So that's why I want to show you the connection between the pelvic floor muscle, the abdominal muscle, and the diaphragm. All right. Is that good? Did you guys understanding this? Because these muscles between here, guys, they're totally neglected by men and women. It's not just good for men, it's also good for women as well. It's neglected because most men I talk to never heard of Kegel or have done Kegel exercises, and they get weak over time, right? So when they get weak over time, when they get weak over time, then, you know, it's going to affect your erection, and it's also going to affect the amount of semen that you ejaculate as well, right? Because if these muscles are weak, it's going to affect the volume. And most, most men will notice that when they get older. Okay. So that is the, that is Kegel, why Kegel is important and why the machine that does the Kegel is important. You probably want something that at all, if you're over 50, you need to have. Now the machine works for men too. And it's essentially stimulating the pelvic muscle here, contraction for you, because most men do it wrong. Most men and women do it wrong. I do it wrong and I'm the doctor that does this. And I was doing it wrong because I was contracting too much because the number one problem of for men with these pelvic muscles is that it's tight, right? It's tight for you. So most of the time, tight doesn't mean stronger, just tight that the muscle tone is tight. You need to relax it so that way you can contract it, stronger contraction. So what happened is that when tight, it's hard for you to relax it. So in my case, I was contracting too much. So when I'm contracting too much, it doesn't do the work at all. It actually counter the effect that I want to have, which is stronger pelvic muscles. So if I'm doing it wrong, most likely everybody else is doing it wrong manually. So that's why I came up with— that's why I got this machine, because you don't have to figure it out. You put the pads on, you turn it on, and it does a contraction for you. You don't have to think about it. Boom, done. I mean, how easy is that, right? 20 minutes a day. You do it 5 days a week and for 6 weeks. Boom. You take a month off, you go back to it again. All right. So it's easy to do, easy to put on, and it takes the work out for you. Okay. So I encourage— so is that our store? Our store is ednomore.com. Let me see. Here it is. Is that our store right here? ednomore.com. You put that URL in, you can buy this Kegel machine right here. You can buy this Kegel machine. You can buy this Kegel machine and it does the Kegel for you. The, uh, the Kegel machine helps with, um, uh, erection, keep the blood in there. It helps with orgasm because it strengthens the muscles that contract during orgasm. It also helps with, um, uh, propelling the semen out from the prostate out through your penis. So if you're finding that your semen volume is low or affecting your ejaculation, it may be due to your pelvic muscles. You're going to need this pelvic muscle up. You're going to need this Kegel stimulator to strengthen it. Okay. Very good. All right. I hope that helped. And I hope I explained the abdominal muscle, how the pelvic muscle is related to abdominal muscle related to the diaphragm. Okay, very good. Very good. So let's go on to the next question. I always find the best questions come from when I do YouTube Live. So Bruce Conlin, thanks for asking that question. Hello, Adam. Hello, Adam Khan. And let's see, we have another question here. Okay, so Sean Pierce— hi Sean, uh, are you still here? Sean, are you still here? Let me know if you're still here in the comments. Sean Pierce, um, says has been on lisinopril and have been having weak erection. My doctor recommended improving cardio health, which has helped. Also using a penis pump. Awesome, awesome, Sean. Um, has helped but still not consistently strong even with ED meds. Yeah, so, um, uh, when you say improving cardio health, I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to. Um, but, uh, well, you're talking about diet, exercise as well too, or just really more exercise, right? Because you, because you, you have to, um, you have to, uh, um, so if you're having weak erection and you're on high blood pressure medicine, lisinopril is not a bad medication. Um, uh, it, it decreases blood pressure, but it's not one of those, uh, one that will affect your erection, uh, heavily. Uh, but it does impact it some. But if you want to improve the quality of your erection, you need to use the penis pump, which you are, but you need to use the penis pump every day. Okay. Every day for 10 minutes, twice a day. You need to do the Kegel, uh, machine that I just talked about using the Kegel machine, because the Kegel machine is going to help with your erection, but you're also going to need to follow the Mediterranean diet. Follow the Mediterranean diet, which focuses on eat what the earth grows for you. Don't eat anything in a box or a can. It focuses on lean meat like chicken, fish, pork, less of the red meat, and vegetables, vegetables and fruit. And you're allowed to have 2 slices of bread a day, and you're allowed to have You're allowed to have also a glass of red wine a day as well too. All right, so for be— cardio health means you need to follow the Mediterranean diet. You need a Mediterranean diet, is recommended by the American Health Association, American Heart Association, as well as the American Diabetic Association to lower blood sugar and also lower blood pressure as well. And the fourth thing is sleep. You need to sleep 7 hours at nighttime between 10:00 PM and 6:00 PM. I know, I'm a night owl too. So you need to kind of get at least 7 hours at night from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. And then the fourth is stress management, managing stress, all right? Managing stress. Managing stress at home, either through meditation or through doing things that relaxes you. Now, how do you know you're stressed? Well, sometimes you have an Apple Watch or one of the monitor that is called HeartMath that you can wear, that you can actually wear on your wrist or on your ear, and it actually will monitor your heart rate variance, and heart rate variance will indicate your stress. Okay. It will indicate your stress level. There's also a saliva test that you can get that also will indicate your stress level as well. So that is what, how you know you, uh, uh, or stress. But the 4 pillars of, uh, what, 4 pillars to reverse, uh, ED is diet, Mediterranean diet. 2, exercise, uh, at least 30 minutes, um, uh, 30 minutes 3 to 5 times a week. All right, the more the better. 30 minutes, that's even just mean walking, the 30 minutes of walking every day. All right, you don't have to go to gym, but better you go to gym if you do some weights. You do some high-intensity interval workout. And then third is sleep, 7 hours at night. Fourth is stress management. It's hard for men to know if they're stressed or not because we lead kind of stressful life nowadays. So essentially connect with nature. If you go walking outside, Every day for about 30 minutes, you connect with nature. When you're outside, there's trees and so forth. It gives out oxygen. You can breathe oxygen better. That's better. And then do things that relaxes you. Do things that you enjoy, that makes you happy. Okay. That makes you happy, that make you feel at peace. All right. And then, what did I say? So those are the 4 pillars. So, and then also a penis pump and then the Kegel exerciser. Okay. Now that is going to uplevel, it's going to help your erection. All right. So that is what I would recommend for anyone that is on blood pressure medicine or anyone that is like Shawn that's on lisinopril. Is noticing weaker erection. Now you can do all of that in conjunction with your ED meds. I was— I like taking Cialis daily, about 5 to 10 milligrams daily. But you should do that without taking ED meds and see what happened. Okay. And see what happened first because you want to restore natural erection and not erection with medication. All right, so I hope that helped, Sean, because that's a very common question that we get asked, because oftentimes you don't know what to do. There's a lot of information out there, right? You don't know what to do. And sometimes the information on the internet are misleading and not even true. And that's why my mission is here to make sexual health information accessible for men, easily understand and, um, to let you know that you, uh, don't have to live with ED. There are, uh, solutions to ED without implant, without medication. And sometimes the solution is so easy, you're like, oh my God, you know, uh, it's so easy. Yeah. And it's, it's right in your face, and you don't even have to spend a lot of money, and except for maybe a penis pump. And, uh, Kegel exerciser. But the solution is there, guys. That's why I want to share the valuable information with you because I had a spouse that had ED and I know what it's like not to perform and how it affects a relationship and the man personality and wellbeing. And I have helped him get out of ED through using the 4 pillars that I have just mentioned, which is use diet, which is Mediterranean diet to get out of ED, exercise, and then sleep and stress management. Okay. So, You can do it. It takes, it takes consistency. It takes persistence and it takes dedication. All right. It's like weight loss. It's almost like weight loss. All right. You have to be consistent. You have to work at it, guys. But you will see results if you follow the 4 pillars of diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management. You will see results within 90 days. Sometimes as soon as 6 weeks. I have seen that. I've seen my patients improve as soon as 6 weeks, just changing those 4 pillars. So Sean, I hope that helped. That's a good question there. And another related question, well, it's a very general question. This is from Adam Khan. This is from Adam Khan. I am struggling with ED, so what should I do? Well, if you're struggling with ED, um, uh, just know that ED is very common, all right? 50% of men over 50 have, um, uh, ED, period, all right? Uh, and, and 60% of men over 60 have ED. So, uh, it rises as you get older. And 70% of men, uh, 70% of men that are over 70 have ED. Okay, so you're not in the minority, you're in the majority. If you're 50, 50% of your friends have a problem with ED and they're probably taking ED medication. That's number one. Number two is that if you start early when you know you have ED, it's easier to fix. ED is fixable. ED is reversible. You don't have to live with it and you don't have to depend upon ED medication for your erection. It's almost like taking ED— it's like taking a medication to help you blink. All right. Because erection for a man is the most natural thing that, that your body is programmed to do. Okay. It's complex. It involves 6 systems. It's complex, but your body is programmed to do that.. If you throw in medication in it, it throws in a wrench in the wheel. So your body at demand is programmed to have erection. All right. So know that. And number 2, know that, you know, that when you— that ED is common. That's number 1. And so if you're struggling with ED, you know, the first thing is I want you to start looking at what you're doing. I don't want— I want you to start doing looking at yourself, all right, and be honest with yourself. How is your diet, right? Uh, are you eating processed food? What's processed food? Any food that is in the bag or a can, all right? Eat what the earth give you, which is to follow the Mediterranean diet, okay? So you, you need to do— you need to do a self-evaluation. Say, okay, what am I eating? Am I eating hamburgers, hot dogs every day? Am I eating fast food every day? How's my diet? And so if you're eating stuff that's out of a bag or a can, even hamburger is not great because it will elevate your cholesterol because of the buns. And so you want to eat more lean meat. So Mediterranean diet, It's essentially lean meat, chicken, fish, pork, and then red meat. You can have red meat like twice a week. And then more vegetables. Fill your plate with half of vegetables and fruit instead of eating cake or pastries or donuts. Remember, the Earth do not grow donut. Earth do not grow pastries. Earth do not grow cookies. Right? Uh, Earth do not grow ice cream, right? So, uh, you— the main thing, eat what the Earth grows for you. All right, that's what I say. All right, um, and when you go shopping, shop on the outside aisle of the grocery store because that's where all the fruits and vegetables and the meats are usually, um, um, in the, uh, the, you know, the rear, um of the store. And so that's number 1. And then number 2, are you exercising? To be honest with yourself, are you exercising at least 3 times a week? Right? Are you exercising 3 times a week? And then what's your weight? Your BMI? So what you do, there's a formula. Look up the formula, BMI, basal metabolic index, BMI. Look it up and evaluate what— You put in your height and then your weight in pounds, and it's going to give you a BMI. You're over 30 BMI, that means you're obese, and then you need to lose some weight. Because when you're overweight, your blood pressure is high. And then also you have having risk factors such as diabetes and high cholesterol. The key point is diet and then exercise, even just walking is good. You don't need to go to gym, but exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week if you can for at least 30 minutes. And number 3 is sleep, 7 hours of sleep between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM because that's when your body heal physically and mentally as well. And then number 4 is stress management. All right. How do you manage your stress? Do things that relaxes you. Do things that you enjoy. Most men do play golf or meditation or exercise as a form of relaxation or spending time with people that you care about that makes you happy. That's a form of relaxation. If you start with those three and do a self-inspect— evaluation of what you're doing, then you're going to go a long way. I also would suggest that you use a penis pump. Okay, uh, do use a penis pump, um, every day if you have an ED. The first equipment you should buy is the penis pump. All right, the penis pump. And, uh, because if you're, uh, not using the penis pump, you're essentially— it's essentially you're, you're not using the right equipment. I'd rather you take a penis pump Use the penis pump more than you take supplements. Okay, so, uh, use the penis pump, uh, and also, uh, um, yeah, I would start with that first. I know it's a lot, but the first thing you can— it doesn't cost you anything to change your diet, right? To be more aware what you're eating and to be honest with yourself. All right, most men just want their erection back but want to do, uh, very little. Well, something as important as your Sex life deserves your focus, your dedication, your effort to reverse it. Okay. So, Adam, start with that first before you start buying this supplement from Africa, this supplement from India. Start with that first, along with the penis pump. Okay. All right. Mediterranean diet. In fact, let me give you a QR code. No, not QR code. I will give you the Mediterranean diet. I think it's— here it is, eat4noed.com. Eat4noed.com. And then you can download the Mediterranean diet and follow that. Um, uh, there you can download that. You could download that and, um, uh, it will show— it will, it will— I will give you a PDF of the Mediterranean diet. So please download that. Um, Sean, um, is it Sean? Uh, oh no, it's, uh, yeah, so Adam, Adam, please download that, uh, to start with because studies have shown that diet and exercise work much better than ED medication. In fact, exercise alone beat Viagra in head-to-head studies. All right. So that tells you a lot. All right. But do we hear about it on big news media? No, because pharma is controlling the narrative. All right. And so I'm just telling you now that exercise beat Viagra, and exercise and diet double beat Viagra. Okay? So something to think about. All right? All right? I hope that helped, Adam. Okay. I hope that helped there. And so Force Thaiat said, thanks, "for doing what you do." Thank you. I appreciate that. I appreciate that. Because I have somebody that I love, my husband, suffer with ED. I know what it's like for the man and for the spouse as well. So I want to make information accessible and help you guys understand how to get out of ED because there's a lot of misinformation out there. There's a lot of gimmicks out there and I want to give you things that work, that is proven to work by research. So I've been there as well. So thank you for being here. Thanks for that feedback. It really makes my heart warm because we put in a lot of effort to put out this information for you all. And it will mean the world to me if you subscribe to our channel, if you haven't already, which is @DrAnneTruong MD. And download the, um, and, and, um, subscribe to our newsletter, uh, as well too. I don't know what our newsletter, uh, we have a newsletter that we put out every week, but if you just download, um, if you just download, um, the Good Morning Wood Smoothie, yeah, just go and go type in Good Morning Wood Smoothie If you just download that, you will be automatically opted into our newsletter. Okay? So just download the Good Morning Wood Smoothie and we'll put you in the newsletter as well. Okay? And because it would mean the world to me if you guys do that. Okay. All right. So thank you for that feedback, Tyann. And Sean said thank you. Good, good, good, good, good. Okay. Okay. So here Anthony Porter asked, I don't have any more sperm. Nothing comes out. No feeling down there and mental stimulation. I'm not sure what meaning mental stimulation. Well, first of all, are you talking about sperm or you're talking about semen? So as you said, you know, I don't have any more sperm coming out. So I assume you're talking about semen. And so there's several reasons why if you're not able to, not able to get enough semen, right? It could even be dehydration. It could be that your prostate is enlarged. It could be something going on with your testicles. It could be that your pelvic muscles are weak and it's not able to expel out the semen volume. And it could also be that your testosterone level is low. So if you're not able to ejaculate, then you really need to be evaluated by a urologist. You need to look at your prostate size, need to look at your testicles, need to look at your testosterone blood level and get your pelvic muscle checked. Because sometimes you have weak pelvic muscle that you're not able to expel out the semen from the prostate. Because semen is stored in the prostate and it needs to be literally, pfft, expelled out during ejaculation, but if your pelvic muscles are weak, it's not going to be able to do that. So that is number one recommendation there. I'm not sure what you mean by mental stimulation, because if you're— guys, if you're feeling that you are less aroused or your libido is low, your libido is low, you're not as aroused when you're with you know, the sex that you're not aroused with, someone that usually you're aroused with, then one, you know, get your testosterone level checked. You need to know what your testosterone level is because testosterone affects libido. And then two, if you're watching porn, stop it, because sometimes porn will affect your arousal mechanism that starts in your brain. Right? So porn is now more common, more easily accessible now, right? Because you can watch porn on your phone now. It's more easily accessible. And porn will mess up with your arousal mechanism in your brain. If you don't get aroused in your brain here, nothing's going to go down below the belt. Nothing, right? Because an erection starts with arousal first. And so, but you're not getting aroused, check your testosterone level. Check your— if you're doing porn, stop porn. And then also, also the other thing too is, are you depressed? Are you anxious? You're depressed and anxious, then that's going to affect arousal as well too. Are you stressed? Because when you're stressed, that's going to also affect arousal. All right. And so there are several things that affect that because there are 6 systems that stimulate an erection, and the brain is the largest sexual organ. The brain, your brain is the largest sexual organ that stimulates an erection. Right? Not your penis. It has to start in your brain. That's why you have morning wood. Morning wood happen when you're asleep. When you're asleep, your brain is relaxed. You're relaxed. You're not thinking about things that stresses you out. You're not depressed. You're not anxious. You're relaxing and you're in deep sleep. That's why morning wood happen because you're totally relaxed. And also your body start to make testosterone at nighttime and the peak level of your testosterone is actually around 7:00 AM. So, the point that I'm trying to make here is that you're aroused when you're relaxed. The more relaxed you are, the more aroused you will be. And that the brain is the largest sexual organ, so everything has to start in the brain. All right. How do you get aroused? You get aroused by 6 senses, 5 senses. So through touching, right? Touch. Through seeing, through smell, through what you eat. Your food will actually affect your arousal mechanism and also your ears, what you hear, right? Those are the sensory feedback that will send messages to your brain. Right, a message to your brain, which then is processed through your emotional status. Like, are you depressed? Are you anxious? Are you relaxed? That gets processed through it. And then the hormones in your brain gets released, which then gets released, would then send messages to the nerve in the back of your brain, which then travel down to your heart, which then pumps higher and then open up your blood vessels and then, and then to your penis. So the penis is the last organ, but everything starts here. 3 steps starts in here in the brain. So I can't tell you how important your mental status is and relaxation is to, to having an erection. The more relaxed you are, the better your erection is. The more relaxed, the better the erection. And so that's why you have morning wood. In fact, you have about 3 to 6 morning— actually, not morning wood, 3 to 6 erections while you're sleeping without even knowing it. So it's important how the brain impact upon the erection. All right. So, and sometimes when you have no feeling down there, Anthony, it could be a sign of also low testosterone as well too. And sometimes when you're masturbating too forcefully, that can affect feeling down there as well too. How much too forcefully? When you start having bruising, when you start having swelling in your penis, that's probably too much forcefully right there. Okay. So Anthony, I hope that helped. I hope that helped for you there. And I hope that helped. And Patrick Johnson said, thanks for helping me with my fear of the doctor. Ah, there's nothing to fear about, Doctor. We're here to help you guys. All right. Um, and as well, so my, my point, uh, here is that, um, um, my point here is that, you know, guys, you know, uh, your sexual health is important, but it's very common to start losing it as you get older or as you, you get busy, right? And So if you start working on reversing your ED when it's early, the chance of getting it back 100% is a lot easier than if you wait 10 years. If you wait until ED medicine stops working, well, by that time, there's too much damage by then. It's like fixing your car. Right? It's like fixing your car. When you fix your car, you want to fix it when it first having problem. You don't want to wait until you driving and the smoke start coming out of your car, right? So take care of your body like you would take care of your car, and you will find out it goes a long way. Okay? So I hope that I can make that clear to you all. And don't try to chase after a shiny object. Okay? Don't try to chase after something new, something like improve. Our body, a man's body, it's innate program. You are programmed to have an erection and it It is one of the oldest systems in the body. All right. So, your body wants to have you have an erection. So, you don't want to add anything different in your body for your erection. And so, you don't want to have that struggling with that. Okay. So you need to know that. You need to know to start with your ED, fixing your ED early. And you want to— that way you can get full reversal. If you wait too late, it's going to be too— it will be hard to reverse it. Nothing is impossible. I work with a man and he had, um, uh, he had ED for 40 years and were able to reverse his ED for functioning, um, again. Um, so, uh, nothing is, is, uh, impossible, but it takes work. One thing I want to point out to you is that you can reverse your ED, but it takes work from you. Yes, you, you have to put in the work, right? Even if you come and see me in the office I can boost you and get things started, but you still have to put in the work. You have to put in the work of eating better, of exercising, of sleeping, and then stress reduction. You do all that, things are going to come up, you're going to reverse it. But you don't, it may not, right? Because we all want an easy button, but our body is not cooperating with that because our body is a lot older than the computer and an easy button., right? And so the key here is that you got to put in the work, but how important that is to you, okay? That is the point that I want to make, okay? And so, all right, all right, let me see what else is up here. Um, so, um, okay, yeah, all right. So this is an interesting question here. Libo Grande asks, uh, as a 35-year-old man Who hasn't had sex in 3 years going on 4. What step would you recommend I should take to ease back to a healthy sexual life? I don't have ED, or at least I hope I don't. Well, that's good. Thank you for sharing, Libo. You're 35, and I hope that you're in good health. I hope that you're not obese. Obese means BMI over 30. I hope you don't have high blood pressure. That you don't have diabetes, and I hope that you don't have high cholesterol. If you do, if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, you can just follow the Mediterranean diet and exercise to reverse those 3 conditions. All right? I'm just assuming you're a healthy guy. But if you do have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes, then just follow the Mediterranean diet and exercise. You will reverse that. Because you're young, you can reverse that. All right. And if you haven't had sex 3, 4 years, I hope you're not watching porn because porn will mess your arousal mechanism up. All right. So what step would you recommend to ease back into a healthy sexual life? What step is— if you're still having morning wood, it's a good sign. Okay. If you're still having morning wood, it's a good sign. If you're not having morning wood, then it's not great. But either way, I would suggest you use a penis pump. Okay, uh, uh, Libo, I would suggest you use a penis pump, uh, 3 times a week. It's more like a maintenance. All right, uh, I would suggest, uh, you, uh, use a penis pump to kind of train, exercise your penis, uh, train, exercise your penis to show what it's like to have an erection. I don't know, you masturbate, but there's nothing wrong with masturbation. Masturbation is like exercising your penis, right? So use the penis pump to exercise your penis, right? And clear the pipe once a week. Nothing wrong with masturbation, clearing the pipes, right? You want to clear the pipe once a week and then use the pump about 3 times a week to get you— that way your penis knows what it's like. To have an erection. And, and because when you do the penis pump, it's going to prevent atrophy or shrinkage of the penis. It's going to prevent scar tissue because you haven't had an erection in a while, your penis will start having scar tissue that gets developed inside the muscle and it actually prevents it from getting an erection. So You know, the phrase you use it or lose it, it's so true for your penis. You don't use it, you're actually going to find that you're going to lose it. All right. So you really need to retrain your penis again to have an erection. How do you do that? Using the penis pump. And using the penis pump is number one. And then Number 2 is, you know, masturbate once a week to clear the pipes. Check to see if you have morning wood or not. Most likely you are. And you're good with that. You know, just make sure that you follow the— eat the Mediterranean diet. I would recommend you do a Mediterranean diet. Mediterranean diet will also help with your erection, but also help you lose weight. Sleep 7 hours at least at nighttime, all right? And stress management, okay? Uh, uh, decrease your stress, all right? Um, those are the things that I would recommend, uh, for you right now, Libo, to do is that you— those, those 4 things, you know, uh, Mediterranean diet, exercise, uh, sleep stress, use the penis pump 3 times a week and clear the pipe once a week as well. Why do you want to clear the pipe? You want to clear the pipe because you don't want the prostate to just be inactive because the prostate is what stores semen. And if you don't ejaculate, it's just going to get bogged up in the prostate. So you want to kind of clear it. All right. That's why I call clearing the pipe. Nothing wrong with masturbation. In fact, masturbation is an innate feeling. Your body said you need to exercise your penis and clear the pipe. It's just been so ingrained in the past thousands of years that it's wrong or abnormal, but it's not at all. Um, it's not at all. So Libo says, I am obese, uh, I don't have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, I'm exercising, I'm following weight loss. Good, good. If you follow— if you follow a weight loss program, you're good, right? Yeah. And exercise. And, and now just add a penis pump, uh, now just add a penis pump to use, uh, um And you can get the penis pump at our store at ednomore.com to get the penis pump. And once you get the penis pump, start using it and you'll be good. But you know, one thing for you is in your favor is that you're young. When you're young, you can reverse things easier than when you're older. When you're older, it just takes more time. It takes more time when you're older and it's, you know, so start now, right? I'm glad that you're on a weight loss program, awesome. And if you do the things that I recommend, following the Mediterranean diet, the exercise, the sleep, and the stress management along with penis pump, then you should be good, all right? You'll be good. No, don't, do not take ED medication. Right? Because once you take ED medication, it is like a black hole. Right? It's a black hole, and it's going to start messing up your own system and how you get an erection. So keep it clean, keep it natural, do the work. Right, Libo? You do the work, you will see results. You will see result. But it takes work. It takes hard work from you. I'm not going to say— well, I wouldn't say hard work. I would say consistent effort from you to be consistent. Remember, it only takes 6 weeks to do something to become a habit. Only 6 weeks. So you don't have to You don't have to think that it's going to take a lot more. So testosterone supplement, I suggest you take Libido Plus, which is available in our store at ednomore.com. All right. So ednomore.com is where we have our supplements. We sell supplements called Libido Plus, which is good for, which is good for increasing testosterone and libido, and then the penis pump. Usually I recommend the very hard bundle, which is Libido Plus, nitric oxide. I'm sorry, the TruFlow protocol, which is Libido Plus, which increase your testosterone, nitric oxide, which increase blood flow, and the penis pump. That's a triad. Those are the things that you should be taking. Uh, Libo is, it's called the TruFlow. So we have that in our store at ednomore.com. So TruFlow protocol, uh, you can, uh, get the, all of that. Okay. And so the supplement I recommend has everything that you need to improve improve, to increase your testosterone level as well as also a little bit of stress management as well because we do put some ingredients in there for stress management. All right. So having said that, thank you for being with me today on the live today. We are— let me know if Saturday is a good time versus Monday.
