Okay, let's go live. Okay, Russell, can you tell Franz that we need to upgrade on our Twitter account to go live? Hello there. Hello there. Let's go live. Okay. Very good. Okay. Very good. Very good. Hello. I hope you guys have a good Wednesday. April Fool's Day. April Fool's Day there. Okay. And so this is not April Fool's. I'm actually live. This is not— AI Me. I'm actually live here, and I'm planning to go live more often to offer you guys support. And so we are here to ask any question that you may have. So put your comment on the— put your questions on either you're watching from YouTube or Facebook, type your questions in and I should be able to see it. How's everybody doing today? How's everybody doing today? All right, very good. So I see people from I see everyone here from YouTube and also from Facebook. That's awesome. If you have any questions, you put it on there. If not, I'm just going to start answering some questions that we have in our group. And so a common question I get asked is, what's the number one cause of ED? What causes ED? What causes ED? And that's a very, very common question that our men ask us. So studies have shown that men— this is a study that was done in 1994. 40% of men over 40 have ED, 50% of men over 50 have ED, and 60% of men over 60 have ED, and 70% over 70 years old have ED. Now, that's kind of like— so essentially, the older you get, the more likelihood you're going to get ED, and the more severe you're going to get ED. Okay, so that means if you're 50 years old, half of your guy friends have ED, They just don't tell you that. Okay. That's number one. So what's the number one cause of ED? And you'll be surprised at the answer I'm going to give you. You will be very, very surprised. The number one cause is usually reversible causes. Okay. It's usually reversible causes because it's usually due to your lifestyle. So alcohol, right? Alcohol. Too much alcohol will ruin your sex life. How much is too much? More than 2 drinks a day or more than 14 drinks a week. OK, so number 1 is really alcohol. Number 2 is smoking. Smoking. There's no amount of smoking, even 1 or 2 cigarettes is bad enough. Because smoking, alcohol and smoking are foreign substances that doesn't belong in your body. Your body don't make alcohol, your body don't make nicotine. So when you're putting something that's foreign in your body, your body's going to respond badly to it. Does that make sense? OK. So your body's going to respond very poorly to it. And that's why it— it becomes inflammation and then it starts to damage blood flow. And then number 3 is usually due to diabetes, right? Diabetes is really high blood sugar. But what is it from? It's from your diet. If you're eating a poor diet or diet that is high in sugar, like, you know, pastries, bread, pasta, and processed food. Processed foods, anything that is in a box or a can, right? So diabetes is reversible. Adult-onset diabetes is reversible. You don't have to have that, contend with diabetes. You take medication, when you take medication, you still have diabetes. Doesn't mean that your diabetes is gone, because when you don't take the medication, your diabetes comes back. But how you can manage diabetes is to watch what you eat, to follow the Mediterranean diet. So the Mediterranean diet is powerful not only in managing your blood sugar, but it's also helpful for managing— helping you with your sex life as well. So, Roslyn, can you put the banner link to the Mediterranean diet so they you can download it. If you don't have the Mediterranean diet on the screen, I'm going to put the link as well as the QR code here that's going to appear on my right shoulder that you can scan to get the Mediterranean diet. And so another reversible cause is high blood pressure. High blood pressure, it's usually due to being overweight, is usually due to not exercising, and also your diet, okay, affect how your blood pressure is. And it usually happen when you're older, and sometimes it may happen when you're younger, and that's usually due to stress. If you're young, how young is young? Probably under 40, and it's usually due to stress. Make sure you also put the QR code too. I don't know if that's the right QR code or not, but it's the right— that is a very long link for the Mediterranean diet. Is there a shorter link for the Mediterranean diet? I think there is. I think there is. So see if you can find a shorter link to the Mediterranean diet so they can download, or just check out the QR code. So make sure, Roslyn, the QR code is correct. OK, so— or what you can do, you can put that link— Roslyn, put that link in the comment. Put that link in the comment. Well, actually, you want to put the link that we put on YouTube in the comments. So go ahead and just remove that link, the banner. Go ahead and remove the banner, Rosalyn. All right, because that's just too much for anyone to download. All right. Very good. So we should have a URL link. That's usually probably in the YouTube description. Maybe John can help you get that link. All right. So what reversible causes of ED? So the question is, what causes ED? Right? Usually it is your lifestyle. So alcohol, smoking, right? Alcohol, smoking, your diet, having a diet full of blood sugar or processed food, and diabetes, which is reversible if you follow the Mediterranean diet. And also, and also the— okay. And high blood pressure and obesity. Okay. But so guys, interestingly, these causes are reversible. They are reversible. So it's not like it's inevitable or it's something that you get when you get older. No, it's reversible. It's just, you don't know what's causing ED. And I can tell you porn, porn, it's affecting younger men more than ever for ED because Russell, take out the comment for the link to the Google Drive for the Mediterranean diet. Can you take that out? Thank you. Good. Good. OK. So porn is the number one— it's almost contributing— if you're young, young being less than 35, because porn messes up with how your brain processes to be aroused, to be aroused so that way you can get in the mood and to stimulate your erection, right? So that's what porn does. It messes with your processing of initiation of your erection in the brain. And then also vaping, you know, vaping can involve nicotine, can involve marijuana in it as well, or maybe a mix of both. Now remember, those are foreign substances that doesn't belong in your body. Your body doesn't make nicotine. Your body doesn't make marijuana. So if you're giving your body something foreign, it's going to react negatively to it. Does it make sense? Right? So if you're young, it's usually due to— ED is usually due to porn and vaping and probably sedentary activity, such as poor diet or not exercising because you're sitting— you may be playing a lot of video games or you're working. You're sitting in front of the computer all day long. And you're not exercising as much. So if you're young, if you're young, you know, between 30 and 40, and you want to continue to have good sexual function, to be able to have, you know, be able to have a good sex life to the day you're 80, what do you do? What do you do, right? You eat a good Mediterranean, follow the Mediterranean diet. You follow the Mediterranean diet and you exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week. You don't have to even go to the gym. You just do your own body weight or just walk 30 minutes a day. When I say the Mediterranean diet, when I say the Mediterranean diet, Then, okay, so you just go to eat4noed.com for the Mediterranean diet. Eat4noed.com. So if you follow the Mediterranean diet, it's essentially eat what the earth gave you. That's what the Mediterranean diet is. Eat what the earth gave you. Eat fish, eat chicken. You can eat meat, but not as much. I know some people said, oh, meat's great. It's great. It's great. Want to eat it every day. Red meat. I'm talking about red meat. Okay. Eat what the earth grows for you. The earth doesn't grow pastries. The earth doesn't grow cookies. Right. The earth doesn't grow bread. But you could have multigrain bread. You know, Mediterranean allows you to have 2 a day of that. Potatoes are great. Potatoes are a great carbohydrate. Okay. So the question is, if you're young, how do you continue to have good sexual activity? Follow the Mediterranean diet. Exercise about 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. Get good sleep, at least 7 hours of straight sleep a night. And stress reduction, meaning don't let stress bother you so much. Now stress is a perception. Stress is from your thought. You get stress from your thought. Right? Right? So it really comes from you. So, and we all have different types of stressors, right? So when you feel like you're stressed or you're not able to concentrate, then maybe you should exercise. That will also— can you put that link, the Mediterranean diet, the Eat for No Ed in the comment? As well too. All right. OK, so Rosalyn, can you do that? Put the link in there. And so the main thing— put in the comment as well. The main thing is those 4 pillars. OK. Right. And you're like my husband sometimes. You know, how do you know you're stressed, right? You know you're stressed when you are not sleeping well, you are constantly trying to eat carbs, you start gaining weight, and you start getting distracted. And oftentimes now that you have these, like, Apple Watch or the heart rate monitor, when you're stressed, your heart rate goes up, actually. Your heart rate goes up. And if you have one of the Apple Watch or one of the Oura Rings, it picks up your heart rate variance, which shows your stress. So sometimes stress is a physiological response. But no, guys, the stress really comes from your thought. Okay? Stress comes from your thought and how you perceive the situation. You know, the way our body is made is that stress is good for us if it's short-term. Is it short-term? But stress is not good for us if it's lasting more than 6 weeks. Because when that happens, when that happens, your body starts to physically responds to the stress, which is not good. Your body will respond to the stress, which then cause high blood pressure, which then cause weight gain, which then lower your testosterone level. It will then interrupt your sleep, interrupt your focus as well. So stress kind of cause an overall mess up of all your testosterone, also affect your thyroid as well too. So interestingly affect your thyroid. So the bottom line is ED is not an inevitable part of getting older. Okay? So you guys get that, right? You can control your sexual function as you get older. Swear to God. It's like how you control how you're not able to gain weight, right? With exercise and what you eat. And I just mentioned, if you're right now in your 20s, 30s, 40s, even 50s, things that you need to do now to maintain your sexual function, Mediterranean diet, Exercise 3 to 4 times a week, sleep 7 hours at night, and know when you're stressed and reduce the stress. How do you reduce the stress? Easy. Reduce the stress by— reduce the stress by exercise and also spend time with the people that you feel good about to spend time with. And people that you don't feel good about, you know, that make you feel negative, you don't need them in your life. All right. So sometimes the most complex questions are the simplest answer. All right. So if you're watching this, I just literally gave you the steps on how to have— continue to have sexual activity for the rest of your life. It's really that easy. It doesn't need you to come and see me. No, I'm giving you everything. You watch my YouTube channel and I hope that you're a subscriber. If you're watching this, if you watch my YouTube channel, I give you the Mediterranean diet. I talk about exercise. I don't want to make it complex for you. It's literally simple. And then sleep 7 hours at night. And if you have a hard time sleeping, stop caffeine at around 5:00 PM, anything that has caffeine in it, and try to take melatonin. And magnesium. So melatonin, magnesium together help with that. And if you need to get a good melatonin or magnesium, go to our store at ednomore.com. Can you put that link to get the melatonin and magnesium? Our store is at ednomore.com to get that. And then stress reduction is just know that when you're stressed, Exercise, meditation, yoga, and sometimes just spending time in nature. All right? Spending time in nature will help with that as well, too. I find that if I feel stressed, then doing yoga or exercise is very helpful for me. All right. I hope that was helpful in answering that question. And it doesn't involve you buying any technology, or it doesn't involve you buying anything expensive. It's actually all free because you got to eat anyway, right? Exercise is free. But I want to make an insert in there. I want to insert about the penis pump. All right. Now, of course, you got to spend the time and the money to buy the penis pump. But the penis pump, think of the penis pump as your exerciser. All right. And so how you exercise your body, well, you also got to exercise your penis as well, too. And you can use the penis pump when you don't have ED, because when you use the penis pump, you don't have ED. It keeps it healthy, right? It keeps it healthy. And if you do have ED, if you use the penis pump, then it's gonna rehab it to make it working again, along with the 4 pillars that I talk about, which is the diet, the exercise, the sleep, and the stress reduction. So ED, it's just not one thing that you do. You need to do those 4 pillars that I talk about. So I want to insert in the penis pump as well. And you can get the penis pump at ednomore.com. Okay. Let's take some questions. People are coming in. I, Lou Gotti, said doing good will be working on my goal of exercising consistently. Good for you. Good for you. I'm proud of you. And if you guys are listening to this, literally, I just given you the formula on how to continue to have sexual activity to the day you die. It is possible. You can be in your 80s and still be able to have an erection. It is not— well, it's kind of like how people live up to 100 years old, right? Yeah, it's not common, but it takes work. But it definitely takes work, right? It definitely takes work. So good job, Lugadi. And Patrick says, do doctors measure down there? Not necessarily, not necessarily, unless it's a problem, Patrick. So along with your question, I want to also answer probably a question that most men think about, because 87%, studies have shown that 87% of men think that they're smaller compared to other men. That's actually untrue. It's actually untrue. All right, so there was a study that looked at 20,000 men of all races, all different from different countries all over the world, and they look at what is the average size of a man's penis flaccid when he's not erect and then when he is erect. Okay, so when you're not erect or flaccid, it's usually about 3 inches. All right, when you are erect is 5.5 inches. Okay, yes, so it's about 3 inches when you're not erect. When you're erect, it's 5.5 inches for the length. And for the girth, it's 4. For the girth, when you're erect is 4.75 inches. 4 inches and 3/4 circumference, right around like this, and then what the length is 5, uh, and a half. So, uh, if you are that size, and how do you measure? You measure from the base of your penis, uh, to the end, to the tip when you're erect, and then when you're not erect, you measure the same. And if you're around that number You're average. Average means average. You're around that number. You're at the 50% top. You know, you're at average. So most men think that they should be, you know, 8, 9 inches. That's more like porn. All right. And that's not normal. 8, 9 inches. It's really more the top 1% or 0.5%. And And to tell you honestly, there was a study that looked at women, what size vibrator women get. Guess what size vibrator that women buy the most? What size vibrator that women enjoy and buy the most? 5.5 inches. So if you're long, if you are, you know, 8, 9 inches or so, it may be uncomfortable for the woman. Because the vaginal canal can be only a certain length. So the longer you are, you're going to be hitting against her cervix, which is the opening of her uterus. You're going to be hitting against it, and it may cause her discomfort. Okay? So not necessarily. Longer or bigger is, you know, what women want sometimes. It's really, the average size of the vibrator is about 5.5. So, but if you're longer, then good for you. And so, it's What pleases women more is more the girth than the length, because the girth will stretch more of the vaginal opening, and the nerve that gives pleasure for women is just kind of inside the vaginal opening, about an inch inside the vaginal opening. The opening of the vagina and the nerve that gives her pleasure just by within an inch of the opening. So between length and girth, girth gives women more sensation. Too long will be uncomfortable for her. Okay, so that is— now guys, I want to keep this I want to keep this professional in the question. And, you know, I asked the question and I want to keep this professional. I want to keep this medical and— OK, I would appreciate it. OK, very good. OK, so that was a good question. Cynical Bastard says, speaking of sexual arousal, can a particular type of fetish cause ED later in years? Well, it depends on what type of fetish. It depends what type of fetish and how often you do it and in that scenario. So I don't know how to answer that question. It depends on the fetish and depends on how you process it. Okay. But there are multiple causes of ED. So I want you guys to consider that. Okay. So always consider the most obvious things, which is alcohol. Alcohol plays a big role in affecting your erection. Smoking. But smoking involves vaping as well too. Okay. So, and also sleep. Sleep can also affect your erection as well. Okay. All right. The question is, what is your advice to get rid permanently of prostatitis? Well, first of all, prostatitis means inflammation of the prostate. The prostate is a gland. What the prostate— let me tell you what the prostate does. The prostate is a gland about the size of a walnut, so about like this, okay? Like this. And it sits right underneath your bladder. Literally, it's like when your bladder comes out into the urethra, which is the tube where you urinate, the prostate just kind of circles around the urethra like that. And it's about the size of a walnut. It's about 30 grams. So when men get older, the prostate gets larger, more enlarged. Usually when you have inflammation of the prostate, alcohol can contribute to that, drinking alcohol. It could be infection. It could be a lot of causes. So you need to find out what the cause of that is. You have to go see your urologist to find out what the cause is, because if you don't know what the cause is, you can't really treat it. So there are multiple causes. It could be infection. Is it related to your diet? Is it related to a structural problem in your prostate? Like, is your prostate enlarged? Is the prostate structurally normal? And have you been tested for prostate cancer? Have your PSA been assessed? These are the things that a urologist will help you answer. And oftentimes you keep getting recurrent prostatitis, then you need to get an MRI of the prostate and see what that's about, right? And to see what that is. And oftentimes to even evaluate your semen. But all of that is evaluated with the urologist. What is the function of the prostate? The function of the prostate is to make semen. So you make sperm in the testicle, which then— the testicle has the tube that brings it up to the prostate, and the prostate makes the fluid that is mixed in with the sperm to then be able to protect the sperm as it travels to the vaginal canal. So essentially, it's a fluid to protect the sperm to survive. So it produces the fluid that bathes the sperm in. And that's its function. And interestingly, if you If you don't ejaculate, then the semen just stays in the prostate the whole time. And so oftentimes it kind of backs up because they keep making the semen, the seminal fluid, so it gets backed up. So if you're not ejaculating on a frequent basis, it just stays stagnant in the prostate. And so it'll be a good idea to be able to clean the pipes and clear that fluid by ejaculation at least once a week to kind of drain it out and keep it functioning. Okay. So either by yourself or with a partner, you want to kind of drain it out. To answer your question, find out the cause of your prostatitis and treat it. You may need an MRI. You may need a biopsy. So there are many causes, and I hope that you are seeing a urologist for this condition. I hope I answered your question, Gone XH. Any advice on type 2 diabetes? Diabetic. Well, we just talked about that. We just talked about that, Don Parker. Type 2 diabetic. Well, type 2 diabetic, it means adult onset diabetes. All right. Yeah, it's adult onset. And it's usually diabetes, believe it or not, is reversible. It is reversible. And you can reverse it by, by what you eat. All right. So I recommend that you follow the Mediterranean diet. The Mediterranean diet is recommended by the American Diabetic Association and by the American Heart Association to help lower the blood sugar from diabetes. And you can get the Mediterranean diet at the URL eat4noed.com. Eat4noed.com. Can you put that in the link again? But can you put that in the comment again? Eat4noed.com and download the Mediterranean diet. Okay. I'm telling you, it's essentially this diet is very, very easy to follow. It's essentially eat what the earth gives you. Right? The Earth gives you fish and pork and chicken and meat. Eat what the Earth gives you. Don't eat anything in a box or plastic. Right? Eat more vegetables. Fill your plate half with vegetables. Right? And eat potatoes instead of eating French fries. And Essentially, that's essentially it. So you can download the Mediterranean Diet Eat for No Ed. And what I may do is follow, subscribe to my channel, my YouTube channel, Truong Rehabilitation Center, Truong Rehabilitation Center, or type in my name, Dr. Anne Truong. Can you put my channel up on the— comment as well as in the banner, as well, Rosalyn. And what I want to do is I am going to have you guys— give you guys access to my custom app that's called Well World that will give you— it's like MyFitnessPal, where you can download it on your phone. And then every day, it will tell you or recommend what you can eat. And what you can eat, and I'll tell you, give you a grocery list and also cooking recipe as well. So we're going to make it available for you guys to kind of use it as an app for you, because I truly believe that if you know what to do, you can prevent aging. And if you're not a subscriber yet, I will mean the world to me if you are a subscriber as well. Okay. And so I'm— so Rosalyn reminded me to give— put access to our Well World app. Okay. So how type 2 diabetes— follow the Mediterranean diet and walk 30 minutes every other day or every day if you can. That is it. If you do that, you will lower your hemoglobin A1c. Your blood sugar will be much, much better. That's all you need to do. Honestly, that is all you need to do. And you're not only will be healthier, but you will be you will lose weight on top of that as well. Okay. And it's really, I know it's hard. It's hard to kind of watch what we eat sometimes, right? When we're so busy, but it's a conscious effort. And I have seen some of my patients follow the diet and they've lost like 30 pounds and the hemoglobin A1C going from 8 to like 5.4. Okay. And so what, if you start with that first and follow your hemoglobin A1c will change like around, your hemoglobin A1c will, it's a reflection of what your blood sugar is. Within the last 6 weeks. That's why doctors measure that, because it tells us what the average blood sugar is within the last 6 weeks. All right, so that is advice for type 2 diabetes. And also, I'll put this plug in. If you're on the— if your doctor put you on Zepbound, Wegovy, or Zempic, or Monjoro for diabetes, it does help as well, too. It does help. What those medication does is it essentially slows down the— the processing of food from your stomach. And therefore it prevents you from overeating or eating too much. Essentially, that's how it works. But if your doctor put you on that, that may help as well. Okay. And just know that when you're on those medication, one of the side effects is that it causes muscle loss. It causes muscle loss. So if you're on those medications, make sure that you do weights to prevent the muscle loss because people lose weight, but they end up losing muscle mass. So their body becomes floppy, flabby, flabby. I mean, they might become flabby. You can see it in their face as well. OK. All right. I hope I answered your question, Don Parker. Very good. OK. So how much water should I be drinking? OK. How much water should I be drinking? You should be drinking— that's a good question. So let's say you are— 200-pound man, you should be drinking 70% of your water of your weight in ounces. So if you are 200 pounds, you should be drinking 140 ounces of water. So 70% of your weight in ounces. So if you're 100 pounds, then you should drink 70 ounces. 70 ounces. They say between 70 to 80. Then, you know, I usually go on the lower part because I'm bad at drinking water myself. So around 70, 75% of your body weight in ounces. So that makes sense. So if you're 200 pounds, it's 170 100, I'm sorry, 140 ounces. And you're 100 pounds, it's 70 ounces. Right? And water can be, does not include coffee, does not include soda. The water is either iced tea or water, but does not include coffee. Because coffee is a diuretic. Coffee causes you to urinate. And that's not including alcohol. Alcohol is a diuretic, right? It causes you to urinate. So it's water, iced tea, lemonade. Yeah, lemonade or fruit juices as well. And you can probably get some fluid in smoothie as well. That brings me to like, You guys, you're on here, 11 of you are now watching. You should be making a Good Morning Wood Smoothie. I'll put that link in here. You should, Rosalyn, can you put the Good Morning Wood Smoothie? Yeah, goodmorningwoodsmoothie.com. Do we have a QR code for that? Goodmorningwoodsmoothie.com is where you can get the The Good Morning Wood Smoothie. And that has the ingredients that will not help you lose weight, but it helps with increasing blood flow, help increasing testosterone, and help you cleanse the toxic stuff out of your body. And it If you drink it for about 6 weeks, and if you drink it about 6 weeks and you follow the Mediterranean diet and exercise 30 minutes every other day, you will see morning wood coming back. You will see morning wood coming back. We have seen men in their 60s do this, and they're starting to notice morning wood coming back. So get the recipe at goodmorningwoodsmoothie.com. And you can make a smoothie every day and drink it. And that's part of your water intake. All right. I think it was Man Up 87 asked that question. All right. So make a smoothie and you can decide to add water. You can decide to add almond milk or milk. Whatever type of fluid you like in there. Okay. And it's very easy to make and you can literally do it in like 5 minutes. Okay. All right. So get the recipe for Good Morning Wood Smoothie and add that into your daily allowances for your water intake. Okay. And All right. Was that good? And man up, 87th. All right. Charlie. No, Charl— Charlfee. Charlfee here. I said pumpkin seeds are good for manhood. Nuts are good for manhood. All right. Nuts, any type of nuts, but particularly pumpkin seeds is good. Almond, walnut are good. And the nuts with the highest fiber content, like almond, walnut, pistachio, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, they're good. So nuts are good as a snack. So if you need a snack, then eat these pumpkin seed or sunflower seed or almond or walnut, all those nuts instead of eating potato chips. And then what's good about these nuts is that it has fiber in it. So it fills you up also. It could also be a good snack that fills you up. So that way you don't binge out on a bag of potato chips. Right? Trust me, I love potato chips. As well, too. But they're just not good for you on a daily basis because it has all that oil in there. And so you can make your own potato chip by, you know, potatoes are good. Whole potatoes are good to cut into little slices and put some olive oil on there or avocado oil, spray avocado oil on there. On the potato slices, put a little bit of salt and pepper. That's your chip. That's your homemade chip. Put it in the air fryer. Put it in the air fryer for maybe 10 minutes and longer if you want to be more crispy and cook it to your tolerance. That's your homemade chip, guys. Right. Don't buy the chip that is in the bag because it has a lot of preservative. Has a lot of fat. And the oils that are good for you are avocado oil and olive oil. If you're going to cook, use avocado oil or olive oil. OK? All right? And don't use canola oil or any other oil. And so make some homemade chips. I make some homemade chips by just cutting potatoes out into little potato slices. And put it in the air fryer. Okay. So that, I hope that is helpful. Was that good? All right. So go, go, go eat some pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Go eat some nuts, right? Nuts for your nut, right? Nuts for your nut. There you go. All right, let's take another question. You guys are asking good questions. I love this. This is a very, very good question. So Bruno said, hello, I'm 29 years old, haven't had sex before. Are there any potential threats to my penis overall health? You haven't had sex before, then there's no potential threat other than probably the risk of STD, meaning sexually transmitted disease, from your partner. Those are the only threat that you may encounter. Because remember, if your partner has a sexually transmitted disease such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, even HIV, HIV is not sexually transmitted, but you can get it through a blood infusion as well. But if your partner has it, there's likely a chance that it can be transferred to you. So the key to you is choose your partner wisely. And you could take some medication to prophylactic, to kind of be preventative to catch STDs, such as acyclovir, which is an antiviral medication. But one thing to consider is that your partner could have a chance of STD as well too. So those are the only potential threat. You could get hepatitis as well, because hepatitis is also sexually— it's blood transmitted. It's not sexually transmitted like chlamydia or gonorrhea, but it is blood transmitted. And, you know, if there are, you know, blood exposed from your partner to you. All right. Very good. What else? What else is there? I don't see anything as well there. So I'm going to remove that. I'm going to remove that as well there. Oh, this is sweet. Hooper, Hooper Dooper. Well, where do you guys get all these names? These are very interesting names. Hooper Dooper. Hooper Dooper. Thanks for this. Nothing new about older men and refraction. Days to recover even if ED is not an issue. You mean the refractory period? Nothing new about older men and refraction. They need to recover even if ED. Yeah. Yeah, Hoover. The older you get, the longer it takes for you to— the refractory period is longer. The refractory period does get longer. It's just that, you know, the older you get— think of it like this. Think of it as every time you have an erection, it's like your body ramping up because an erection involves your brain. Your brain, the chemical that gets released in your brain, right? And it goes to the nerve in the back of your head, and then it goes to your heart, and then it go— and then the heart pumps out, go to your blood vessels like the pipe, and it goes, and it, it goes to your penis, and then your penis muscle has to respond. So it goes from here, from your head to your penis. So it involves 6 organs. Okay. And, um, so every time you have an erection, it's like ramping up the engine to go at 60 miles an hour. So when you're young, you can do that multiple times. I ramp up the engine, you finish, and you can get started again. But when you get older, uh, it's longer for the engine to start, right? And it's longer for the engine to start. Even though it's working, it takes a little longer for the engine to reset again, start again. And sometimes that can take a day. It can take a couple of days as well. So it's not unusual, Hoover. Not unusual as you get older. But it shouldn't be more than a day for a man. It shouldn't be more than a day. Okay. You probably be beneficial if you get your testosterone checked and see if you can be on testosterone replacement therapy. That will help. Because the older you are, the lower your testosterone. Is. And when the testosterone is low, it will also impact upon the erection as well as the refractory period as well. All right. Because testosterone helps with your libido, helps with your— it does help with erection too, because the penis muscle has testosterone receptors in it. Not necessarily mean low testosterone cause erection, but normal testosterone can help with erection. All right, so you may want to check your testosterone level and maybe get a little supplement of testosterone. That maybe that will help. But I think, you know, it shouldn't be more than a day. And don't exercise in between. All right? And don't exercise in between because that may wear you out. Right? So oftentimes, you know, and also maybe next time, Hoover, when you have sexual activity, don't ejaculate. You know, you can— you guys know that you can orgasm without ejaculation? Yes. Because sometimes when you ejaculate, there's a theory that thinks that when you ejaculate, it takes a lot of energy from your body as well. So you can have orgasm without ejaculation. And maybe that will help with the refractory period for the next day. Ah, yeah. And Hoover says, yes. Oh, without EJ, it works. Yes. Yes. So, you know, the Tao monk thinks that if you ejaculate, it takes energy. It takes like your own internal energy away from your body because your body spends a lot of energy to make the sperm. And to make testosterone. And they say that if you ejaculate, then that kind of takes this inner energy away from you. And so that's how they recommend more of semen retention. Now, there was a research study that came out and says, well, it doesn't really— there's no research foundation for that. But I know that many men Many men have found that delaying ejaculation has been helpful. So you may want to try that. Okay, Uber. Very good. I hope that helped. I hope that helped. Let me know if it helped. Okay. Uber says a day. Great news. That's right. A day. A day. Just a day. All right. Very good. And so, who also asked, T replacement supplement prescription only? You can get testosterone replacement supplements at our store at ednomore.com, and that doesn't require a prescription. So only the testosterone itself will require a doctor and a prescription. So go to ednomore.com is our store. And we have the, called the Libido Plus. So the Libido Plus supplement in our store will boost testosterone because it has a component in there that will help your testicle make more testosterone. Testosterone is made in your testicles. Okay? So it's made in your testicles and it needs some components with it. And we put that in the, called the Libido Plus. All right? So check it out at our store. Rosalyn, can you put the link, ED No More, on the screen and also in the comment for Huber? As well too. Now, the reason why I source these supplements carefully, and I only get supplements with the highest potency that is made in FDA-approved facility. And so I know that this is pure, this is high quality, and it is made of following FDA standards. Because anybody can make supplements. You can make supplements in your backyard and go to CVS and say, hey, you know, you sell this, I'll give you a certain percentage because it's not monitored by the FDA. But if a company has a facility that is FDA-approved manufacturing, then they follow certain standards. Okay. All right. So Hooper says, thanks again, over and out. Very good. Very good. I hope I answered your question, Hooper. What a name. All right. What a name. All right. Okay. Sevenish. Where do you guys get all these names? Let me get on, uh, 77. Um, can eating eggs daily help me with ED? That's a good question. You know, eggs sometimes have a bad rep, and sometimes, you know, nowadays saying the medical field fluctuates, uh, with eggs. One year says good, one year said no. It's kind of like butter, like pure butter as well. I think if you eat eggs, maybe 3 eggs a day should be fine. And either it's either boiled or poached, whatever form. But if you're going to fry it, cook it in avocado oil or olive oil. And that will be good. You can even cook it in whole butter. If you're going to eat butter, you'd rather eat whole butter rather than margarine or, you know, those fake butters. You want to eat whole butter. So you can— I probably wouldn't do more than 3 because eggs provide you with good cholesterol and also provide you good protein. As well, too. But everything in moderation. Everything in moderation. And you want to— you can eat it every day. You shouldn't be eating 10 a day. Everything in moderation will be good. I love eggs. Eggs is easy to make. You can eat eggs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can put it on a burger. You can eat it for breakfast. You can fry, poach, and boil it whichever way. And it has a good protein and it has the good cholesterol as well. So, you know, I say go for it. Maybe have 3 a day and everything in moderation. Make sure you drink plenty of fluid. And I talked about how much fluid you should drink, which is about 70% of your body weight in ounces. OK? That's a good question, Sevenish. I haven't had a question about eggs before. That has been good at this point. So, boy, you guys are just— You are on a roll here with good questions as well. And I hope you enjoy this live Q&A, that you're learning something from this.
